One Hour Tees really dropped the ball this time! I placed an order on a mon. and tues I get an email from Aleah(not sure of name spelling) so called account manager, regarding the size. To save time I called extension 104 and actually got her, not a voicemail. Order was firmed up.......more than a week later no proofs nothing! After waiting, resending the photo , leaving messages that were NEVER returned I get an email from her asking if I had a chance to see and pay the invoice? Nope..nothing on the email for attachments that had nothing to do with my order. Never got proofs. Responded to that email no answer. Left another message, this time to another associate requesting someone else handle my order, much to my suprise..no response! Seems to be the norm. I was a returning customer but NO MORE! Heres an interesting fact, One Hour Tees, you remember the ole business saying about that bad customer experience will be told to at least 7 people. Then those seven people will each tell someone?.... I get my measly 1 tee shirt order won't break you now or in the future but theres that trickle down effect and slowly but surely those bad experiences for customers do start to affect your business. I should not have had to work that hard keep place a simple order that still NEVER got placed.! Remember I'm the customer?? read more

I had heard about One Hour Tees on a podcast and knew just because of who was reviewing it on there that this was the place to go for custom shirts made in a very short time. I set about making my graphic and ordering the shirts. I made the order online on Saturday and received an invoice Monday morning. I called, gave them my payment info and apparently they were sent out that afternoon as I recieved them Tuesday night. I was so excited to get them, but when I opened the package, the shirts I got were not what I ordered. Apparently, one of my orders didn't have a graphic attached to it, so they printed all the shirts with the same graphic. I sent them an email hoping to get them before they left for the evening. About 10 minutes after I sent that email, I got one back confirming the problem. I sent them the correct graphic and the shirts were sent out the following day. The only real problem I had was with FedEx placing the package at the wrong door at my house. But as I was freaking out, trying to figure out what happened with the original shirt orders and where the corrected shirts were, Ryan answered all of my questions and was generally pretty cool about everything. Any issues I had with the order was due more to me waiting till the last minute to order these shirts than to anything that One Hour Tees did. In fact, they made the whole situation so much easier. I will absolutely be ordering from them again! read more

I ordered 9 T-shirts on Monday and picked them up on Tuesday. My logo on the front looks great and I will probably return in the future for another project for them to do. Great job. The T's look fantastic. read more

Excellent service, quality and product. No reason to look anywhere else. In addition, my first order took a lot of explaining and TLC which Ashley, my contact person there, did so without making me feel hurried or like a total dork. The staff was equally cool when I picked up my orderer, early...one week before the holidays. They totally deserve weekends off.! read more

The Company is very easy to work with. Quick responses via email thru the design process, and their prices are awesome. The end product was perfect, and delivered on time. The t shirts feel sturdy too. Only 2 things keeping me from 5 stars: can't pay online (you have to call in with your credit card #), and $8 delivery charge for 1-4 shirts; which costs more than the shirt I ordered...so I designed another shirt to spread out the cost lol. Pick up is an option , but they're in a busy trendy Chicago neighborhood so parking/traffic can be an issue if you are coming from the 'burbs. Over all: great company, great prices, solid product! read more

I ordered a shirt as a gift for my sister. The shirt was a great quality and I was very happy with the final result except for that the shirt was labeled a unisex M and it ended up fitting ME (I'm a size 2). I emailed the store regarding my dissatisfaction and never received follow up. After a week of no response, I called and spoke to a very rude woman who told me there was nothing they would do to correct my dissatisfaction even after their lack of response. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they would not remake something that did not turn out as expected for their customers. Two stars for the product, but I took away the rest for customer satisfaction (or lack there of). I would have absolutely recommended this place had they handled my situation better. Definitely disappointed. ... As an update the business did reach out to me to correct the misunderstanding and I truly appreciated the effort. They did a great job and their product is of quality. I would do business again! read more

Love working with One Hour Tees! I have worked with them on many different projects. I love to have gifts made for people here they do a great job and I like the packaging. Plus, they have always gotten my items to me on schedule even with tight turn around times. They are my go to place! read more

I love this place! I needed some emergency shirts done for my staff at work and this was the perfect place. They helped me with my order and got my shirts done in just under an hour. Life saver! Thank you One Hour Tees. read more

I placed an order for bachelorette party shirts and needed them fast! I've ordered from other places in the city in the past, and despite them telling me I was ordering the best quality shirt and print I was just not that impressed. I placed my order with One Hour Tees hoping for a better experience and was blown away. The shirts came out phenomenal and not to mention the design of was a hit (which they personally helped me create). The staff was very helpful, attentive, and patient with me! Thank you so much for the shirts and I will definitely be back! read more

Ryan is awesome! He was able to design, print, and deliver jerseys for my softball team. Not only were we the sharpest looking team, but we were the only team that got their jerseys on time. I was so happy with him I referred him to my wife (high school teacher) and she used him for her spainsh club. Thanks Ryan! read more

One Hour Tees provided EXCELLENT service and a quality product. They were all great to work with and I'm extremely pleased with the way my shirts turned out. It's truly hard to find good customer service nowadays however the staff at One Hour Tees are definitely an exception! I will definitely recommend OneHourTees to all of my friends and colleagues. read more

I needed a few shirts done with same-day service so I thought this place would be perfect. Unfortunately, as soon as I walked in, I felt like they could care less about getting my business. The employees were busy (a good sign that they're doing well) but SO rude (talking about orders they'd received to each other in front of customers in really negative ways -- totally not OK). Someone came to help me and handed me a clipboard with a form to fill out but I had questions for her first. I explained that I needed three shirts done that same day and she tells me that that's fine but they only have a limited amount of tshirts for that service. OK, that's weird (you'd think they'd have more options than just regular men's tshirts and a handful of womens in limited sizes and colors considering they're called "One Hour Tees") but it's my fault for waiting to do this at the last minute so I'm up for checking out what shirts they do have. When I asked to see the women's tshirts they might have in stock, the woman who was helping me made a big deal about having to get them (they were being blocked by big boxes); she did bring one over which I was grateful for (they only had a few sizes). I believe there was another type of shirt she could have brought out but that one was also behind boxes and up really high so I didn't ask her to get it. Honestly, I don't need to know how much of a pain in the butt it is to get the shirts out so that I can see them. It's kind of your job to help the customer out. You can't expect me to sign off on printing a shirt without me seeing it first if that's what I've asked for. I was completely turned off by the total lack of customer service. From loud, obnoxious complaints about big orders they were getting in to complaining about helping me see what my potential tshirt physically looked like, I left completely unwilling to give them any business. Their final product might be perfectly fine but I would much rather bring my business to someone who clearly wants it. read more

Great place to get wrestling stuff such as t shirts and hoodies my bullet club hoodie came out perfect and the customer service is great too ! read more

I placed an order for a SINGLE T-shirt for a gift for my wife. Despite this being just a single item and not a bulk corporate order I was treated as if my order was important and the customer service rep took the time to answer all my inane questions. The follow-up was great, and the item I received had much higher quality than I even expected based on the price. Great local company with fantastic service. Will definitely order from them again. read more

One Hour Tees is the ONLY place I go to get my tshirts printed. They are happy, fun people who always do a stellar job. The prices are fantastic, the turnaround time has always been earlier than what they quote, and they have helped me in a crunch a few times. From Ryan to Gail to every designer, their team is awesome! And, their billboards make me smile too :) read more

Very satisfied customer with One Hour Tees. Their prices, turnaround time and design on t-shirt is great! The only negative side is the parking situation is difficult. One specific employee whose customer service and work is outstanding is Karima. She is very talented at what she does. I told her some ideas that I had for our "girl trip" t-shirts, a baby onesise and a t-shirt for a new dad to be and she made it perfectly! She's so creative. I will definitely order shirts from this place again and ask for Karima! read more

I used these guys for the first time two weeks ago. I had them overlay red writing on a blue shirt and then mail me the shirt. When it arrived, the shirt had black writing by accident. I contacted One Hour Tees and within 10 minutes they were putting in a rush order with free shipping to me at no charge. Mistakes happen, they're a part of business. They owned the mistake, jumped on the mistake immediately, and were very apologetic. I definitely will use them again. read more

I am beyond disappointed with OneHour Tees. I felt as though there were a lots of hidden fees and "up-grade" garment costs that were not clearly outlined on their website. On top of that, I wasn't notified that my order was ready until the day after the shirts were supposed to be ready, resulting in me not picking up the shirts in time for the event and or at a convenient time. When I asked if they would provide some sort of discount on the order due to not getting the "order is ready email," they refused saying that they were in fact ready at the guaranteed time, but that their "system" was a fault. I'm so disappointed with the company and the customer service. read more

The service was HORRIBLE. I walked in with my father who was so excited to make shirts for my mom's 60 birthday coming up and the woman behind the counter could not have been less interested in helping!! She did not get out of her chair when we had questions about the t-shirt options and had such an attitude when we had questions on price. It was really unbelievable! I actually started laughing! She also didn't realize that her computer screen was facing the front and clearly showed us her facebook page. My dad and I ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. It was a joke! read more

I am an organizer, we purchase upto 10,000 shirts a year. I am looking for a new supplier. I called this place to see the time frame it would be to make 1 shirt, the lady said 1 hour. I drove down there and the guy at front said it would take 10 days to have 1 shirt ready. I didn't bother to ask about quotes for big orders. Don't waste your time with 1 hour tees. No Parking. read more

Don't order anything here! The customer service here is garbage, and it starts with the store manager. I submitted for a quote well in advance (10+ business days) and it took forever to get things started (w/ Jerad). One email a day, always near closing time, so I'd have to wait almost 3 days until it got turned to an order for Karima. Conveniently, Karima (store manager) was out of the office each time I called to get an answer about my order. So Jerad and everyone else couldn't do anything until Karima was back in office. That took 3 business days. So, it took over a week for an invoice to show up, and by then, it was too late to meet their turnaround time (so my order was basically useless). So, I went to another company that was more pleasant and accommodating. read more

Over-priced, poor quality, and horrible customer service. Not much variety to choose from when picking out a shirt, and the shirts they had were cheap/thin material and drab. I wound up bringing in my own shirt since I didn't like any of theirs, and the price drop for doing so was only a $2.00 savings. The print quality was not that great, in my opinion, and the placement of my logo, which was supposed to be off to one side at chest level, wound up well below nipple line. Furthermore, the office staff was incredibly rude from start to finish, and the atmosphere and the way they interacted with each other was very unprofessional as well. I don't recommend this place and I certainly won't be using them again. read more

Not open on weekends or after 5pm on weekdays. So, they have been closed every time I have tried to use their services.

My business has been ordering from OHT's for the last 4-5 years consistently 9-10 orders per year. Each order is a custom design with 40-75 shirts per order. We've always been impressed with the quality of the work, and our customers always love the finished product. OHT's and particularly Karina and Ryan have taken excellent care of us, and always had impressive followthrough. We haven't always given them as much notice as I'm sure they'd like, but that never stops them from hitting our requested deadlines. In the rare case that an order is wrong (missing one youth medium, etc) they have always gotten us squared away in short order (usually same day or while I wait at pickup). Best part of that is that is it very well has been our fault when the order quantities are wrong, and no questions are ever asked or scrutinized. They just make it right. I've never even looked into other options (maybe I could find cheaper, not sure) but I'm not interested because our relationship with OHT's has been reliable and very professional. They are happy to have our business, and we appreciate the painlessness of working with them. We've also used their embroidery services for beanies and such, and I'd recommend their work for that too. Pro tip: pay extra from American Apparel or other nicer shirt brands. Totally worth it!!! read more

I was referred to this company by a talented graphic designer so I have used this company before and they answered my questions fairly quickly but after going back to them a year later I am not sure what happened. I sent in an order online and no answer. The automatic e-mail said call if I heard nothing so that was fine with me. I am sure you have bigger fish in the sea to deal with. Then I call the next day and the designer tells me I did not send them the right file, yet I do graphic design myself so I was confused. So after explaining that I sent a file that could be opened in a particular program the salesperson/designer later responds that "I guess this will work." Mind you I sent this same file a year ago to another person in the same company who had no issue. So I am thinking I probably would have not heard from anyone unless I called because this person was assuming they did not have the right file. I was not going to pay until I received a quote like my time before. So I was told I would get one later on that day so I can call first thing in the morning to have the shirt printed in a decent amount of time. I never got the quote. Had to call back leave a message with someone other than my salesperson who did not bother to ask me if I needed help so I am not sure if he was a salesperson or just some other person who happened to be by the phone. This is making graphic designers not look good in the sales position. Whether it is 100 shirts or 1 shirt I feel that you can do better. I was only treated nicely when I gave the designer my payment. After approval I heard nothing so far. I am realizing it has been 5 business days with no response and I am lucky this is not something that is urgent. I like the company but I hope this one bad apple was just having a bad week even though that is no excuse. Keep up with the good prints!! read more

I'm so glad I went with One Hour Tee's! I wanted cute hoodies made for my bridesmaids and myself (bride) for my wedding, they were perfect! Quality of the hoodies were great and the writing/font was perfect! Excellent customer service and fast! Thanks One Hour Tee's! read more

Me thinks not. I wanted to get some surprise T-shirts for the completion of my wife's 7 months of cancer treatment. We found a day before she would be done with treatment the following day. We wanted to surprise her with family visit all wearing custom tshirts. I submitted an order online at 10am (that when they open) for same day service! I got an email indicating that Julio got assigned to my order. During the day I called 4 separate times to give payment and finalize my order. Each time Julio was busy and would call me back in 10 minutes. On the 4th call they told me it was not possible now to do my order. I do not have time to get the shirts from another company. Really screwed my wife out of a great surprise. The worst part is I spoke to Julio finally on the forth call and he told me they cannot do it any longer. They worst part is he never said sorry or we screwed up etc. What they didnt realize is that they lost me for my business needs as well as my personal one off needs. read more

Upon posting my review on Yelp, I received an email from Ryan. He was incredibly rude (as seen on Yelp) and has instructed me not to be a customer any more. I have ZERO issue with that. I have only used them twice for a particularly bad client, so I can go back to using other companies in my arsenal. I'll be sticking to Minion Works for my local needs. read more

For once I went somewhere without checking out the reviews on yelp lol but I guess it doesn't even matter because I know I was 100% satisfied with them! I loved how you can go on to their website and custom pick how you want your apparel to be and they will reply with a quote. Back when I was in high school, my graduating class made shirts for literally EVERY occasion! I remember them being about $20 to $30 per shirt every time, so of course naturally that's what I was expecting. I almost flipped over in my chair when I read my quote! $9.81!!!! My goodness! What a deal! The staff there are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful that I seriously didn't have any issues! I was even 10 minutes late to pick up the shirt and they stayed open for me!! It's unfortunate that they only have one location! I mean it's not that hard to get to via CTA or anything, but I'm surprised that they're not popping up every where. I am totally rooting for you guys!!! Thank you for the great shirt!! It was simply perfect! read more

Great customer service! Emma also helps a lot! Would recommend. Thanks for the great shirts.

Love how my tshirts turned out. Emily did a great job with the design and the print is high quality.

I ordered 2 customized t-shirts from www.OneHourTees.com & I could not be more pleased with them, particularly for the overall price! Normally, I do not mention individual employees in Yelp reviews, but I must give credit to my customer service specialist (Ashley) for her outstanding help. Not only did her input help improve the overall design of both of the t-shirts, she graciously took pics of me in one of the t-shirts without so much as a blink. Tip: For those of you who reside in Chicagoland, I would recommend placing orders online, then stopping by the Damen St. location to finalize them. (The office is right off the Kennedy Freeway, @ Damen). They have SO many creative ideas that can be best hashed-out in person. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a single late evening per week that would permit customers to pick up finished t-shirts outside of traditional 9-5 hours. Since my hours are pretty flexible, the company's current hours were suitable for me. read more

Fast, cheap, great quality! Definitely the 'go to' guy for shirts!

I came here to get shirts for my family reunion and I was really unsatisfied with the customer service.

Thanks to Ryan and the OHT staff, the shirts I ordered for a school singing group turned out great. The art was presented quickly and we loved the design right off the bat. Shirts were delivered on promised date and we love them. Highly recommended for large orders for school groups, and bar and bat mitzvah apparel. read more

I was participating in The Walk Now for Autism and my team needed shirts fast. I received excellent service and a great product!
