I went in and had a general idea of getting them Chicago baseball themed shirts with their favorite team on front and Mr.(last name) and Mrs. (Last name) on the backs. Ashley was very helpful and actually did a job similar to this before and had the template saved which made it so much easier. Since I waited until the last minute, I paid around $50 for the two shirts. However if I had given a weeks notice, they would have been $6.99 each. They aren't lying when they advertise One Hour Tees because they were done in exactly One Hour. Shirts are excellent quality with the images and letters on permanently rather than ironed on. LIFE HACK: I didn't have tons of money for Christmas gifts this year, so instead of purchasing the cool (yet honestly kind of ugly) Fleetwood Mac sweatshirt I had in mind for my sister, which was ridiculously overpriced, I created my own! I picked a photo and lettering and sent it to One Hour Tees. They printed it within one week, and the design looks PERFECT. For a slim fitting, flattering crew neck sweatshirt, with oversized design (small additional charge), I paid only $16. I mean that is unheard of. It's really rare to find printing companies that will print just one of something, especially for such a low price. The only other real supplier I could find was CustomInk.com, who charge way too much for an honestly uglier product. Go to One Hour Tees with all your screen printing needs. They rock. read more

Never EVER EVER again. We ordered t-shirts for our multi-family camping trip. When I handed the shirts out at the campground - they were missing the top of our logo (which had the Campground Name and Year). We contacted them and they offered to re-print and ship them to us. Fine - even though we didn't have the correct shirts for the group pictures - one of the major reasons we order the shirts. We opened the box the 2nd time (which they did ship) - and they were wrong again. When I contacted their customer service to tell them to forget it and refund our money - they refused. While I will say they offered us a 30% discount and to do them again - the hassle of driving downtown for the shirts the first time, sorting and distributing to multiple families, calling and dealing with customer service the 1st time, tracking the boxes, calling and dealing with customer service a 2nd time, then sorting and delivering the shirts to each family again - really doesn't make up for our time and effort. What frustrates me the most is that if you shipped a wrong product the first time - wouldn't you check it the 2nd time to make sure it was right? read more

I read some of these comments below before coming in and I can only image what a**holes the people below are because this was far from the experience I had. I walked into this place...mind you the first thing I heard was the music playing inside the shop...the music alone should get it's own star. I was greeted instantly. I did have to wait a few minutes since all the staff were with other customers.**For those of you yelping about them not contacting your right back... Get some patience. The place was packed and the phone was buzzing every few seconds. They're not sitting around reading magazines ignoring you. You're not their only customer. All the staff seemed mid 20s to early 30s, professional yet fun and knew what they were doing. I instantly was treated like a friend, jokes were tossed. Not your average tee shop. I was clueless about the process and they not only brought me to speed but gave me honest suggestions and even suggested me waiting a little longer to save money (not a lot of places will talk you out of spending money). I walked in there ready to spend anything for this shirt, I walked out spending under $10.00. My shirts not only turned out great, I actually got them much earlier than expected. Ordered over $200 worth of t-shirts over a 12 month period, all came out with dark black lines around the print and looked like something was just ironed on while the rest of the shirt faded. Maggie tells me that they use a "pre-treatment" and that she thinks i'm washing my shirts wrong and that's why they're coming out terrible. What? It's a black gildan t-shirt with no special washing instructions. Also, i'm 33 and know how to do laundry FFS. Never resolved the issue, ignored multiple emails, I asked to speak to the owner and never got a response besides "I talked to our head printer and he said that doesn't happen on some shirts". Well, it has, and it is, and i'm not the only one it's happened to. And they did nothing, just completely stopped replying with no closure or offer of help. Pretty sad read more

When the shirts came there was a mark on one of them. They had no problem sending out a new one. Went to one hour tees to compare prices with other silk screen places to get shirts made for my softball team. The simplicity of bringing your own picture/design and telling them what you want added and them putting it on screen in front of you means a lot to me. I'm not too tech savy and the person who handled my order made it very easy and the shirts were on time and for a price that compares to companies that would have the shirts done in double the time. I've been on many softball teams and have had many jerseys/tshirts and none have been the quality that these shirts are. It's not iron on/painted on quality. I am a monthly subscriber to their "Pro Wrestling Crate" service and have been since February 2021. When monthly crates are shipped, they always send a tracking number and shipping notification. I never received either for the May 2021 crate, nor did I receive the crate itself. I emailed back and forth several times with Michael, and was given the run-around each time. I was initially asked to wait ten days to see if it came, and it did not. Then I was told I was going to be sent a replacement and given a tracking number, which ended up being the June 2021 crate and not a replacement for the item was charged for and never sent. This was intentionally misleading and falsifying on the part of PWC/One Hour Tees. I emailed again and did not receive a response. I then emailed everyone at One Hour Tees and their subsidiaries, and immediately received a response from Michael stating they would send a replacement, along with a FedEx tracking number. It has now been two weeks and I have not received anything, and they are no longer responding to emails. This has been hands down the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. As a small business owner in the same area as they serve (wrestling), it is an embarrassment to the community as a whole, and something those who do business with them should - and will - be made aware of. read more

He told me which fabric and which color of fabric to use in order to get the best result. He found me a graphic of a "muddy" smiley face, made additions to it and helped me pick out the font.
