THEE MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE EVER Let me first say I used One Hour Tees for 3 years and really loved them from Ryans mom Gail, to Katie, to Ashley I really appreciated all of their help through the years. I wrote a fab review previously and even referred many of my fellow business owners and sorority sisters to them. However today I have never been as embarrassed as Karima bashed, humiliated, and insisted on a huge argument on the company's floor. I placed 3 separate orders within the past 10 days. I called to pay an invoice and the invoice was not ready on one occasion, one occasion the printing for a t shirt was on a mock up for a hoodie, and finally an order that was paid on 21st for 7 days is still not ready. I admit as someone who is use to superb service I asked for a manager and even expressed my frustration. Instead I received rudeness and hollering from Karima. I simply hung up the phone because I do not argue. Arguing is draining and unprofessional. Rather than debate I would simply give my business to another business. Yes folks it was that bad where I was ready to leave. In the 4 years I owned my business I used One Hour Tees for 3 years. And although I may not be a big client like their major league teams I would like to feel valued. After the awful call with Karima I was prepared to leave One Hour Tees after 3 years because I never felt so overwhelmed. Today when I went in the store I was notified my order which was due for pick up this Friday and paid for will be refunded and Karimas exact words were " Go to your new vendor" So with 2 days prior to delivery for my customer I am forced to reorder with my other vendor. Now thank goodness the people at Bulldog Printing were so accommodating but now I am forced to give my customers their hoodies late. As I end all ties with this business it is extremely unprofessional to cancel an order 2 days before pick up 6 days after payment. This leads me to believe my order was never worked on. Also it is quite hilarious how Karima states in the store to me "you are nice today but not so friendly on the phone" well yes, on the phone yesterday I was frustrated with HER mistake. And of course I will be nice in person who wants a public brawl?????? Years after when Karima no longer a front desk manager whether she moves up in the company or moves to another company.... today will not matter to her. But as someone with integrity who always tries to remain polite and friendly I will not subject myself to arguing with you publicly over a few hoodies. read more

I've ordered a total of 3 shirts from their website. Their designs are generally creative and artsy. I loved them. But then one day i noticed they were advertising shirts with a bloody woman's face on them. I know it's supposed to be symbolic of her being a tough woman who suffered blood sweat and tears to attain victory. But i sincerely thought it was distasteful in that it just shows her face covered in blood. All of that context is gone, so what are you left with? A shirt with a bloody woman's face on it. I find this abhorrent. The image on the shirt itself promotes violence against women. Battered women on shirts isnt cool. So i thought i'd express that opinion to their twitter page. I dont know who runs that twitter page, but he/she does NOT know customer service. The person's only response was to "go blow yourself," and then blocked me as to get the last word in. It seems to be how their twitter responds to any criticism. After reading other reviews on here, it sounds like Ryan, the owner, should take a look at this. I guess no company's perfect. Nice products (sans bloody woman face), but horrible customer service. No matter how cool the designs are, i cant will myself to buy another shirt from them. read more

i dont usually use yelp but i am thrilled with the results i get with One Hour Tees. I have been going to One Hour Tees since they started and keep going back. My sister's sorority and all their friends still go to them too. I know they always get amazing prices and are super happy about that. I myself go for many things, mostly for fashion shoot needs. as a fashion stylist, many a time a client wants something last minute and if you can't deliver you can get replaced on the next job. I know i can always call One Hour Tees up, send over my assistant and have something made for a client in an hour- and at such a great price. I also go for specialty things. I have had bags, shirts, and custom labels printed on cottons and silks for very high budget clients who demand nothing short of perfection. To get a custom label with my client's daughter's wedding logo and date made, then sewn into all 12 bridesmaids dresses was one of the best things One Hour Tees could have ever done for me! my client loved it and raved to her friends and i booked so much business off of those simple little lovely labels. Thank you One Hour Tees and I look forward to continued business with you! read more

Wow, this place is great!! 5 stars easily! They always make sure that we're not paying more than we have to and they done gone to bat for us when we've had issues with postal permits and delivery issues with the Tees. They routinely think of slightly unique and compassionate ways of doing thing than the ones we initially envisioned that make our lives easier. Seriously wish that I could give this store more stars than just 5. This place is just SOOO great! maybe 10 stars would be more like it! Also, I am one of the least creative people out there and they really helped me to create design ideas. They were ready immediately and the shirts turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend that you get your shirts made at this shop for any occasion. I am no way connected with this company. Just one satisfied customer that thinks this busines is great!! read more

We just ordered shirts for our in-office olympics event, and spoiler alert, I did not win. The shirts however, were awesome! Jared, at the shop was very patient with us, as we had a few last minute changes. He was quick to respond to emails asking about pricing, and didn't seem annoyed with the dozens of one-off requests we had for the order. I really appreciated that when we had to correct a few shirts, because my coworkers can't make up their minds, it wasn't an issue. Of course we had to pay for the one hour pricing, but then again, we did get those shirts in an hour, so all good on that. We almost used one of the larger t-shirt printers on TV, but felt better working with a company we knew we could get in touch with whenever, and not simply leave messages for customer service to call us back.....you know who you are, Octopus-logo'd shirt company. read more

I met Ryan and Frank through a client and they were super helpful in helping me find shirts which would fit my frame (6'8). They know all their products extremely well. After I decided what I wanted on the shirts, they gave me some suggestions on sizing, placement and coloring. Very helpful for a first-timer. The second go-around Cailey assisted me with my order and she was a dream to work with. She was prompt, courteous and even helped me make an addition to the order after I had submitted it (and made me feel like it wasn't a problem at all despite it might have caused a hiccup on their end). She is great. Top to bottom this is a wonderful company to work with for your apparel needs. I am extremely happy with the product and experience to boot. I am a customer for life. Thanks OneHourTees read more

Really fast and easy. They don't have a lot of rules when it comes to what you can and can't have printed on the shirt, unlike most online dtg t-shirt printers. I wanted a naked man on it and they were totally cool with that. The shirt is great quality and fit's because I actually know what size I wear unlike some people who posted on here who are a "size 2" - yikes... Just make sure that if you use a pixelated image or raster image you use one that is pretty big, otherwise the image will be really tiny or if they enlarge the pic it will be blurry, which is true for all direct to garment printing. The image I used was 664 x 896 and they made it 12" tall on the shirt and it looks great~ Would definitely recommend One Hour Tees and use them again. read more

I work as a therapist in a middle school and run a group with at-risk students. We wanted to do something for 'camaraderie'. I was trying to figure out pricing and if we could fit group shirts in our budget, and every time I called One Hour Tees (with my endless questions) the customer service was awesome. When my students finally decided on what they wanted their t-shirts to say, we worked with Emma who brought their ideas to life. Do you know how pumped 13 year olds get to have their work on a t-shirt?! Thank you Emma and OHT for your reasonable prices, awesome employees, and high quality products! The kids are begging to make more shirts, but we might have to wait until next year :) read more

After starting up my Tote business last year, I was looking for a place I did not need to stock a huge inventory. I then got recommended to one hour tees who have the ability to print one offs. When I get orders, they get orders. It is as simple as that. This keeps my costs low and I am never out of money. I am very illiterate when it comes to designing so they always help me come up with new ideas. The owner of one hour tees is just awesome. He is accommodating in all aspects of his business. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Need a last minute personalized full color t-shirt in less than a week with design--no problem. One Hour Tees is a company that has great customer service and looks to meet the needs of their customers. The shirt quality was on the low end, but the design was great (I'm sure you can specify your t-shirt quality) and I just needed 20 shirts asap for a hip hop dance group. The prices are extremely affordable and the response rate is awesome. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend others to give them a shot. read more

I'm not sure what the guy below's problem is but I've always had an awesome experience there. I recently placed a large order with Elisa and I accidentally sent her the wrong artwork. When I picked up my order I was mortified to see the wrong artwork on the shirts I needed for that Wednesday! The front manager was on break so Frank and Ryan, the owners, helped fix the issues and had me come back a little later and everything was fixed. Will be using this company again and would recommend if you need cool custom shirts! read more

I called this business in the AM to discuss my needs and simple questions before I placed an order online. The guy on the phone immediately rushed me off, and told me to "just write everything online." I asked nicely for another minute if he could just hear me out and answer my questions and I got the same response. Eventually I told the man that I would just order my custom shirt online, and if he could tell whoever checks the email to please get back to me shortly. I still have not heard back. 1 hour t-shirts ? Ha ! read more

Excellent job. I got my artwork to them later in the day than I wanted but was able to get invoiced in time for the 2 day delivery price. They discussed my options and explained that double printing wasn't necessary because I upgraded the shirt, and might even cause the photo I was using to blur a bit. They had the shirts ready for pickup on time, and could have charged me for additional services but were more concerned that I be happy with how the design turned out. It really doesn't get much better than that! read more

We have ordered tees for our organization on multiple occasions. Ryan is a rockstar! The quality is great and he even told me when he didn't think a specific shirt I chose would work out well. I'm so glad I listened to him! He has always produce high quality work and quicker than I ever thought. I tend to be a last minute type of personality and he always comes through. His communication has always been quick and polite. I won't go anywhere else! Thanks to all the staff and especially Ryan! read more

I cannot say enough about the service that I received the past two days. My son is turning 21 tomorrow. Yes, after the past 20 years you'd think I would be prepared for my son turning 21. Yeah right. Last minute Sally here decided to make him a shirt. Of course, I call OneHourTees. Not only were they awesome to work with, they UBERED me the shirt today so I'd have it and not have to worry. You guys fricken rock! LIFETIME CUSTOMER HERE! Don't hesitate. Thanks Vinny! read more

I've been working with One Hour Tees for the past year and they've always provided excellent service and a great product. On the few scattered occasions there have been a mistake with my order they're always incredibly quick to fix it and overnight my replacemebt package to me. I appreciate the great service and attention to detail and will continue doing all of my business with them- definitely recommend! My rep Karima has always been a pleasure to work with too! read more

Had ordered shirts through another local company to be completed by end of day on Thursday for an even that I had on the weekend. To make a long story short, the other local company wasn't able to complete the order as they had said. I contacted One Hour Tees and they were able to get the order done within the 24 hour time frame!!!! They were fast and efficient! I highly recommend One Hour Tees and will continue to use them for all of my future projects! read more

I was in a foosball tournament and needed a team shirt for my partner and I ASAP. I called in and Emma was all ears. I sent her a picture of Mr T and tagged a sweet catch phrase. She did the rest and had my shirts ready in no time. We ended up winning $40 each for best uniform. I also run a track and field camp in the summer. We will be giving out shirts to camp goers to remember the camp forever. I will be sure to contact Em when I get numbers! read more

Great rush. Great customer service. Their website ordering system was down so I called in to place an urgent order. Vinny picked up the phone and was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Because our order was urgent, he stayed on the phone with me to take the order, make the proof, and get the proof fixed and order put through. It's 3pm now and I'll be stopping by in an hour to pick up my shirts. Couldn't be happier! read more
