We recently (August, 2024) had our master bathroom remodeled. The major work was completed just a few days past the original estimate (9 days) and I believe that was far faster than any other contractors would have been. Workers were on time and fully committed every day, and took care to be minimally invasive. Workers were careful to protect things in the house that might get in the way and kindly cleaned up after each day's work. Kiera and Doug were are design team and have been very responsive thee whole way. Along with Matt, they have tried hard to keep us happy. Our construction team was led by Raul Gomez with help from Lorenzo and Jose. All were great. We recently had a good experience using One Week Bath to remodel a small bathroom. Kiera and Doug were nice to work with and very pleasant even when we made design changes after we all thought we had settled on a plan. Ernie and Albert were the guys that did all the remodeling, and they were really great. Very knowledgable, polite and skilled at the job. It looks so nice, seems like high quality materials and installation, and we haven't had any problems at all so far, several months in. Javi finished off the project by coordinating the final walkthrough and permit inspection with the county. It was only slightly more expensive that the quotes I got from independent contractors, and I'd happily pay this little bit more and have good customer service and work completed in a timely manner. read more

We did a MAJOR master bathroom renovation last summer which included moving plumbing, moving doors, and repositioning basically every fixture in the bathroom. There are certainly less expensive contractors out there, but we found that we just didn't trust anyone else to execute not only the level of complicated plumbing repositioning, but the details that really matter to make a luxury bathroom. First, the design. We had an idea of what we wanted, but Ian and Kiera literally sat with us, sometimes for hours, and walked through every. Single. Detail. Every fixture, every tile, every color of every surface. There are details that would never in a million years have crossed my mind if we hadn't had the OWB design team behind us. For me, the design portion of the process already sets OWB apart and makes them worth it. You can spend your time and money realizing you forgot something, running to Home Depot three times a day, and frantically searching Pinterest for a shower niche pattern that doesn't look awful with the tile you've already chosen. Or you can sit down with OWB and knock everything out and get your dream bathroom right the first time. Then the actual work. David and his crew were amazing. They showed up when they said they would every day, and they worked quickly. They were always polite, never left a mess, never disappeared for hours without any explanation, and at the end of each work day, David would let me know they were about to head out and offer to show me everything they had finished that day, answer any questions, and explain the next step. I have never had a contractor do this, ever! I could tell that the crew actually cared about giving us exactly what we envisioned. At one point there was a miscommunication about how we wanted the tiling pattern in the shower, and unfortunately the guys had already cut and positioned the tile, put in the spacers and everything, before we noticed. I felt so terrible asking David to change it, because I knew it was a lot of work to start over, but he made a quick phone call, confirmed they had enough supplies to fix it, and told me not to worry, that he was going to make it right and give us what we wanted. Overall, amazing company, skilled designers and workers. Yes, we paid a little more than we could have, but I know it was well worth it to get exactly what we envisioned. Wow. Five years ago we needed a new bathroom remodel -- fast. They sent a fantastic crew (albeit later than promised). They managed to take everything back to the studs and build back a beautiful spa-like bathroom that was finished in just ten days. The installers, led by David, were fantastic. When they were finished, you couldn't tell that there had been a bathroom demolition! It was the most pain-free renovation experience I've had. Maybe the best part of this story happens five years later. Some of the floor tiles came loose in the shower and a few other small things broke. On a whim we called the folks at One Week Bath. They sent Diego. He not only fixed the tiles, he was able to fix a faucet (it just needed to be adjusted), he noticed the light fixture in the bathroom was askew, and he painted a scuffed floorboard. Our bathroom is like new again. We're going to ask them to look at our kitchen re-model. The installers for this company are superior. Over one year after this company remodeled my bathroom, the tub faucet was still leaking. I begged them to fix it for a year. After they replaced an interior part twice and bringing in a real plumber for the 1st time, it was still leaking. i called the manufacturer myself and for $25.00 they are sending me a replacement. This could have been done a year ago. It was free if I had the receipt, but the contractor has it. This company is refusing to reimburse me for the replacement or the plumbing fees. This is the least of the problems I had with them, they are rude and refuse to take responsibility for any problems. read more

Wow, beware of these creepy people. I called them because of their wonderful Yelp reviews, but - noooo. They came over, took some measurements then asked me for a check for $1000 and to sign a Letter of Intent. The Letter of Intent gives NO IDEA what the job encompasses, nor what it will cost. But it says I will pay them a NONREFUNDABLE fee of $1500 to write me up an estimate. You can't make this up. See attached. (The words say One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars, and that rules over the digits, $1,000.) RUN! What an outrageous business practice! I shudder to think what their next tricks were going to be. Five years ago One Week Bath did a first class remodel of both our master bathroom and second floor bathroom. We were thrilled with their professionalism and the results. Both bathrooms still look great. Unfortunately, the bathtub in the second floor bathroom developed a hairline crack in the tub which resulted in leaks into our 1st floor bathroom whenever anyone took a bath. This was five years after installation. We contacted One Week Bath and despite the time since installation, One Week Bath determined that they would replace the cracked tub. This was a difficult job since tiling needed to be removed for the replacement. One Week Bath stands behind their people, their products and their installations. About 8 years ago OWB did a great job redoing 2 of my bathrooms. December 2020, right as Covid was hitting, I reached out to Matt (owner) with concern about the wood of my bathroom cabinet. He explained that I had a limited 10 year warranty and he would put someone right on it. Okay, it took a while. Personnel changes, covid shutdowns and the supply chain. But today, Diego and his worker came out and replaced the entire cabinet (3 pieces) as that was finally deemed the best way to deal with the problem. One Week Bath guaranteed a definite timeline and price by offering all-inclusive services starting with a very comprehensive in-home planning session with Designers Ian and Sarah. When it came time for the actual demo and construction. David, and his crew Jonathon and Danny were miracle workers. They totally transformed our dated 1930's restroom into a modern and luxurious bath. I've never seen anyone so passionate about his craft as David. He briefed me daily on the progress of the project, and together with his awesome crew, worked tirelessly every day to achieve a result that exceeded our expectations. In addition, they were very accommodating to our requests and went out of their way to complete the project to our satisfaction. The project was completed a few days past the target completion date due to warehouse ordering issues and "unforeseen" foundation repairs not included in the plan and pricing. But despite that, the additional expense was reasonable, especially after some discounts were given. We were really impressed with One Week Bath. They completed the conversion of our primary bath (tub to walk-in shower) in June 2024. They simplify the overall process for a major bathroom remodel. The design team (Kiera and Doug) know how to listen to homeowners and then propose a layout and fixtures that work for the space and style of the house. The contract is straightforward, and they do their best to accommodate your scheduling needs. The construction process started with a walkthrough with the supervisor (Brian) who tries to anticipate the logistic needs for his crew without undue impacts on the household. On the first day of construction, the crew lead (Robert) went over the planned work and sealed off the area with plastic sheeting to minimize dust, etc. Together with his experienced crewmates (Alberto and Johnny), they implemented the remodel, seeking feedback from us when necessary. WE'RE SO HAPPY WITH OUR NEW BATH! Posted Before and After Pics for reference. This process was so easy, I am so grateful. I'd had some issues with contractors in the past so I was really hesitant to start work on our bath/shower but it had to be done (see pics, oof). Our old bath had been glazed by the previous owners and after 6 months, it started peeling and was DISGUSTING (don't ever just glaze a tub. Again, see pics).
