I hired One Week Bath to renovate my aging bathroom and they did a fantastic job, finishing up exactly in 11 days as they estimated, on time and a super high-quality job. Couldn't be any happier with the end product. These guys take all the risk out of doing renovations by guaranteeing when they will finish and they will actually start to pay you back if they don't. One of the pluses about them is that they pre-buy every single bit of material that will be needed for your job and store them until the job is ready to start. Then they deliver everything to your site meaning there's no "oh they ran out of this or we can't get that ". The same three guys showed up every day and I couldn't recommend them more. I am a construction project manager, so I was really skeptical at the concept One Week Bath (OWB) was selling... I am happy to say they changed by mind and delivered in every sense of the word. I will admit that they had it easier with me than most people, as because of my job I had already designed, laid out and priced 90% of the job, BUT they meet all my requests and expectations. From the beginning stages with Sandra and Keira, to the on-site work with Brian, Rudy and Elvin, the OWB team was stellar and easy to work with. Not the cheapest, nor the most costly, but you will definitely get what you pay for and then some. The attention to detail and quality control was great, and they are meticulous in their clean up efforts (on a daily basis). One of the worst experiences I've had with a contractor. I hired this company to upgrade my bathroom in 2019. For a company that prides itself on BATHROOM remodels, you would think that they could successfully install a sink and toilet without any problems. They couldn't. Where to start? Overpriced. Yup. Incompetent workers. Yup. Follow up for customer satisfaction. Nope. The work begins... After installing the sink, it continued to leak and leak. It took them four return trips to fix it. Toilet next--I have the EXACT same toilet in my other bathroom. The toilet they installed, doesn't flush correctly. Their excuse: the toilet has a different serial number so it is different. Both toilets have the EXACT same model number and year of manufacturing. They were supposed to regrout the tile in the bathroom. The worker had no idea how to do this. He did a little and then left ME, five tubes of grout to finish the job. Another worker was supposed to clean the floor tiles. He arrived, worked for thirty minutes, and then said, "It's too hard for me to do this." And then he left, never to return. The tiles were never cleaned. There was water damage along the wall next to the shower. Instead of repairing the damage, the worker just painted over it and said it would be okay. It wasn't. The water damage seeped through and made the wall buckle. The topper: NO FINAL INSPECTION. The person in charge of coming to my house to make sure everything turned out the way that they promised it would be didn't show up! He said his wife is having a baby "some day soon" and couldn't make it. No back-up person to take his place. No return of this worker after he had his baby. It's three years later and you wouldn't guess that I had a very expensive bathroom remodel just three year ago. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They did my bath and my mom's for ADA compliant. They come to you with all samples and you pick out everything on the same day. (took me 4 hours, tile, towel racks, knobs, everything) Next they order is all and store it. They do not demo until they have everything in stock. My job took 6 business days, my mom's took 11 as hers was more complicataed. They have two teams . All staff work full time for them, no subs except for shower door company. We had a great experience with One Week Bath. Complete bathroom remodel that looks exactly like we had hoped. It's beautiful! Everything works perfectly. The design team spent a lot of time with my wife helping make decisions based on not only what she likes but also based on what was practical for the space we had. It's a small bathroom. The team Robert, Frank and Nate showed up everyday on time. Each morning we would discuss what the goal was for the day, and they would answer any of our questions. Their supervisor Brian was regularly checking in also. In addition, they were very careful to protect the furniture and floors in the room adjoining the bathroom as they had to constantly go in and out of that room to get to the bathroom. This team is solid, they are true to their word, creative, problem solvers, and they did a beautiful job on our house. We had a strange space in our 1928 home that had 2 small closets and 1 large close all adjacent to one another with some space to capture as well. Matt, the owner, came to our house with one of his designer's, Keira and they spent over 1/2 the day with us to learn what we wanted, discuss ideas, and choose tiles, fixtures, etc. They were very patient in the talks and they came back with smart designs. Brian was in charge of our team and they were all very respectful of us living in our house while they did the remodels. The team was professional, friendly and every day they cleaned up after themselves. Spotless, like really cleaned. I'll recommend the One Week Bath team to anyone after this experience. They did a beautiful job, they were very smart and found ways to pivot when we opened up the space and found we had to reroute plumbing and even redesign. All of their work is such high quality as we all checked in with each other at the end of every day. The space looks beautiful. In the end they remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 en suite bathroom, build a powder room, and a laundry room. It was all worth it as their work certainly raised the value of the house. OneWeekBath comes highly recommended from my colleague when we were deciding to remodel two of our bathrooms. My colleague, a dermatologist, was so impressed by his experience with OneWeekBath that he couldn't stop saying good things about it. We had already remodeled our kitchen five years ago and our stairwell a year ago, both projects ran over-budget and dragged on for months. Consequently, we are wary of initiating another remodeling project. Our original bathrooms were built in the 1970's. The look was out-dated, and the lighting was inadequate. We had several goals in mind with the remodeling project--to maximize the use of space and to allow more natural light into the shower stall. The old shower stall was also cramped, making showering challenging. The initial design consultation with Matt revealed his depth of knowledge and experience. His attention to detail is astonishing. He made several crucial suggestions that paid tremendous dividends in the final remodel. Matt suggested to replace the existing vanity counter in the master bathroom to one that is shallower, which yielded more floor space in the bathroom. This has a significant impact in the remodeled master bathroom, making the entire room feel more spacious. Replacing the existing recess lighting in the master bathroom also improved the ambiance of the room at night. We decided to knock down the dividing shower wall and replaced it with all glass partition. This allowed more light into the shower stall and also gave us several inches of space inside the shower. Having more elbow room in the stall makes showering a pleasure. Most importantly, Matt's design idea for my son's bathroom gave my four-year-old son more independence. Navigating in the more spacious new bathroom, my son is able to use the bathroom all by himself. He is able to wash his hands, reach the towel rack, the soap, the vanity storage area without our assistance. Not only does this design free up our time, it also gives him great pride to be able to do things on his own. In fact, he really takes ownership of the bathroom because he participated in the design process. My son picked out the paint color for his own bathroom, and he loves the fact that his opinion matters. Matt's crew is equally impressive. Richie and his team always works with the highest professionalism. He is always mindful of the cleanliness of the surrounding during the remodeling, and the crew is courteous. The city inspector delayed the project by three days, at which time I thought the prospect of the remodeling finishing on-time is impossible. However, Richie and his crew were able to complete the project on-time. The workmanship is top-notch. I am quite obsessive about small details, and the end product even surpasses my expectation. I told all my family and friends about my amazing experience with OneWeekBath. It was a very positive experience to have Javier at One Week Bath do the finishing touches and adjustments on my new bathroom. Javier is very punctual, polite, organized, neat & clean, thorough, efficient, skilled and talented. He has a lot of experience and can problem solve in the areas of plumbing, electrical, tile and grout, painting & patching and more. Javier keeps really good records of all the steps he takes and the conditions things are in as he works to solve each issue through photographs on his phone. I was very happy to see him today once again as he came to take care of some minor issues that have come up since the bathroom was finished. Where do we start? Working with OWB has been the best contractor experience we've had so far. Last year, we purchased a house and in the past 6 months, we have worked with painters, handymen, door & window installers and heating & cooling repairmen and no one came close to the customer service we experienced with OWB. Another contractor quoted us a higher amount and a 6-8 week timeline to complete our ~50 sq ft master bathroom remodel. OWB finished the job in 7 days (as agreed upon) and without any extra cost. OWB's quote included everything we needed - design, transportation, permits, you name it! DESIGN After an agreed upon budget range, the first step is meeting with a designer in the comfort of your own home. At the meeting, all materials and design details are chosen and a master contract and price are determined. Sandra helped make the process so fun and stress free... (have you ever heard someone say those words when talking about a remodeling project?). We never felt rushed and she was able to offer her design expertise when we couldn't narrow down choices. CONSTRUCTION As promised, the same dedicated crew came to our house each weekday. Frankie, Luis & Jesse were always on time, very professional and clean. They were great at communicating the progress of the job and talking us through any decisions that needed to be made each day. Throughout the week, Brian (Construction Manager), came to check on the progress and made sure we were happy with how things were going so far. Overall, the quality and attention to detail were really impressive. While they are not the cheapest option, they did an incredible job and in our minds, they are worth every penny! When my husband came home from work on the final day of the project, he wanted to vacuum our master bedroom and bathroom where they had just finished working. Years ago we had One Week Bath remodel our two bathrooms, they did a great job then. I just noticed the one bathtub stopper wasn't working properly a couple weeks ago, all due to age. I reached out asking if they could give me the Model # of the stopper which would enable me to purchase a new one to replace the older worn one. Javier did better than that, he stopped in, looked at what we needed, ordered one from their warehouse, and was back that same afternoon to replace it. The owner took the time to call me and discuss my review. I appreciated his effort and it shows his commitment to his company. After we spoke and he reviewed the scope of work he felt the pricing would be closer to $20,000 for a base shower. I feel his hands on approach aided in adjusting my view. In the end it's on the customer to do their homework and go with the company they trust. In closing, Matt cares enough to speak with potential customers so that's a good sign. read more

While they advertise as One Week Bath, the job was fully completed in a few days over a week. It certainly beats a contractor putting his foot in the door and take off, leaving you hang while he was working at a more lucrative job. We are so enormously pleased with the quality of work, OWB's attention to detail, the friendliness and courtesy of their workers, their teamwork and their cleanliness. We were able to sleep in our bedroom during the remodel. My wife and I now look forward to our "luxury" shower every morning, like a 4-star hotel. OWB did remodels on two bathrooms for us in OCT 2018, on Sunday I noticed what looked like some water leaking below our master bath. My wife texted and left a message with OWB on Monday morning, that night we got a text from Oscar H. that he could come out on Tuesday morning to inspect the problem. He arrived when he said he would be here, he started his inspection and found the issue pretty quickly. He had to cut a hole in the first floor to access the leak, went and got the supplies that he needed, fixed the leak, patched the hole, textured and painted. Looks better than before the leak. I could not be happier with the work that Oscar did, he cleaned up everywhere he worked and walked. I wish all contractors were like Oscar.
