Very professional project. Had bathroom remodel. Very pleased with outcome. Highly recommended.

This team is the best! Several years ago they redid my main bathroom. Their work was well done and I'm still enjoying it today. Recently I had a leak in my bathroom sink. I called them and asked if they could help me. Within minutes, I received a return call. The faucet had to be replaced, unfortunately. The team ordered a replacement for me and scheduled a service call within days. The work was done neatly by a friendly and polite serviceman. I continue to be a happy customer !! read more

A few years ago we contracted with One Week Bath to remodel both of our bathrooms. We loved the results and are still so pleased with how well they came out. We were recently contacted by One Week Bath with an offer to "touch up" the bathrooms-free of charge! After first consulting with us about what we wanted to spruce up, a One Week Bath representative arrived to complete the job. To be fair, there wasn't much to do just some gentle retouching caused by years of daily use. They did a great job and our bathrooms are refreshed. Highly recommend One Week Bath! read more

This team is solid, they are true to their word, creative, problem solvers, and they did a beautiful job on our house. We had a strange space in our 1928 home that had 2 small closets and 1 large close all adjacent to one another with some space to capture as well. Matt, the owner, came to our house with one of his designer's, Keira and they spent over 1/2 the day with us to learn what we wanted, discuss ideas, and choose tiles, fixtures, etc. They were very patient in the talks and they came back with smart designs. Brian was in charge of our team and they were all very respectful of us living in our house while they did the remodels. The team was professional, friendly and every day they cleaned up after themselves. Spotless, like really cleaned. I'll recommend the One Week Bath team to anyone after this experience. They did a beautiful job, they were very smart and found ways to pivot when we opened up the space and found we had to reroute plumbing and even redesign. All of their work is such high quality as we all checked in with each other at the end of every day. The space looks beautiful. In the end they remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 en suite bathroom, build a powder room, and a laundry room. It was all worth it as their work certainly raised the value of the house. But more importantly, we love the look and feel of what they did. Great work, great people. read more

One Week Bath redid our master bathroom nearly ten years ago, and did such a beautiful job we called them back this year for the guest bath. Once again, the work was spotless. Most important, the crew was excellent. Steve and his team arrived on time every morning, worked efficiently, and cleaned up before leaving each day. They were friendly and polite, and Steve gave us daily updates. Brian kept in touch during the project and stopped in several times. He was very helpful and responsive throughout. Our special thanks to Javier, who oversaw the final inspection and tweaked a couple things at our request. Most notably, he went above and beyond when he installed smoke detectors on a moment's notice to pass the city inspection, even though that was totally unrelated to the bathroom. We are grateful to One Week Bath for superb service and a beautiful new bathroom. read more

We have had great follow-up service from 1WB since our bathroom was remodeled in 2022, most recently from Javier Lazaro!

This is an update to my original review from 2016. One Week Bath did both of my bathrooms and my kitchen. I gave them 5 stars in my original review and I want to update my review to say that years after they did my bathroom, I had a problem with one of the cabinet drawers and they came out today and fixed it for me free of charge. Thank you to Javier for your great customer service. Another 5 stars. read more

It was a very positive experience to have Javier at One Week Bath do the finishing touches and adjustments on my new bathroom. Javier is very punctual, polite, organized, neat & clean, thorough, efficient, skilled and talented. He has a lot of experience and can problem solve in the areas of plumbing, electrical, tile and grout, painting & patching and more. Javier keeps really good records of all the steps he takes and the conditions things are in as he works to solve each issue through photographs on his phone. I was very happy to see him today once again as he came to take care of some minor issues that have come up since the bathroom was finished. I didn't have to wait more than a couple of days for an appointment, and he took care of everything in a short amount of time with skill. I really recommend Javier and One Week Bath. read more

We recently had One Week Bath remodel our shower/bath in our master bedroom It had been a shower/bath combination and we wanted to replace it with a walk-in shower. While they advertise as One Week Bath, the job was fully completed in a few days over a week. It certainly beats a contractor putting his foot in the door and take off, leaving you hang while he was working at a more lucrative job. We are so enormously pleased with the quality of work, OWB's attention to detail, the friendliness and courtesy of their workers, their teamwork and their cleanliness. We were able to sleep in our bedroom during the remodel. My wife and I now look forward to our "luxury" shower every morning, like a 4-star hotel. I would strongly recommend One Week Bath to anyone and have no reservations. read more

Just as a follow up: We did receive a call from someone at the company, not the owner, who very kindly asked if there was some way that the company could help solve the array of problems. I reviewed a list of the ongoing problems with the bathroom remodel and he said he would get back to me to help. I never heard from him again and he never subsequently returned my phone call. read more

Amazing service. Beyond expectations! One week bath delivers quality construction with no drama! And instant response to all questions. Wow. David Galindo was my construction lead and he was perfect!!! And a special shout out to Javier Lazaro. Don't get anyone else. This firm is just want you need. read more

OWB did remodels on two bathrooms for us in OCT 2018, on Sunday I noticed what looked like some water leaking below our master bath. My wife texted and left a message with OWB on Monday morning, that night we got a text from Oscar H. that he could come out on Tuesday morning to inspect the problem. He arrived when he said he would be here, he started his inspection and found the issue pretty quickly. He had to cut a hole in the first floor to access the leak, went and got the supplies that he needed, fixed the leak, patched the hole, textured and painted. Looks better than before the leak. I could not be happier with the work that Oscar did, he cleaned up everywhere he worked and walked. I wish all contractors were like Oscar. Thank you One Week Bath and Oscar for the quick response to this issue! read more

Years ago we had One Week Bath remodel our two bathrooms, they did a great job then. I just noticed the one bathtub stopper wasn't working properly a couple weeks ago, all due to age. I reached out asking if they could give me the Model # of the stopper which would enable me to purchase a new one to replace the older worn one. Javier did better than that, he stopped in, looked at what we needed, ordered one from their warehouse, and was back that same afternoon to replace it. Not only is their workmanship great, their service is great. Thank you Javier, you're the best. read more

Love, love, love my new bathroom. And it was finished in one week! All of the work staff wore masks, were very professional, friendly and always after the days job was finished, they totally cleaned the area as well as could be. I especially appreciated that. I want to especially thank Oscar Herrera for going beyond what was expected. He was so kind to my husband and helped him with a difficult situation. My husband and I highly recommend ONE WEEK BATH read more

The owner took the time to call me and discuss my review. I appreciated his effort and it shows his commitment to his company. After we spoke and he reviewed the scope of work he felt the pricing would be closer to $20,000 for a base shower. I feel his hands on approach aided in adjusting my view. In the end it's on the customer to do their homework and go with the company they trust. In closing, Matt cares enough to speak with potential customers so that's a good sign. read more

The whole process was professional and smooth. We remodelled one of our bathrooms down to the studs. The entire One Week Bath team was clear and thorough. Ernie, Caesar, Albert and Pablo were the crew for our project and I can't say enough good things about them. They showed up on time, kept our house as clean as is possible given the scope of the work, and did an excellent job with the actual remodel. We really appreciate that there are no hidden fees or upcharges with One Week Bath. It makes a challenging undertaking a bit less stressful. read more

This is our second time hiring One Week Bath to remodel our bathroom. We really like that whole process. They make everything easy for us. Frankie and his team are quick, clean, punctual and professional. Everyone that we have worked with in One Week Bath is personable and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a company that you can trust to remodel your bathroom, I highly recommend One Week Bath. read more

If you're looking for a company that covers it all, this is it. It starts with their designer coming to your home and going over your ideas on what you want. They bring tons if samples but know that you must work with their inventory of choices. They work within your budget and guarantee a time frame of completion. You are assigned a work crew for the entire project and they show up promptly every day, and clean up afterwards, Monday through Friday. Their lead contractor is available throughout the project if you have questions or concerns along the way. I am not sure if they are the least expensive company around, but they make up for this in ease, efficiency and quality and this is worth every penny. I used OWB for all three of my bathrooms --one only took three days and the other two were six and seven days each. read more

During the Covid-19 pandemic, OWB reached out to me asking if I was still satisfied with the job OWB had done on our bathroom 4-5 years ago and if they needed to send anyone out to touch up and/or repair anything at no cost to me. They came out in protective gear, did some minor touchups and everything is as good as new! I used OWB bath to remodel two of my bathrooms at my townhouse and when I moved, I called them out again to do 2 more bathrooms for me. I really appreciate everything OWB has done for us and I can't tell you how happy we have been using OWB. I know OWB can be a sticker shock when you were start looking into a bathroom remodel, but something Matt said to me in our phone consultation always stuck with me. Matt told me that I might be able to find something cheaper but if anything goes wrong the hassle and headache won't be worth it and in the end it might come out to be a similar price. OWB does high quality work in a short amount of time. Sure, you might have friends that get a remodel done cheaper, but no where near as quick as OWB and OWB does it with no tricks, added costs or scheduling delays. The price is well worth the piece of mind and OWB customer service is excellent! I was little nervous that the price was too high and I was getting ripped off but in the end it was totally worth it and I could not be any happier! read more

OWB just finished our kitchen after completing 2 bathrooms. The finished products are first rate. We were able to incorporate all our ideas into the projects. There are always challenges on every job and they have the expertise to overcome them and keep to the schedule and budget. I definitely can recommend them. read more

Thank you, One Week Bath, for making the overall experience of remodeling my kitchen a very positive one. I had interviewed a half-dozen contractors before friends recommended OWB. OWB offered everything that was important to me. Yes, as others have mentioned, they charge more--but they also include more. I valued that OWB takes responsibility and accountability for every aspect of the job (except the purchasing of appliances, but they oversee the installation). I felt a high degree of comfort and trust knowing that the people who would be working in my home are company employees. The model of doing all the planning up front and waiting for all the materials to be ready before work in the home begins was ideal. It provided confidence that the contracted price of the job would be the true total required to be paid and is intended to ensure that the job can be completed as quickly as possible, minimizing the inconvenience of living through construction. Essential to me was the extra hand-holding OWB was willing to provide. OWB provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Every member of the team is deeply committed to customer satisfaction. Working with Kiera on the design was a great pleasure. She guided me with tremendous patience and care, ensuring that the decisions made have now culminated in a kitchen more beautiful than I'd imagined. That plan was executed by a sensational crew. I truly loved having Javier, Ruben, and Alex in my home and miss them now that the work has been completed. They are uber considerate and conscientious. A very hard-working team that has the skills and expertise to deliver on the superior quality OWB promises. And it is true they do an incredible job of cleaning up at the end of each day, making it so much more comfortable to live through the process. Not everything went smoothly, but for each problem that arose, solutions were found, and I hope that OWB will be rewarded for their good work with more work--hence this endorsement. read more

Total waste of time. Their quote was not just the highest they were 3 times the next quote for exactly the same job. They push they guarantee their work but I can do three bathrooms for their price of one. I was shocked and I it's a shame they are trying to take advantage of people that way... read more

Great experience throughout the entire process. The design session was extremely thorough, and when we realized the total cost of the project exceeded our budget, they were quick to recommend alternatives that would decrease the cost of the project. David and his crew did a fantastic job turning our old, ugly bathroom into something we are truly proud of. Since this was our only bathroom in the house, we had to relocate for the duration of construction. Every other company we got quotes from told us it would be a 2-3 week process, but One Week Bath was able to finish in 8 days. David was also amazing at communicating with me during those 8 days, and consistently sent me pictures/videos of his progress. He answered every question/concern I had quickly and thoroughly, and he even spent a large amount of time and effort performing tasks that weren't included in the original specifications (i.e. flattening our warped walls and replacing creaky floorboards). This will not be the cheapest quote you will receive for a bathroom renovation, but the quality of work, clear and consistent communication, and overall enjoyable process makes it 100% worth every penny. We will absolutely be reaching back out to them for our next bathroom project. read more

Where to start... from start to finish and even beyond One Week Bath has been a pleasure to work with. A project manager and designer came out and helped us pick our pieces to bring our master and guest bedroom to life. The arrival of some items did take some time, but it was post covid times so everything took longer. Once everything was in, it was time for them to send a team of 3 over. The 3 guys were great, super friendly, respectful, and great at building our bathrooms. It was the same team the entire time. The designer would come check on things and checked in on how i was enjoying seeing my image come to life. There was one issue with the vanity (not the fault of one week but of the builder) and without pushback one week bath took it and helped to source a new builder that built a stunning vanity. My attention to detail is next level and my perfectionist expectations are high, they were patient and so accommodating and adjusted anything i pointed out. After they were done and any time there's been an issue, they have come out to fix the issue ( not that there have been many). Every time someone has come out, they've been lovely and great at what they do. Brian Vp, David, Ruben, Javier, Kiera and anyone else i may have missed, thank you for what you do and making the remodel experience a positive one! read more

One Week Bath has remodeled four bathrooms and a kitchen for us. Most recently, on a major kitchen overhaul, Kiera and Doug helped me layout and design. Keira especially offered great support all along the way, including on many custom items. Brian oversaw an excellent execution and was always available to solve any problems that came up. Robert, Alberto and their crew went above and beyond. They were timely, transparent, clean and communicative. Really an excellent experience all around and we've been extremely happy with their work. read more

The company has fixed the issues. The higher ups at the company were very responsive about getting the window screen done and making sure I was satisfied with the fix. The bathroom itself is fantastic. It's unfortunate that the two employees most responsible for getting things finished had so much trouble and spoiled the overall experience. However, the rest of the people we worked with were great, and this seems to be an anomaly for the company. While my experience was not ideal, the company did work quickly to fix the problem once this review got their attention. I wish there had been better communication throughout, but in end the bathroom is great. read more

I have never felt so at ease or confident with a home improvement project and I owe it to Brian, Kiera, David and their team. I have had lots of construction at my home by the end of 2022 with a different company and it was so incredibly stressful that I was not looking forward to starting a new project for my powder room in 2023, but from speaking to One Week Bath's reception to the designer Kiera to Brian and David, I was always treated with such immense respect - as a woman living alone I have found this to be a VERY rare experience when doing renos. My bathroom is exactly what I wanted it to be (contemporary, clean, chic) and they always checked in each day to see what I thought and answered any questions I had. Thank you guys so much and I can't wait to work with you all again in the future. read more

I had my in-person meeting with Jenn and Kristen for discussion the bathroom design details & signing the contract. I will continue update this review while project is going. But what I found out so far are: 1. They showed up on time. Exactly on 2pm. 2. Patiently answered all my questions & provided suggestions. 3. Worked efficiently to complete everything within 2 hours. 4. Professionalism! read more

We used One Week Bath for our Kitchen. We are pleasantly surprised with our contractor! Amazing! We met 5 different contractors. When we met with Matt, we signed up. He was confident that he could make us happy, and he did! My kitchen is perfect! Absolutely exactly what I wanted! Perfect, just perfect. Also, I must add important information.... his crew is amazing! Honest, timely, trust worthy and so respectful! Everyone tried to please and everyone takes pride in their work! Thanks for everything! read more

When I decided to remodel my bathroom, I had no idea where to start. I bought my house in 1963; this was my first real attempt at a remodel of the master bath, and I was lost! Good fortune was on my side because I learned of One Week Bath. Now my bathroom is a show place. The person who helped me with the design was the supervisor, Brian Kargari. Not only did he help me see the total picture of the shower walls and floor, his suggestions also directed the coordination of the shower design with that of the bathroom floor tile as well. Herringbone, a style I was unfamiliar with, was our choice. Gorgeous! The team which made this magic happen was led by Javier, joined by Manny and Alberto. The quality of their work cannot be overstated. I think one of the most impressive qualities of the tiling is how the sweeping.design continues from one tile to another, and the precise cutting and placement of the shower wall tile. They worked diligently, carefully cleaning up at the end of each day. My choice of One Week Bath was a good one. I'd gladly use them again. read more

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Matt and the entire team at One Week Bath are complete professionals: knowledgeable, thoughtful in helping to choose materials, on time, responsive. They remodeled my master bathroom while I was 7 mos pregnant during a pandemic, and I was very impressed with how clean and careful the entire crew was. Job was done on budget and on schedule- I'd definitely recommend them, and use them again for myself in the future. read more

One Week Bath remodeled my bathroom in mid-2014. I enjoyed NOT having to drive around, look for parking, stand in lines or go online to buy items. Been there; very TIRED of that. I picked what I wanted in one in-home meeting. More than most people, I DON'T like having workers in my home. Rudy's team was efficient, polite and I enjoyed their enthusiasm to get things done correctly. I have needed a few adjustments. When I email Oscar, he answers immediately or as soon as he can. I'm appreciative and impressed by this reliability. I emailed a question to another One Week Bath employee, Elvin. He, too, responded immediately. Here It Is: 2018, Oscar stopped by on time today to assist me with a towel-bar adjustment. Oscar put booties on WITHOUT my having to ask. He adjusted my towel bar with his usual great attitude. Are there companies who would help a customer FOUR YEARS AFTER their original work? I appreciate this peace of mind and recommend One Week Bath (OWB). Love, love, love our 3 new bathrooms! If you want a new beautiful bathroom with the least amount of stress - use One Week Bath! We have had many nightmare experiences during construction remodels in the past, but NOT with One Week Bath. They were absolutely amazing. From the initial design meeting with Matt (the owner) and one of his designers, Keira, and all the way through the process it was easy and pleasant, no stress at all. Javier, Emmanuel and Alberto were the builders for our 3 bathrooms. They were fantastic. They showed up every single day - Monday - Friday at 8AM and worked until 4:30 and sometimes later. The attention to detail was so appreciated. They anticipated our needs and were respectful of our home. They actually cared and wanted us to be happy. At the end of each day they swept and mopped. I'm so very impressed. I have to add that the choices of tile, countertop, vanities etc., was immense. You can choose a budget friendly bathroom or a high-end bathroom. I highly recommend going with One Week Bath if you are in need of a remodel. read more

This was our first ever remodel and we had a positive experience.  OWB came highly recommended from a friend. One of the reasons we chose OWB was because we wanted a full bathroom remodel done in the shortest amount of time.  The thought of our bathroom being under constr\uction for longer than a week or 2 was too stressful.  OWB delivered exactly as they promised; we got a beautiful bathroom in 8 working days. Everyone at OWB was always responsive and helpful.  Everyday the crew was on time and respectful.  If we ever chose to remodel another room I would definitely hire them again.  I am also very happy with the customer service.  I love that I can contact them to fix something years later. read more
