We hired One Week Bath a few years back to renovate all three of our bathrooms. We were so impressed with their work that when it came time to renovate our kitchen and living room, we hired them again. Kiera and Doug started the process with discussions about designs and pricing and really helped us visualize the transformation that was about to take place. Brian managed everything and went above and beyond to make sure that we were not just satisfied, but also happy with the entire process. Javier and the rest of his team were at our house everyday and felt like part of our family. They were respectful, courteous, always cleaned up, and paid attention to details. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome and we highly recommend One Week Bath for your renovation needs. They're true professionals! read more

8 years ago we hired One Week Bath. They were curtious, helpful and showed up on time. They cleaned up after themselves and the owner was always in communication and worked hard to remedy any problems. So why only two stars? A little while ago, I noticed that mold was growing on the wall outside of the shower. Another contractor who was doing work in our house used the bathroom and pointed out that the work was done "all wrong". He knocked on the shower stall wall and pointed out that it was just wood/ drywall back there, so it was pourus with water going into the wall. What is supposed to be done is hot mopping, then chicken wire and then concrete in tub and shower areas. This was NOT done. We pulled out our contract, and what they used was "water resistant paper". At the time, we believed that they knew what they were doing and trusted them. We are now will be paying almost $4K to a mold remediation company and another $18K for another remod which will be done right with the hot mopping technique. I wanted to be fair, so called and asked if they now hot mop. The answer was "no"....they now use some kind of plastic. It took us 4 years to save up the money to AGAIN completely redo and de-mold an 8 year old bathroom. Please research into hot mopping and why it needs to be done...they still don't do it so I didn't ask them to come back and fix it. Here's what my bathroom looked like the morning before the mold abatement company came over to gut and dry the bathroom. AMENDMENT TO ONE WEEK BATH'S RESPONSE: I have spoken with the Mold Remediation service that I am payibg $3,400.00 to on top of the $18,000.00 that I am paying to the new contractor to completely re-do this mess. It is THE WORST "job" that they have seen. The built up wooden dam around the shower stall was so wet that they poked a finger all the way through it. It was ONLY 3 pieces of wood and "some kind of plastic strip on the top" that was "decomposing". They laughed and shook their heads with discust when reading One Week Bath's response if hot mopping being "the old method". Every one of the 5 contractors who I interviewed stressed the importance and effectiveness of hot mopping, concrete and THEN a barrier for the tile...NOT JUST a barrier that was installed. The mold remediation folks have taken several pictures of tge horrific work, water damage and mold and will be sending tgem to me proving this shoddy workmanship. I will post those too once they send them to me at tge completion of the project which so far has taken 5 days and it's still all not dry yet! At that point I will contact One Week Bath, but there is no way that I will allow them to do any kind of work in my house again. read more

Complete waste of time. The estimate from the designer was ridiculously high. 2-3 times more than any other quote from various contractors. Before even discussing any designs or materials, the designer stated that the cost would be $25K-30K for a full remodel using basic materials they have on hand and would only go up from there. Keep in mind that this is a small basic bathroom with a shower/tub with no relocation of anything. Did I mention that this was done over the phone and just a couple of pictures? Before taking their time to even visit the property, they basically feel you out with a ridiculous estimate to see if you're ok with being ripped off. If not, they basically end the call there. Their pitch is that they include a designer, materials, and basically everything is done in house. Unless you plan on changing the layout or doing something completely custom that would require a designer, I don't see a lot of benefit to having a designer. Most home owners are usually just looking to update the tile, a simple vanity and a fresh coat of paint. If this is you, you'd basically be paying a high price just to have someone help you choose colors and materials. Hiring a separate designer would be a hell of a lot cheaper. Go to Floor & Decor, their designers can also help you with that for free. Also, don't be swayed by the "one week" spill. They won't start the job until all materials are on site. The majority of contractors are able to complete the job in the same time frame if you have all the materials already. I recommend getting several quotes before deciding on this company. read more

I can pick on dozens of issues with One Week Bath. I'm going to list just a few main points that should be enough when you're weighing OWB among numerous estimates. I am certain they will be your highest bidder and I have learned, that does not necessarily correlate with quality and craftsmanship. 1. After the design phase you are provided a technical plan. During the design phase, the walk through, and to the crew, I repeated as if it were gospel I wanted one thing in particular to occur and made sure it was written into the design plan. It was ignored by the work crew and never occurred. The design called for six days, but the project took nine. Some delay was acceptable, as supplies arrived defective, other delays were caused by their failure to adhere to the technical plan, and a few times I insisted they redo work because it was unacceptable. 2. The only specialist on the job is the electrician, and half his work was redone by non-electricians because they ignored the technical plan. All other crew members are jack-of-all-trade. So, the same person demolishing is the same person laying the tile, and the same person doing the finish work. 3. They knowingly made electrical code violations and took steps to conceal it from the inspector and homeowner. 4. Their cabinetry is not quality material, consisting of particle board that should be avoiding in moist environments. 5. My previous floor was built-up with self-leveling cement and included a moisture barrier. OWD instead leveled the floor with thinset and did not include any moisture barrier. I already feel some tiles creaking when walked on. They are kind, and good about redoing work to your satisfaction, but I feel part of that is because they know it's not 100% and are hoping to get by within the very quick schedule. I would not hire again. read more

One Week Bath (OWB) has done two total remodels, one of which was down to the studs and included a fair amount of plumbing and electrical work.  We are extremely happy with both jobs.  Starting with the design work at our dining room table, through the demolition and build work, and finishing with the cheerful and timely attention to punch list work.   Matt and his design assistant were terrific at helping us pick materials and finishes, Armando and his crew were on time, attentive to details, cleaned up daily, respectful, and awfully nice to boot.  OWB's approach of ordering and storing supplies at their warehouse until everything was ready meant no delays, no mistakes, and completion of the work on time.  A real benefit for condo dwellers like us. They also dealt with city inspectors, another element we didn't have to worry about. Take a look at our beautiful Master Bath at https://oneweekbath.com/view-all-design-bathrooms/#foobox-4/0/OWB_LA_Vidor.021.jpg  Our guest bath, while considerably smaller, is just as nice. read more

I don't normally write reviews but I'll give it a try. Obviously I was looking for a new bathroom. I always do research when I plan on spending over $300 for anything. Also never used a contractor before so I had to be careful. This was going to be big big bucks! Now What mattered to me was time .. I didn't want my life disrupted for two months, so finding one week sounded good to me. Read a few good reviews but who believes those, right! My bathroom was falling apart and needing to get this done before my bathtub fell through the floor .. so I jumped in. Well holy crap, I don't know how this happened but I feel like I got more than what I paid for. What you say? more! yes more ..It started with Sandra first, she was the design specialists who became my pen pal during the project! She checked in almost every day and sometimes more, making sure I was happy. She was very meticulous sincere and had great ideas even down to the toilet paper roll holder! Who cares about toilet paper roll holders .. Sondra does! I'm trying to make a relatively short review but I can't I want people to know what I got for my money, I'm not rich and maybe some of you people are in the same boat. Now let's get down to when the work started. They do great prep work everything was in my backyard from day one. Everything was organized and cleaned up at the end of the day. Remember these names David and his crew Jose and Nate. Okay the mirror above the sink, placed 2 inches different than where my last one was! Who cares about such a minor thing! Well David does. Just using that as an example he made sure everything was what I wanted and where I wanted it.. sure not everything's perfect the first time, this was a big job, but had no problems getting changes made, down to where I wanted my toilet paper roll holder to be placed! Seriously, He wanted to make sure I was happy with his work. I could tell he took pride in his work with customer satisfaction and great communication . I know this happens when you have a good boss, these guys were fortunate to be hired into a company like this. Now remember this name, Brian, part owner of the company. He also made sure I was happy! For example he didn't like my medicine cabinet, so he upgraded it at no extra cost! Who cares about a medicine cabinet, well Brian does! What it all boils down to is, you'll be hiring a company that gives you what you want and what you're paying for and you'll be happy writing the checks. Now come on folks we know that's the way things should be .. but we all know that's not always the case. God bless them all... now pick up the phone and give them a call, what are you waiting for! P.S. After the job was done I read more of the reviews on them... I see mine was pretty amateurish. But I now know you can believe everything you read. And if it's possible, I suggest using the people I've listed. Thanks guys read more

One Week Bath - General Contractors Near Me - Van Nuys, California

Streamlined, insightful design, followed by efficient, reliable, clean construction. Instantaneous communications, before, during and after building. Next-morning corrections of a few minor discrepancies. Exceeded my expectations of workmanship. Members of the crew showed focus and detail in their work -- pride. Systematic quality control by several layers of personnel. One Week Bath was considerably more expensive than competitors' bids. The same product might be attainable at less cost if one has the experience or luck to select the right less expensive builder. I knew that going in. But most builders just don't have a process to perform consistently reliably like One Week. Friends suggested that I choose a lower bidder. But the references I reviewed before signing with One Week convinced me that One Week would almost certainly deliver high quality painlessly. It more than did so. The friends who believe that I overpaid do not question the quality of the product. I am fully satisfied. Easy process, great product, expensive. read more

Following up a year after our kitchen remodel with One Week Bath and we are so happy with their service! The breaker for our double oven tripped a few times when both the top and bottom oven were pre-heating at the same time. I called One Week Bath for service and had a prompt reply from Javier. We weren't sure if the problem was with the breaker or with the oven so he sent Pablo the electrician out the very next morning to diagnose. Pablo was on time, friendly, and an extremely knowledgeable electrician. He was very thorough - he checked the schematics for the oven, checked the wiring, and checked the 40-amp breaker. Everything was, of course, correctly installed so we decided to replace the breaker with a new one - keeping the 40-amp size that was correct for our oven. If the oven has any trouble in the future, we will know it is the oven itself, not the wiring, and we will pursue service through our GE warranty. We are thankful that One Week Bath stands behind their construction and continues to support us even after the project is complete! read more

We hired One Week Bath to redo two bathrooms and ate thrilled with the results. Design through finish they communicated well. They completed construction while we were home with young children and were working from home. Every day they left the house clean and livable even during demo. I can't recommend them enough! read more

I'm not the best photographer so before and after photos wouldn't do justice to the work that Brian, Armando, Elvin and their crew did on my home! On top of their beautiful craftsmanship, Brian, Armando and Elvin have been so great to work with. They're: 1) responsive 2) professional 3) personable 4) have great attitudes 5) most important, I trusted them in my home even when I wasn't there. That type of service is hard to find. They redid all of the bathrooms and the kitchen in my condo - massive work. Home improvement is always stressful but they made it manageable. It was a rewarding process. Because of the work they did, I've recommended One Week Bath, and these guys specifically, to any friends and family that have needed work done in their homes! This is an emphatic recommendation! read more

I recommend one week bath without reservation! From start to finish this experience has exceeded my expectations! The process makes remodeling your bathroom a pleasure and they have a system which make the whole thing seamless. Jenn made the design consultation, which took place in my dining room, enjoyable as she patiently helped me pick out and customize my new bathroom. I can't say enough about the courtesy and professionalism of Robert and his crew as they transformed my bathroom before my eyes. It really only took a week, once construction began, a they own every step of the process. Thanks again for this amazing experience! Andy read more

Highly recommend One Week Bath for their top-notch work, speediness and efficiency. We are so pleased with our master bathroom remodel. Our designer Kiera really listened to our wants and needs and Brian delivered his great technical brain on it all. We went from a small mid-century closeted bathroom to a proper master suite! We did have to wait 3 months until we went into construction due to their high volume of customers and their backed up schedule, but once we got in, the job finished within the 2-3 week mark as expected. And that's with demo'ing EVERYTHING in the place -- knocking down walls, leveling our floor, adding new plumbing and a floor to ceiling window in addition to the new appliances and cosmetic touches. We EVEN had a covid hiccup in the beginning for a couple days which caused us some delay, but Brian, Kiera and Armando worked hard to get us another crew during crunch time and ensured everyone's safety throughout. The crew on the job was incredible. Kind, fast and great attention to detail. I've never seen a tiling expert like Armando! Most importantly, everything stayed on budget. We had a follow up with Diego who came and fixed any little nit-picky things and he solved all our last little problems. A couple weeks ago my faucet handle was a little loose and again he came back! They STILL say we can contact them anytime for any fixes and that's something I really love about working with them. read more

I've had 2 bathrooms remodeled by One Week Bath and couldn't be more pleased! The first bathroom - ten years ago - turned into quite a project when the open the walls and found mold, mildew and dry rot everywhere. But, no problem - they promptly pulled in the requisite subcontractor, made the repairs, and I ended up with a great bathroom. Bathroom #2 was last year, quality work on time. A few minor problems cropped up in both bathrooms and they were there within days to fix or replace at no charge. Can't go wrong with these folks! read more

UPDATE: OWB wows us again! 6 months after completion, I contacted OWB when my husband spilled a chemical and stained our new white countertops! I was really just hoping for a recommendation on a repair service, since the damage was our fault, but OWB took care of it themselves immediately! They take such pride in their work and customer service. I will use them for ALL of my future home renovations! Thank you OWB! I literally work them into conversation every time I meet an L.A. homeowner!!! read more

I remodeled two baths a couple of years ago with a local contractor. This was a very long term project with many trips to Home Depot and things I had picked ending up not exactly what I had picked. In December I wanted to remodel another bath. I called OWB and was a bit skeptical about what they promised. Sandra Bishop, their design consultant came out and I immediately knew I had made a good choice. The first appt we picked out every single thing that would go in my bath. Down to drawer pulls. When the time came to start, Frankie and his team worked nonstop to get the bath done in 8 days. There was a plumbing crisis during the project. My plumber and Frankie arrived at the same time and they worked together to resolve the problem. I cannot recommend Frankie and his group highly enough. They cleaned up every day before leaving and at the end my bath and surroundings were spotless. They had everything they needed when they started and there were no time copanicky runs to Home Depot. This is a very professional operation. I recommend them highly. I read more

Had a great experience with OWB. I had a nightmare bathroom situation with a bad shower drain and zero cabinetry, so I contacted OWB, and a few days later I sat down with Sandra for a couple of hours and we discussed what I needed. I had a strict budget which she always kept in mind and gave me a number of options for each aspect of my partial remodel. The remodel started sooner than they projected, and was completed within time and budget, and I'm very happy with the final product. Everyone was timely, responsive, and professional from beginning to end, the designers, the foreman and the contractors. read more

My wife and I have spent the last several months remodeling and generally getting a house ready for us to move into. Over the course of this process we have been fortunate to work excellent professionals in several areas of expertise. I would like to provide the GCC community several reference which come highly recommended. I will start with our remodeling contractor: One-Week Bath. We used One-Week Bath for remodeling our bathroom and our kitchen. (The bathroom did indeed take about a week. The kitchen took longer but this was expected.) The owner, Matt, took a personal interest in the project and was with us from start to finish. He likes to sit down with clients well ahead of time and establish a rapport and get a sense of what the client really wants. There was never a rush and he never attempted to sell us anything. Rather, he always spoke in terms of options. He gave us the full range of possibilities from economy to high end. He is very good about working within budgets and honest about what is needed and what is just "extra." They are able to work quickly because all items are purchased ahead of time and on site the day work is to begin. There is no waiting for "stuff to arrive." The crew is very friendly and very skilled. They have all worked with Matt for years and clearly love what they do. They are all detail-oriented and take pride in their work. The work was done cleanly and with care. Best of all, if they overlooked something a single phone call puts a worker on the spot within an hour. I witnessed this myself when a seal on the bathroom backsplash wasn't watertight. I called the foreman and within 45 minutes someone was in my bathroom putting seal in. The company does a range of services from electrical to painting. Everything we have had them do they do well. They also put us in touch with an excellent plumbing service and can recommend other professional services based on their own experience working with them. I suppose what I appreciated most was the attention given to completing 100% of the work. What I mean by this is that, when you have a big project like this, chances are some "tweaking" will have to be done to make things perfect. There were several of these moments. Small alterations to outlets so power cords will seat more snuggly; replacing a small piece of floorboard; locating extra shelf brackets for us, etc. In every situation, we have found One-Week Bath to be attentive and responsive to our needs. And this was AFTER they collected the check! We like Matt and his company so well that we are going to hire them to help us get our condo ready to sell. We are bringing them aboard next year to build a master bedroom. In other words, we will be repeat customers. I should also add that we were recommend to One-Week Bath by another satisfied customer, so their reputation preceded them. If you are looking to hire a company to help you remodel, we recommend One-Week Bath without hesitation and with great enthusiasm. read more

Today the guys are finishing up most of the work on the 2 bathrooms we remodelled... just waiting for shower enclosures, a light and shelf that are on order. I cannot say just how pleasurable it has been working with Brian, Frankie and his crew during the past 2 1/2 weeks. (okay, not ONE week, but we gutted one bathroom and did partial remodel on the other.) Their work ethic is unlike anything I have experienced in my remodeling experiences.' ' The guys were here waiting in my driveway every day before 7:30 am to start work, and other than Fridays, they didn't leave before 6:30 pm. They worked hard every day, and cleaned the house at night before they left. From our first meeting with Matt and his designer, to the Tech Walk, to the demo everything went as planned, and when a minor glich came up, Brian handled it in the most professional manner possible. ' Brian (VP in charge of jobs!) was available by phone or text whenever I needed him. His crews obviously respect him, and Frankie's crew (our #1) respects him in the same way. While I am sure you can remodel a bathroom for less (or more) money, what you get from this company is amazing! read more

One Week Bath is the Nordstroms of bathroom remodeling. They provide five star customer service, quality, and professionalism. Matt met with me for five hours to select the items for the renovation of my two bathrooms. I'm sure my lack of budget combined with hesitation toward the project was a challenge for him, but he did a great job of managing me through the process. The crew did meticulous work (especially with the shower and floor tiling) and was most impressive when they came up against issues (no job is without them). They always had a solution in play before I was even aware of the issue. When my 60+ year old house posed things that needed to be fixed, they fixed them. They didn't simply slap tile over the issue to cover it up. They live up to their name and complete a bathroom renovation within a week. A key to their ability to keep to the promised timeline is the extent of their documentation and communication. Great News! They also remodel kitchens! read more

One Week Bath recently finished a very challenging project at our house. Two of our showers had old, leaky shower pans and had been unusable. We hired OWB to rip out the existing tile, install new plumbing and hardware, and retile the showers. The challenge was that both bathrooms had some beautiful vintage tilework that could not be replaced or matched. The job required tremendous care to demolish what needed to be demolished without harming the tile that was to stay. This turned out to be a painstaking, time-consuming process. The workers sent by OWB were highly-skilled, extremely patient, and a pleasure to be with. They never rushed or cut corners. It was a fixed-fee job but I never got any sense that the fee guided the effort. In fact, I suspect that OWB actually lost money on this job because of all of the careful work required. But you would never have known it from OWB's conduct, which was uniformly professional and friendly. We are extremely happy with the result and would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them to others. I wish all contractors were as great as Matt and his exceptionally-well trained team. read more

I am thrilled with my experience with One Week Bath and highly recommend them. I have a 1930's bungalow rental house that had its original kitchen and one bathroom. We gutted both and turned a hall closet into a powder room. As timing would have it, we started planning right after Covid hit. Matt and my project designer Kiera, spent about 8 hours on zoom with me, over a couple of days, planning the project and selecting the tile, fixtures, sinks and cabinets. 7 months and many emails later, later, Brian, Armando and their team made it happen...in 3 weeks! On budget, even though I changed a dozen little things along the way. The entire team was enthusiastic, careful, respectful and accommodating, and when any details needed correcting, they were immediately responsive. I wish I knew Matt when I did my own house remodels 13 years ago, and will call him for all future construction. The peace of mind from an entirely full-service operation, their high level of quality work, and their overall and universal loveliness as people cannot be overstated. THANK YOU One Week Bath! Now let's talk about my garage... read more

I found One Week Bath through Yelp. It was definitely the highest of the 3 quotes we got but for the guarantee that the work will be finished in 7 days, we were willing to pay the extra cost. Their customer service is excellent. We were contacted by a designer. Ours was Ian. Before having the consultation, we presented Ian with the exact design we wanted. A couple weeks later, we had 3 hour meeting. It was productive, and we decided to sign up right then. A few weeks later, we were contacted by Brian, the project manager, and a Start Date was set up thereafter. Three main construction guys are arranged to come out to do the work. Our lead contractor was Rudy, who was super friendly. The project was completed in the timeframe planned (around seven days). There were a few things that needed to be fixed and Rudy came back right away. The construction project until the date we got our permit took about 3 months but we were able to use the bathroom one day after the project was completed after everything was dry. The follow up was great. It's nice to work with a company that will guarantee its timeline and work product, even if it costs a bit more. The customer service and follow up is so worth it! read more

Quite frankly, I do not like home improvement projects. There comes a time when your old home needs a new bathroom and I had reached that point. Several friends had redone their bathroom and it took over two months. I looked around and found One Week Bath. The concept of having the same team working on your bathroom project from beginning to end, Monday through Friday appealed to me. I called the second week of January, had Doug and Keira come to my home to talk about what was needed, design, and cost a week after my call. Brian came for pre construction inspection soon after that. The construction team was ready to begin with everything necessary for my project on April 24 and they were finished on May 13th and I love my bathroom! (They would have been finished two days earlier, but the inspector in my city doesn't work on Fridays and Monday had no open appointments.) The process is streamlined so you do not wait for materials during construction. My construction team of Robert, Alberto, and Brian M. we're on time, worked hard and kept the work area as clean as possible. They were easy to have around, asked necessary questions and gave suggestions that were helpful. The whole team made my construction project as painless as possible. Thanks to all! read more

My husband and I had never embarked a remodeling project of any kind before so we were a bit nervous and cautious. We felt that the OWB experience was elegant from end to end. The first consultation with Ian was extremely helpful. He understood our needs and our way of decision making - he was a true professional and expert throughout the entire experience. Extremely responsive and creative when we needed his advice and guidance. He is also just a great guy! Then we met the crew when we started our project - Brandon, Junior, Brian and Hilario were TRUE professionals. What a crew! They showed up every day promptly at 7. They were polite, respectful and just wonderful in every way. I work from home and they were always proactive about excessive noise. They cleaned up after every day and kept things neat and tidy. They were super respectful and again, just a joy to have around. They truly made this project so enjoyable - even though let's be real, doing any work in your home is always tough! I truly value this company and their talent and would recommend them anytime. They are FANTASTIC and worth every penny we spent. We love our bathrooms and we our so happy we did this. Thank you so much OWB and esp our designer Ian and Brandon and his WONDERFUL Crew! I should also say the craftsmanship and bathrooms turned out BEAUTIFUL. We love them and could not be happier with the finished product. read more

This company has continued to amaze us. We have needed help on certain parts of our bathroom a few years later and they still came to help. No other contractor would do this. We would have had to call a handyman and spent 100's or 1000's. I can't explain how impressed I am with One Week Bath. I wish they could redo our entire home. I'm tired of remodeling taking months with incompetent people. One Week Bath is amazing. read more

OWB outshines all other construction companies by far! OWB came highly recommended from some friends who had redone 2 bathrooms with them. We had 3 bathrooms for OWB, in a 1925 house, and all 3 were completed in 28 calender days which was amazing to us (we did one after the other so that one bath was always working). We have remodeled baths, and a kitchen in the past in other homes, and this experience was by far the best, mostly because all the tiny details were planned in advance. We weren't left with mouldings not done, or little touches here and there that needed to be done and I wasn't spending my valuable time searching out deals on hardware or toilets. Amazing crew who paid attention to the smallest details and were so professional, courteous, and fun! Brian kept popping in to check on progress and never once were we left hanging for anything. Our baths are GORGEOUS! You get what you pay for and I would have them remodel anything of ours! Ready for a kitchen, Matt???! read more

We remodeled two bathrooms top to bottom ten years ago. OWB did everything they promised, and we are still enjoying our beautiful oases. We have referred multiple friends who also report full satisfaction. We recently had a problem with the sink and faucet in our kitchen (a remodel done before we knew OWB). We called the contractor we used. No response. We then got two estimates from others (for $22,000 and $25,000) requiring replacing plumbing, sink and countertops. Then I contacted OWB. Matt and Kristen came over personally and Matt said, if I replace everything it will be $25,000, but if it were him, he would repair it, and suggested a means of doing it. Then Kristen emailed faucet choices and Oscar of customer service came over, assessed and scheduled the job. For less than $1,500 and less than a day's work by a skilled technician, the sink and faucet are not only functional, but look better than ever. Thank you One Week Bath! read more

This is the third time I have used One Week Bath and while a bit more expensive than normal they do an excellent job and finish on-time which is critical for us. Other contractors make promises on how long a project will take but a short one or two week project drags to six months. With One Week Bath they deliver as promised. One Week Bath had already done the master bath and the complete downstairs including the kitchen and now we were ready to do the final bathroom which was a Jack and Jill. My wife had some unique requirements and we weren't sure that it could be done but Matt assured us that it could so we went with the design we wanted. It came out just as it had been envisioned by us. Once again we had Javier (he did the downstairs) and he came through with a great looking bathroom. read more

One Week Bath recently remodeled our master bath and guest bath. I have nothing but high praise for this organization. We wanted to increase its size which meant moving a wall, ripping out the master bedroom and guest bedroom carpeting, leveling the master bedroom concrete floor (our house is on a concrete slab), relocating/building the master bedroom closet (which was sacrificed to increase the size of the master bath), moving the piping for the toilet in the concrete slab, and installing a door from master bath to master bedroom (entry was originally from the hallway). They seamlessly worked with a variety of other contractors: carpet installer, electrician, closet installer, and air conditioning technician. OWB even performed much of the demolition while we were on vacation in another state/time zone. We were kept up to date with daily pictures of the project and could easily reach OWB via phone calls. All this to say, our project was not "normal" nor simple. But OWB handled it with confidence. Their employees were always polite, respectful, and responsive and the entire project was done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend OWB to anyone. read more

Once I heard about One Week's Bath system and service, it was very hard to think about working with a normal contractor. The project starts with an extensive design meeting where you make EVERY decision, and no work begins until they are completely ready to go. When the week came, Ernie and his crew were there every morning exactly on time, and incredibly diligent and professional, providing top quality work. My bathroom turned out exactly how we designed it, took the exact time we agreed on, and cost exactly what they said it would. I recognize there are cheaper ways to go, but this is definitely the least stressful option out there! We just hired them again for a small kitchen upgrade, and the project went just as smoothly. read more

We had our bathroom scheduled to be remodeled during the height of the COVID-19 shut down and were in two minds whether to go ahead with it. However after getting the assurance of the managers at One Week Bath that they would do everything they could to keep us safe we went ahead. They couldn't have been more diligent! They built an entire tunnel of plastic through our house, they had a bathroom and hand washing unit brought in and whenever we had to be consulted about anything they kept the appropriate distance and all wore masks. They did a marvelous job in rather difficult circumstances and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our bathroom is absolutely beautiful - the tiling especially! They kept on a great schedule and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. We are very happy with the whole experience! read more

We just completed our fifth bathroom with OWB. I was nervous about doing it during COVID but everything was great. They wore mask and sealed off the area and we felt very safe. Everyone we worked with during the process was very helpful. We love our new bathroom. read more

Our bathroom remodel is complete and thanks to One Week Bath, we are thrilled and delighted at the outcome. OWB takes care of everything from the design phase through completion. We were so fortunate to have the owner Matt, come to our home for the initial consultation. He and Kiera, the designer, made the process so easy. They helped us from the onset, and were wonderful to work with. Our construction team - Armando, Humberto, Julio and Elvin were amazing as well. They were very detailed, organized, skillful and personable. They had a key to our home, were on time every day, and were extremely trustworthy. OWB kept to their schedule, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. They made the process so easy, from the initial phone call, to the very last day of the installation. This is definitely the best and most efficient way to remodel a bathroom and we highly recommend them. read more

I have always had the challenge of balancing the cost of home improvement with the quality that I want in my home. I spoke with a few contractors and went through hours of research on materials, design, etc. to have my secondary bathroom remodeled. I spoke with Dave at OWB a few times; he was very patient and informative, and I finally made the decision to use them. I will say that OWB isn't the lowest priced but they were pretty much in line with other quotes I received. And I really couldn't wait out two to three weeks to have the job finished. It was wonderful to have Dave and Kiera, the designer, sit with me for basically as long as it took to pick out and coordinate EVERYTHING. I wanted to have my 20 year old builder standard bathroom updated and made more accessible for my brother who has mobility issues. Brian K., the supervisor, was so nice to work with and he gave me some terrific feed back and some good suggestions for helping to turn my shower/tub combo into a walk in shower. Brian stepped up when an issue occured concerning the size of the shower and placement of the toilet, and dealt with it in a most professional, responsible and considerate manner. I was also very pleased with the crew, Steve, Sep and Danny; their craftsmanship was outstanding and Steve's feedback and communication during the process was very helpful. I love my new bathroom and would highly recommend OWB. read more

The company is much more concerned with getting paid than ensuring their work is accurate or their customers are happy. They made a huge mistake when they installed our new kitchen cabinets and then realized they were too tall for the bay window behind the sink. Okay, accidents happen -- that was a shocking one, but they do happen. However, the company did not want to admit it was their fault at first and instead implied somehow that it was ours, and that we would be responsible for paying for the fix. Then, when they finally admitted it was their fault, their suggested solution was to lower the counter top several inches behind the sink so the top could then be level with the windows. The fact that 1) that would look weird having a counter top suddenly drop down several inches and 2) any water splashing out of the sink would flow down and dam against the windows were two concerns that seemed beyond them. Admittedly, they finally opted for our idea to raise the windows so they would be level with the counter top and paid for it -- however, it wasn't a pleasant experience to say the least. That mistake also delayed the job considerably while we "discussed" with the company who was at fault and what the best solution would be. Last, but not least, the kitchen cabinets they installed were poorly made -- there's a joint in the wood right below the sink. Before the year was out, the paint has already lifted and flaked off due to occasional water drops falling from the sink onto the joint. If nothing else, it's a bad design to have that joint directly under the sink. Considering the price this company charges, I wouldn't say their skanky, shyster attitude was worth it at all. We certainly won't use them again. read more

OWB did a complete remodel of our master bath including some structural changes in under two weeks. The entire process from in home design through completion of the project was incredibly fast and efficient with no surprises, and delivered a beautiful product. Highly recommend Matt for design and Brian's crew of Javier, Miguel, and Vincente - extremely attentive and hard working. If you value speed, efficiency, and quality, look no further. read more
