We just remodeled our second bathroom with One Week Bath. While this company costs more than others, it was worth it to us to have the entire thing done in less than two weeks. They don't start work until all the materials have been received and they pull all permits, schedule inspections etc. Brian helped us with the design and for the project. Our experience with One Week Bath was beyond exceptional. Our designer, in conjunction with OWB, gave us the most beautiful master bath. Prior to our remodel, our master bath was dull, dreary, boring and not much to look out. After our remodel, I could live in our bathroom. Before we began any type of demolition, we met with the designers at OWB who drew up plans for the bathroom per our designer's specifications. At the outset of the project, we were assigned a project manager, Brian Kargari, and a team dedicated to working on our project. We had the same crew throughout the entire project. We are so impressed with the work that Junior, Albert, Jose, Brian, and Walfer (forgive me if I missed someone) did for our bathroom remodel. Everyone was professional, hard working, respectful and easy to have in the house. At the end of the day, their clean-up was meticulous, as was their attention to detail. There were never any excuses about why something couldn't be done; only solutions (for example, for our shower faucet that needed some type of extension, the piece for which took some time to track down). Most important, they put up with many intrusions from our two dogs. Toward the end of the project, we were assigned a service manager, Steve Reyes, with whom we worked on our "punch list," the little things that needed to be done to complete the project. We had One Week Bath redo our bathroom in 2017. We were very pleased with the result but a couple of weeks ago, the wash basin separated from the counter. I called One Week Bath to see what could be done to correct the problem. Brian and Javier made arrangements to fix the problem. Diego came on Friday and repaired the sink. We recently had three bathrooms done with One Week Bath (Master + two guest baths) and were very happy with both the process and the results. We had been contemplating & planning these remodels for many years, but simply couldn't figure out truly what we wanted and couldn't find the right fit in relation to contractors. We received other quotes, but those entailed us acquiring many of the materials & components and figuring out our own design.... this was something we were not comfortable with our own abilities & fortitude to do so. Because of this, the delay in getting the bathrooms remodeled was put off for a long time. After a friend referred us to One Week Bath, we began the conversation and set up the design consultation. The experience immediately felt different, as they established themselves as a 'one stop shop' for the entire project. This started with an engaging design discussion (with viewing of a wide range of samples) and a discussion of the overall process which consisted of: A dedicated team on site for the duration (who are also employees of One Week Bath - not sub-contractors) One Week Bath acquiring and delivering all supplies & assets for the job, meaning we didn't have to do any of this (which was a huge plus) A single point of contact for design related issues & change orders While the quote was higher than the others we received, the advantages of us NOT having to do any running around buying supplies and engaging in a true design consultation were the keys that helped us finally begin our projects with One Week Bath. The process was very comfortable and engaging. The design consultation with Matt & Kiera was a long meeting but we made it through and our new bathroom designs were set. The only thing that we think would make this process more effective would be a visualization tool to show what things would look like in our space. While we had a great look at all the tile & wood samples, some type of visualization method would certainly have been a great aid. Our construction team consisted of crew leader Eddie, Junior, Omar and Ruben. These guys were fantastic. They were at our house every day for the duration as they meticulously went through the entire process for each bathroom one by one. Living in a construction zone can be very much a pain, however Eddie & crew were very conscientious and respectful of our home, took great care in minimizing the impact the construction process had and were diligent about cleaning up daily. All of this made the process much easier to navigate through. I recently contacted Steve in customer service regarding a leaking toilet. A leaking toilet that was installed in 2018. Steve was responsive and courteous. He scheduled service to replace the wax ring. Rudy arrived Friday morning, super knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the wax ring and we asked about the tub spout leaking when the shower was running. Rudy contacted Steve and they agreed it needed replacing. After a run to the local hardware store, Rudy replaced the spout. Such great service from a company that stands by their work. Such a rarity these days! read more

I had one goal this year and that was to remodel my master bathroom. I've had 2 neighbors who had theirs done through one week bath plus a friend who works there. After the design, they started the project. The best thing about the company is they have the same crew coming to your home everyday and your project is the only project they are focused on. The crew showed up on time everyday and did amazing work! My main crew was Rudy, Manny and Brian. They were quiet and very dog friendly! Brian the vice-president came out several times to check on the progress. Sarah and Martine were my design team and gave some great suggestions to get what I wanted. just know if you are replacing a shower with a tub, a plumber has to shorten your drain from a 2" to 1 1/2" drain. the HOA had no issue with doing that and it was fairly easy, just an added plumber cost. The office is great at communicating with you. Robert Soloski, Jasmine Renteria, and Bonnie Delaney are all great! We put in an inquiry the Matt (owner/president of company) called us directly as he remembered us and we also spoke with Brian K. (VP). That was nearly 20 years ago! My bathroom remodel project by One Week Bath was completed on June 14, 2024. I had both of my bathrooms remodeled. This company was recommended by two different friends. The process was very easy, the designers came to my house, they helped me select cabinets, tiles and flooring. The project did not start until all items ordered were in the warehouse. I was very apprehensive at first since my kitchen remodel two years ago from a different company was such a nightmare with delay after delay. Miguel Guillermo and Chris showed up on time, and we're there for the whole project. I was so impressed that the first thing the crew did was cover my carpet and the furniture that was near the bathrooms. They even covered the living room, couch and TV while they were taking things in and out of the bathrooms. after their work for the day was done, they swept and cleaned. Miguel, who was the crew lead, kept the team on track, even when we had delays due to canceled inspections. Miguel always kept me informed on the progress of the project and would check all the work of his crew. To make up time for the delay, the crew stayed late to complete the daily tasks. Miguel, Guillermo and Christopher, did an incredible job taking their time to measure each piece of tile that went in the shower or on the floor. I would highly recommend choosing One Week Bath for any of your remodel projects. They consistently went above and beyond and we will definitely use them again in a few years to remodel our kitchen and master bath. We live in a Spanish-style home built in 1928. Our project was extremely complicated as we were trying to reconfigure an odd space on the main floor. We had a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a main floor bathroom, a small pantry like closet and another incredibly small closet that barely held a mini-stackable washer/dryer. Brian, Kiera, and team were tenacious and creative and turned that space into a powder room, laundry room, and remodeled the existing bathroom to become an en suite bathroom for the existing bedroom. Our existing walls were plaster and they meticulously matched and blended the new walls with the existing finishing and walls on the main floor. People come over and can't believe it; the newly designed space looks like it's always been there. They matched our old school slatted wood floors and installed the same flooring in the powder room. When we opened up the walls, we expected a few surprises and sure enough some of the existing plumbing wasn't able to move so the planned custom cabinets were not going to work in the laundry room. But Kiera and Brian came up with the idea to add beautiful built in shelves along the wall instead and it looks even better than we originally imagined. The laundry room is now my favorite room in the house. And the powder room with the handmade blue and white Moroccan tiles Kiera and I found is a close rival. We were working with such a small space that every inch mattered. Brian even came up with the idea to inset the tiles on the walls of the powder room to increase the feel of the room size-wise. The final piece of the project was matching an old decorative stamped concrete tile floor that butted up against the new rooms. It took a lot of ingenuity to find a specialist who could create a stamped concrete mold to blend in and match the existing molding. But they did it! The value of having a team to create the drawings, design, and do the work was highly valuable and so worth it. And they are all just great people. read more

I asked for multiple quotes from other contractors, which I adjusted for typical inconveniences (such as delays, my own labor coordinating multiple contractors, maintaining the security of my home, taking days off for inspections, etc.), which renders their savings significantly less. No such adjustment is required for your OWB quote, but if you don't want to pay a premium for convenience and predictability, this company is not for you; because yes, they will likely be among the higher (if not the highest) quote you'll get for your project. From the beginning design meeting to the final walk through, using One Week Bath was the best decision I ever made. The first question everyone asks...is it really One Week? Well, that depends on the scope of your project. It is not realistic to have a bathroom completely demolished and redone in a week. But, the model is the key. They get and source everything for the customer before the project starts. This means they don't start until everything is ready. There is then a dedicated crew on your project every day until the work is finished. You do pay for this convenience but it is worth it if you don't want a project to drag on for 3-4 months. We remodeled our Master Bathroom with OWB. Robert, Lorenzo and John were the three crew members who were at our house daily. They were an excellent team. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up each day. Robert was the lead. He was very easy to communicate with and he responded to concerns easily. He went over things as they worked and showed me the progress they had made most days. (This is important because if any issues come up, they can fix them right away) Our project took a little over 3 weeks. This was a few days over their estimate, but they compensate you for any overages. My advice is to be very involved if you can. Look over your drawn plans and check measurements. (our shower had become much smaller in the plans, which was not something we'd discussed and we didn't catch it until they had laid out the shower...it was easily fixed but could have been avoided if we'd payed closer attention to the plans) In the selection process, be very detailed in what you want and pay attention to the measurements of the space. (We selected a bathtub that in retrospect could have been larger) We are very happy with our new bathroom and would definitely call OWB again for another project. read more

Four years after my bathroom renovation work was done, I needed to have the threshold replaced. I emailed the main office, and was contacted by someone to coordinate the repair work. A few weeks later the repair was finished at no cost to me. This timeline was fine with me as it wasn't an urgent repair.
