Small joint with ample seating. It's a good spot to go to for lunch or casual dinner. The service was really good and the staff were friendly. I ordered a pad Thai and the food came out within 10 minutes. The food was decent, not the best I've ever had but definitely not the worst. I'd come back here for the convenience and decent prices.
Stopped here because it was right next to my eyebrow appointment and saw that they had a great happy hour deal! The service was super friendly and quick. The interior is small but cute and there is no bar area. Stayed for a few glasses of wine and ended up getting a side of Fried Rice because I got hungry. Never saw curry fried rice on a menu before but it was AMAZING and so flavorful. Would go back just for the rice but it also made me want to go back and try the other dishes. Great prices all around!
Got their take out mango sticky rice for my work shift and it was amazing! I would definitely reorder Did a group order with a bunch of my co workers and they were raving about their dishes they ordered as well. We often order here at least once a week together. Great place to order out and planning to keep doing so in the future!
I just moved into the neighborhood and have been itching to find my local Thai spot! This is the kind of neighborhood spot you keep in your back pocket. It's fast, flavorful, and reliably good without trying too hard. I ordered takeout and was honestly impressed by how well everything traveled and held up (although I only live a block away) The pad thai was solid -- not overly sweet (which is a common pitfall), with a nice tang from the tamarind. It even had some spice which I personally love in a pad thai. The noodles were the right texture and it actually had some wok char, which I appreciated. Definitely a delicious option. The basil fried rice was probably my least favorite of the three. It was fragrant and spicy, but veryyy salty compared to the other two dishes I got. The pad see ew was rich and savory, with that slightly smoky edge you want from stir-fried flat noodles. The sauce was nicely balanced and the noodles weren't sitting in a pool of oil. The Chinese broccoli had a nice crunch, and the beef was tender. Ordering was easy (I ordered on their website), service was friendly, and pickup was super smooth. The inside is pretty small, more of a takeout-focused spot, but clean and efficient. It's not reinventing the wheel, but One Two Thai knows what it's doing and I will definitely be back!!
Coworkers and I went for group lunch. We got the lunch special which was an appetizer and entree for 13.99 or 14.99 depending on which protein. I got shumai and chicken pad Thai. They were ok.
Came here for dinner with friends and it's a great casual spot for Thai food in Murray Hill! Since we came in a big group, we had to wait for some friends who showed up late and their staff was SO kind and patient with us (very grateful). My friends and I got their wonton soup, khao soi, pad kra pao, and pad kee mao. Everything was delicious. Their portions were huge for the price (everything ranged from $12-$16!) and it was a steal. Each dish was packed full of flavor and hit the comforting spot that I was craving for when eating Thai food. They also have a great happy hour, and I would love to come back here with friends!

I loved the authentic forward sweet soy flavors of this dish, which is enhanced by the impressive wok hay and large portions. I felt that the beef was oscillating between tender and borderline dry, and the chinese broccoli to be cut insufficiently thin such that the stem is still too fiberous. Was near 32nd street and googled for a Thai restaurant, and found this one with 4.5 stars .. of course I believed Google and I went right in .. the place was kinda cramped . There was some construction on the entrance .. there were 4-6 small tables and 2-3 large tables . .. Service was hopeless . The guy comes and almost demands us to order . We asked him some questions and he wasn't patient to answer . The other lady was patient and listened. Ordered lunch specials .. Lunch specials were good . For about 12$ it was good and worth . Food was overall very good . Veggie spring roles were good . I ordered Pad Thai and it was good . Veggie fried rice was also good. .liked the food overall. Quantity was a little less but it was ok for a perfect lunch . If not for service and ambience this would have got 4.5/5 ..

This place is a gem. It's small but mighty. I decided to get lunch here on my way to the ferry and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the lunch special. Great value for a delicious and bountiful meal. With the lunch special, I had the Thai salad appetizer. It was very fresh and the dressing was so tasty! For my main, I had the Pad Kee Mao or Drunken Noodle with shrimp. Oh man it was sooooo good! I ate the whole thing. The restaurant is small but warm and inviting. It didn't seem like its good for largel groups but maybe there's seating in the back that I didnt see. I don't know. Call ahead if you have a big group. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely return. read more

I received an Uber Eats order with soggy calamari that looked like it was fried in old, stale oil. I traveled 15 mins to ask for a fresh batch or replace it with something of equal value and they refused. Uber Eats also refused to give me a refund. read more

I'm normally more adventurous when it comes to selecting places to eat, but sometimes it's nice going to a not-so-famous place and get good value from the food you eat. Not much in terms of ambiance here, it's just cheap, fill you up, and out you go. I had the chicken drunken noodles here. I requested medium spicy, and honestly it was quite spicy. However I still really liked the flavour and the portions were perfect given the price paid. Service was excellent here, a bit contrasting to the other reviews I see. It's certainly not the best Thai food I've ever had, but it does its job if you don't have time for those popular, more expensive joints. read more

Like many of New York's smaller establishments we would not have found this place except for Yelp. The windows and doors are insulated for the winter with imaginative homemade decor that is inviting. When you walk in, the place is playing Thai music! Service: The staff was friendly and attentive Food: pineapple fried rice was tasty (but no pineapple shel as on the menu - I felt deceived ), pork green curry had a good kick and the veggies were not watery, papaya salad was refreshing and has my mouth watering as I think about it, and the tofu pad see ew had nice amounts of Chinese Broccoli. I was very disappointed with the food at this thai place. We came here as it was close to where I had my meeting and they had a lunch special. The food was ver disappointing. I got the panang curry and it tasted primarily like peanut butter and not curry. There was barely any vegetables in it and barely any tofu, didn't make sense. The rice was a weird texture - not the typical texture of thai rice. It was too loose and not soft enough. I asked for the curry to be spicy and it was bland. The thai rice was okay - my husband asked for it to be medium spicy and it wasn't spicy at all. The veggie roll appetizer was okay - nothing special. Overall, I would not come to this place again. Quality appears to have deteriorated over time; ordered chicken Bangkok noodles for pick up- food was marked as ready for pickup within 2 minutes of my placing the order at 830p - literally before I had a chance to put my phone in jacket pocket- which is great in terms of speed, but one really needs to wonder if quality was sacrificed. It's supposed to have Chinese broccoli but there were only two flimsy half pieces at the bottom- a few pieces of scallion (literally scallion is $1for 2 bunches, so...) and definitely less than 10 pieces of sprout, the broad noodles weren't long continuous strips, but very scrappy short pieces - basically the scraps. Way too salty. The kitchen definitely rushed with this order. No wonder it was ready within 2 minutes of placing the order. Likely won't be coming back. read more

I came here on a Thursday for dinner and there was no wait. I got their drunken noodles, which was bursting with spice and flavor! Super well executed, and definitely one of my favorite renditions of drunken noodles out there. The portion was huge, and I had to take some home with me in a box. Service is quick as well as the food prep. For tasty and affordable Thai food in new York, I definitely recommend one two Thai! read more

04/20/23: As usual my go to spot when in the office. Todays experience was ok. They removed the Basil Fried Rice from the lunch menu and increased the price. I was still able to order however today I was denied. Instead ordered the Thai fried rice spicy. It was a bit lackluster and didn't have the flavor of the Basil fried rice. Going forward will order the Basil fried rice from the regular menu it's about the same price as the new lunch menu minus the appetizer. I'm good with that as they had removed the shrimp appetizer from the lunch menu and I'm not a fan of the veggie spring roll. read more
I'm rarely in Murray Hill but after a doctors visit it was 1:30 and I was depleted and famished. I was in the mood for Thai and of course Yelped current nearby options. I was of course looking for Lunch Specials. One Two Thai popped up and I had til 3:15pm to make it in time for lunch. Most restaurants close @3 for lunch and then reopen for dinner @5. I entered and parted the curtains to find a cute and festive Christmas Thai Village. The dining room is small and cozy and was seated right away. I was served water and a pitcher was left on the table which I think is great. I reviewed the menu and specials started at $11.99 for veggies and chicken, $13.99 for seafood. All specials come with a side salad which I confirmed that tofu was added. I decided on Drunken noodles with shrimp mildly spicy. The salad was served promptly with tofu and a nice peanut dressing sans chopsticks. I enjoyed it immensely with chopsticks, my preferred dining utensils. Then came the drunken noodle with half a dozen shrimp! Which was generous and spice was right on target. It was downright delicious: with peppers, onions and of course those shrimps! Highly recommend! The ambience is chill and it looks like locals really support this place. All in all a nice quiet lunch.. I will be in this area due to my doctor practicing in the area so One Two Thai it looks like I'll be visiting a bit more than one, two times! . read more

This Thai restaurant is great for a simple meal or lunch take outs! During lunch time, so many people pick up for lunch! I always get their curry dishes and Thai tea. Portion size is great and very reasonably priced. I usually go with green curry or panang curry with beef. I love their Thai tea! It is one of the better ones, but make sure to drink earlier in the day because the tea has caffeine. It is on the smaller end for restaurants, but not too difficult to get a seat there. It is a very cozy and casual ambiance! Would recommend this spot if you are every in the Murray Hill area. read more

Pros- 1. My drunken man noodles with beef was so delicious. 5/5 for the food alone. Cons- 1. walked in and waited for someone to seat me. Another woman walked in after me of a different race and when the waitress came up to us she looked and spoke to that lady even though I was standing in front of her. Great spot for a casual Thai meal. The space is a little small in some parts for indoor dining but is accommodating for groups. It does get a little warm when the place is full since people are a little closer together but it does not interfere with your enjoyment of the food. I ordered a duck pad thai and it was delicious. The duck was a generous portion and the noodles as well. It was nice and hot so it took a few minutes for me to start eating as I needed it to cool down but I was able to enjoy it nonetheless. read more
Lunch specials here are an amazing deal for a good amount of delicious food. I think it's even cheaper than my go-to Thai lunch spot in NJ... I've eaten at a few Thai places and you can usually tell the general quality of the restaurant by how well they cook their rice. I'll vouch for One Two Thai and say their Thai fried rice was perfectly cooked and well seasoned - nothing was soggy or bland. They use fresh vegetables and a good balance of ingredients. I added shrimp as my protein - they added in 5 pieces of nicely cooked shrimp. The lunch special also comes with your choice of appetizer. I got the spring rolls, which were crispy and came with a sweet chili sauce. This is a great location for quality Thai food at reasonable prices. read more

Good place for a low-cost and flavorful Thai lunch! The lunch special consists of an appetizer and entree all for the ultra low price of $10. My go-to meal is the spring rolls and basil fried rice with beef. The spring rolls are lightly fried and crunchy. The basil fried rice has the familiar Thai flavors and spiciness and the beef is tender. Yum! Lunch is served daily from 11:30am to 3:15pm. The restaurant closes at 3:30pm each day and reopens from 5pm to 10pm. read more

One two Thai offers an amazing lunch deal and it is also reasonably priced for dinner. We came without a reservation and were lucky to find a table right away. The service was fast and the server brought us water and took our order in no time. I opted for the panang curry with chicken, which was very good. I asked for a medium spicy level and it was a bit too mild so I asked for some extra chilli flakes to give it the little bit more heat. The curry came with perfectly cooked jasmine rice and the portion was very generous, enough to bring some back home for lunch the next day. Excellent food , service and value. Cannot recommend it enough! read more
