They had guests from the restaurant next door site on the tables for One Twelve and guest who came to One Twelve had to wait for a table. This was not only once, but several times in the 40ish minutes we were there. Luckily it did not happen to us, but I would definitely walk away and get food somewhere else if it happened to us. Also to note on owners response: that's why I ask- why is this coffee even praised ? It's not good, period. I've tasted far beyond better in a little shop that doesn't try to boast about how good it is or try to put lipstick on the place. And if I wanted my coffee done another way as soon as I tried the first, then your coffee machine needs to change or how workers extract the espresso. I don't need to ask if "I can get the coffee done where it taste good." Pricing is not competitive, maybe if you shoot to make it the most profitable then yes! But it's not worth money for this. Workers had their chance to ace the coffee instead of cleaning while customers are obviously waiting, as we were the only customers there at the time. It was my first time trying this place and let me tell you, it's a 10/10. Aesthetic wise it's super cute and fancy. Once you place your order you find your own seating which is not a problem, the caffe was pretty busy when we went and still plenty of seating. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Brian was the one taking our order and was very attentive, he made sure everything was to our satisfaction and was also checking on us here and there as we were eating, making sure everything was great. It is a bit pricy, the bill was about $60 for two entres and two drinks, but honestly totally worth it for the taste and experience in my opinion. I ordered the red chilaquiles with over easy eggs and steak (which was cooked exactly to my liking). The sauce was not overly spicy but had a nice kick to it. The tortillas had a little crunch to them which I love. The biscoff cookie latte I got was also amazing! It was a little sweet but you can still taste the espresso, I usually prefer my coffee a little strong but this was drink was delicious. I also tried the mango matcha my friend got. I don't like matcha drinks but this matcha paired with the mango was really good. I only wish I would've tried more of their pastries but everything looked amazing. Decided to try OTC's coffee. When I approached the counter, I was welcomed with a greeting and smile. I ordered a coffee mocha, and was greatly impressed. Based on the way this business was reviewed and promoted through social media via Instagram, I wanted to try it along with two of my friends. The cashier Jazmine and a gentleman by the name Hugo whom assisted the tables provided excellent customer service. They both were professional, respectful, friendly, and most importantly were attentive. Also, I would like to point out that for being a new business, the restaurant was very clean, the ambiance was comfortable and welcoming. We agreed with social media that the place did have a "European style." The pastries and coffees were good as well. However, we did feel that what we ate was a bit bland, we felt it needed more seasoning. As for the prices, it was pretty pricey for breakfast. We paid close to $100.00 (not including tip) for three people. We might go again to give it a second chance. read more
