When this place was 112th street diner, it was my favorite place to eat now that it has been taken over. I do not recommend it for anybody. The food comes out gross, not normal. Also, they forget some of your order. Soi do not recommend

Chicken fried steak not good
Noureena M.

I use to frequent this spot and loved the chicken fried steak. I then found a better option in Everett at the strawberry patch. Today I went to the strawberry patch but due to the festival the menu was limited and they were not offering the chicken fried steak. Well on the door it said under new management with patty's eggnest posters everywhere. Not sure what's happening because the website says tetos bought it but tetos is not good. We waited a half an hour for our chicken fried steak breakfast we were so hungry and the flavor was not there but what was worse is we left not feeling so great and thank goodness for two bathrooms since we live close by we headed home. Not going back to 112 and I've never been to patty's but not going to any of those as well.

Reuben - They made it with Roast Beef instead of Corned Beef by mistake
Christopher R.

A mixed review..... THE GOOD Our server was super upbeat, friendly and attentive. The place was clean and looked fresh. The food tasted fine. The meatballs had a great, crispy outside. I think they may deep fry it THE BAD They made my Corned Beef Reuben with Roast Beef. The server told the cooks before bringing it out, but they insisted it was correct. THE UGLY The biggest issue is that they have totally different concepts depending on the time of day. Lunch is Pizza and sandwiches and dinner is Greek. That's not The UGLY part even though I think it is not a good business model. The ugly is that on the Greek menu, they fine print a 3.5% upcharge if you use a credit card and the lunch menu doesn't say it at all but they still do it. I have NEVER gone to a restaurant that tells you they will charge more if you use a credit card. Adjust your prices if needed.

The top pic is what I was expecting, the bottom is what I got.

I can't speak for the lunch and dinner menu, but the breakfast is overpriced and very unwhelming. I paid over $18 for what I thought was going to be a house made corned beef hash plate based on the pictures on yelp and what I got was from a can, and cold. And missing the hashbrowns. I waited 30 minutes and paid $18 for cold, canned corned beef, cold toast and service from a gal who never asked how the food was, maybe she already knew what my answer would be. I left hungry and frustrated, so I probably won't be going back. If you're hankering for good diner food I recommend you go elsewhere.

Came here recently to try it. Parking was fine for us but I could see it being tricky since it's in a buisness strip mall. Loved the look of the restaurant, high ceilings with windows letting in light. Cool artwork on the walls, and it was very clean inside. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good but felt like basic diner food to me (which it is a diner). So no complaints but didn't feel it was anything overly special. I got a Dr. Pepper since they were out of ice cream for milkshakes (which I was bummed since diners make the best!). The pop was flat. My dad got a root beer and his was fine so maybe just my flavor was going out? Overall nothing crazy special but I would stop here again for the friendly service and to try a milkshake next time I get a sweet tooth.

Great spot! The food was delicious and our kids loved the deluxe milkshake, we will for sure be coming back!

BLT (Bacon Lettuce & Tomato).... Apple Pandora French Toast....Grand Marnier French Toast D'Orange

Yeah, this place is LEGIT!!! I've only been here since Teto took ownership.....the food is incredible. Last week we wandered in because it was the only place with no massive wait for Sunday breakfast. I always cringe at prices on menus , as things have gotten expensive all over! But the quality and quantity is well worth it here!!!! I ordered the biscuits n gravy- hoping it would be good, as I'm super picky. It was actually to die for!! The dish included bacon- BIG thick pieces and soooo yummy!! Eggs over medium- like these were PERFECT too! I opted for the potatoes O'brian, because I'm not a bit hash brown fan. Red potatoes sautéed (I assume) with onions and peppers- NO GREASE at all!! Sausage gravy was perfect consistency, not over thickened with goopy flour and nice, SIMPLE flavoring- not some over spiced creative blend- this was real, like grandma used to make. Biscuits were perfect, not too thick, and were a terrific compliment with the gravy! We returned today for early dinner, but couldn't resist the breakfast (again lol).....I ordered the fancy orange (the name escapes me) French toast- I was blown away! Huge portion of nice thick French toast with an incredible dreamy orange cream sauce bathed over the top ...and REAL whipped cream. My daughter ordered the apple French toast - just as incredible . Hubby ordered the BLT which he also thoroughly enjoyed. We struck gold!!! Service was over the top friendly and atmosphere clean and welcoming !

Had the meat lovers omlet and it was great! And always order a side of bacon, it's worth it! And splurge and treat yourself to a milk shack deluxe!

The Milkshake Deluxe is tasty with mini muffins

Right away, I thought the interior (marble tables and matching booth) was super cute! This is what we ordered: Oreo Milk Shake The Oreo milkshake was rich, creamy, and delicious with a generous amount of whip cream on top! Chicken Souvlaki (Shish Kabob) and Chicken Gyro Today I learned that souvlaki is marinated meat (typically chicken, pork, or lamb) grilled on skewers while gyros are usually a combo of beef, pork, or lamb cooked on a rotisserie and shaved off in thin slices. Honestly, they both tasted kind of the same despite the different preparation of the meat. Both dishes were not the worst but not the best. The meat could've used a little more salt but the tzatziki sauce was delicious! Chicken Melt This was probably the best savory entree! The sandwich had the perfect crunch that was followed with the creaminess of the cheese and the flavor from the grilled onion and chicken. Pancakes These pancakes here are comparable to the ones I've had at Rusty Pelican and Sawmill Café- super yummy! As for our entrees, it comes with a side of either fries, salad, soup, or fruit. My mother and I got the soup which was beef and vegetables and my sister got a salad. The soup was nice and hearty with a generous amount of meat and veggies and the salad was... well a salad haha. If I were to come back, I would probably just stick to the classic American dishes instead of the Greek dishes.

I got an order of their pulled pork breakfast burrito, which I've never tried before. Traditionally, it comes w your choice of pancakes or toast/hashbrowns. They let me upgrade the regular buttermilk pancakes to their lemon blueberry ones. Ultimately, the total came out to around $27.50 after tax/tip (I "only" tipped $2 since I was picking up). Ok so here are my ratings: - service 5/5 - burrito 3.5/5 - pancakes 4/5 - price 3/5 The burrito was solid. I just wish their was more to it. Like maybe some veggies or spice or pico or anything lol. The pancakes were the best part of the meal. You really don't even need to add syrup since it comes w the lemon cream cheese frosting on top and in between each of the 3 pancakes. The combination of that lemon + blueberry was ono and that's coming from a guy who typically doesn't choose lemon style desserts.

Our neighborhood's monthly Men's Night was held there with 13 of us in attendance, and they all agreed that it will fall into "the rotation." All of us were greeted by Erik, who took our orders individually as we all go Dutch. His (and Austin's) patience levels were on overdrive, dealing with 13 hungry guys! They both get an A-plus for their service! And with the exception of a couple guys ordering the cheeseburger, we all ordered different things. Here's a few observations from my end - all dishes were loved by everyone: - Chicken Noodle Salad - excellent, and a meal...you won't leave hungry - Fish tacos - 2 to an order, with perfectly-fried cod...and the slaw was superb - Mussels and clams - both guys thought they were the best they have had - Clam chowder - rich, thick, and creamy - Grilled cheese/tomato soup - excellent, and filling with a great cheese-to-toast ratio By the way, the burgers were all Wagyu...very juicy. I don't believe you can go wrong with any menu item, quite honestly, and they were able to serve us all at the same time even though we ordered at the counter separately! Thanks Erik and Austin for a great experience - see you again, maybe this summer when we can all sit outside!

Kind service, mainly taking orders and dropping off food, but was pleasant. Green Beans - solid green beans! No meat but stir fried well. A bit pricey but a solid shareable portion. I'd love a version with some meat but I can appreciate being vegetarian friendly. Pan Fried Pork Bao - sadly no soup in this pan fried bao. I think there was too much bread because everything was very doughy while the actual pork was tiny in comparison. If there was more meat then maybe the extra large dough would be okay. On the bright side I guess this is a filling item with the carbs. Xiaolongbao - Unfortunately, 2 out of 8 XLB were ripped and the soup spilled in the steamer. Those ones were extremely sad and disappointing. However, even the remaining 6 XLB didn't have that much soup. I would skip the XLB here which sucks because the place literally has bao in the name.
