Josh, Lavunty, Justin, and Dre were assigned to the project. The group led by Josh was beyond professional! They saw the challenge, discussed a team on the best strategy, and went to work. They ensured the safety of the team and the property was top priority. We had Success! Thanks Guys!

I reported it to the lead mover the same evening I realized it was missing. He apologized and told me they must have forgotten it somewhere at my apartment complex. When I later obtained the building's surveillance footage, it showed one of the movers carrying my chair after it came off the elevator. The lead mover confirmed the person in the video was one of his employees. Despite this, the chair has never been recovered. I declined the additional valuation coverage because the lead mover assured me I didn't need it and told me they wouldn't damage my furniture during the move. I never imagined I needed coverage for a chair disappearing entirely while it was in the movers' possession. After reviewing the situation, the Operations Manager called me, apologized, and told me he agreed with me that the company was completely in the wrong for what happened. However, Vladimir, who is both the owner and the manager handling claims, has refused to take responsibility for losing my chair and has refused to compensate me for its value beyond offering $36. There were other issues during the move as well. The truck they sent wasn't large enough to complete our move, forcing us to leave boxes, plants, and other belongings behind to move ourselves. In addition, the movers smelled strongly of marijuana after arriving at our new home, which was very concerning. This entire experience has been stressful and incredibly disappointing. Losing an expensive piece of furniture is one thing, but the lack of accountability afterward has been even worse. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice and carefully review the paperwork before trusting them with their belongings.

They were quick, figured out how to make the tight spaces work, and were super patient the whole time. Nothing got messed up or damaged, not one thing. I've used Atlanta Home Movers a bunch of times now, and this team is hands down my favorite. I'll definitely be booking with them again.

David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. They were transparent with everything and took great care of me. I will happily hire them again whenever I need labor, junk removal, or moving services.

It was the best experience ever!!!!! (Oprah scream). When our move date changed and we thought they would make us pay more....nope! They worked with us, showed up on time and moved like track stars. They are fast, efficient, and really care about your items. If you get a truck that's fine, they come with packing supplies. (Tape, plastic wrap, blankets, and hand trucks) they even had a tool box to break down furniture. I watched in amazement as our two movers lifted boxes and containers on their backs. The brought our Husky Tool chest up 17 stairs like it was nothing, light as air. Our sofas were wrapped up and lifted onto our 26 foot truck with such care. Do yourself a big favor call and book these guys they are so worth you help when moving. I am going to keep singing their praises and recommending them to EVERYBODY!! Thank you guys for helping us move in 3 hours. NOTE: our apartment was already packed up and ready to go, so pre pack your items if your looking for them to move you fast.

My things arrived broken, torn and just a mess (I have pictures). The packers/loaders did not secure the goods so they bounced around in the truck. They did not use packing paper for my TV so it was broken, chair was torn, etc. I contacted the owner and provided pictures, but he took no responsibility. I asked that he at least refund me the tip and he didn't even do that. I trusted this company and I'm telling you use them at your own risk. It was a freaking mess I wish there was a way to leave zero starts.

We were supposed to move on Sunday, 5/30/2021after following up & confirming on Wed, 5/26. I texted James the morning of the move to ask for an ETA. He called & said that his crew (1 other person) was unresponsive & he was trying to get in touch with his back up, but suggested that I call another company. Call another company on Memorial Day weekend at the last minute when I called damn near 2 1/2 weeks ago?! I told him regardless of the time to please let me know if he was able to find a back up, because I wanted to make sure our furniture was moved in tact. He said he was able to get a guy, then when I followed up - that guy was unresponsive too. He said he could definitely come on Monday morning, 5/31/2021. I asked him to text & confirm. Earlier, I asked if I could still get the discount for the inconvenience-he laughed; I asked if they could drop our stuff off at Goodwill free of charge - he was receptive. He claimed that he had a contract with a furniture store & that he would get us moved. I said, "I hope so." The next morning, he & another guy arrived. He had completed the paperwork & asked for a copy of my driver's license, which I gave. In the hustle & bustle, I forgot to ask him for a copy of the contract. We showed him what all needed to be move & I suggested that they drop the stuff off at Goodwill 1st. James agreed & said the move shouldn't take too long. When they arrived to the Goodwill, they got turned down - even though I called on 5/30 to confirm that they were accepting furniture at this time. I told them to come back, put the stuff on the side of the house & continue the move. He said he didn't back his truck in, because the bricks on the side of the house "almost messed the truck up". They dropped the stuff off & without a word - left. I called him from different numbers, texted him, & he blocked all of our numbers. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!! I tried to leave a review on FB & I'm sure they deleted my post, but if you scan other posts & comments - other customers have complaints as well!!

Update! I moved my stuff from storage to my new house. As we…read morepulled stuff out of the unit I could see how they were able to pack my stuff in so tight. Everything was squashed into the unit, boxes pushed against cabinets which in turn broke knobs off and caused damage to my brand new hat tree/ cabinet. I had a lot of damages done to furniture, lamps, jewelry cabinet etc. The amount of plastic wrap was over kill and they charged for every last piece of it and tape. It took us longer to get my stuff Un taped and unwrapped than it did to unpack all of my stuff. I contacted them about all of my damaged items and I was told they don't cover any damages for stuff that went to a storage unit first. That's BS! The charges I incurred from this company were outrageous, they could have moved my stuff from my house into the storage unit in about 5 hours but it took about 8 1/2-9 hours because of the discussions, putting my stuff into groups, wrapping everything in plastic including a bag I had totes and reusable bags in, my 3 lamp shades, plastic totes, my couch etc. I was also charged for a wardrobe box that I didn't even use. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Movers who care? How about movers who don't care? Learn from my mistake and seek other movers…read more I hired this Two Men and a Truck and they completely ruined a $2500 TV, the glass TV stand, and also damaged a $280 rower. I have photos showing this damage INSIDE THEIR TRUCK. I filed claims with them and they say they will give me $25 for the $2500 TV. First of all, insurance was never explained or offered to me. Next, no insurance form stipulations should cover up negligence and incompetence of the movers. THEY strapped the TV to a wall of the truck, the strap came loose while they were driving and it broke the TV. Secondly, the TV had a glass base and they had the TV sitting on the hard wood floor of the truck. Of course glass will break when sitting on hard wood in a moving vehicle! Thirdly, my photos show they had plenty of padding nearby they opted to not use. This was complete negligence and incompetence, not an understandable moving mistake. The insurance nonsense (60 cents a pound?) should not cover up negligence. No rational, fair person would believe $25 is sufficient compensation for a $2500 TV. The two movers are the only people who have touched the TV! Two Men and a Truck does NOT care about customers. Potential future customers, learn from my bad choice.
