I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. It was the best experience ever!!!!! (Oprah scream). When our move date changed and we thought they would make us pay more....nope! They worked with us, showed up on time and moved like track stars. My things arrived broken, torn and just a mess (I have pictures). The packers/loaders did not secure the goods so they bounced around in the truck. They did not use packing paper for my TV so it was broken, chair was torn, etc. I contacted the owner and provided pictures, but he took no responsibility. I asked that he at least refund me the tip and he didn't even do that. I trusted this company and I'm telling you use them at your own risk. It was a freaking mess I wish there was a way to leave zero starts.
