I thought both were going to be major issues. I thought I needed an additional pump for the hot tub. And I thought the salt cell chlorinator would need at least a new motherboard, if not a complete replacement. Jaden did about 10 minutes of poking around and told me that 1) the pump issue was simply being caused by a rock that was jammed into one of the pumps, likely from the construction stage and 2) the salt cell was not receiving power because a previous (another company) technicians rewired it to a non-functional part of my panel. So, after an hour, I had fully functioning jets in the hot tub. A functional salt cell. And he even got my pool lights working. (I had never been able to use them and had given it up). So can't recommend this company and Jaden specifically any more highly.

I switched and after a year with this new company I can say this is not normal. They overcharged for everything. They destroyed plants breaking branches, lawn - pouring pool water on it (still can't grow back) and when the pump broke they said they'd maintain the water while we waited for repair. They not only didn't maintain it but I had to drain it 3 times in 2 months because they could even get the water balanced from scratch. They were also dishonest on occasion about repair and showing up. Nice people but not acceptable service. I caution anyone from working with these guys. It's expensive and the damage is even more expensive.

He listened to our many questions with patience and always responded with clear answers. The quote received was very reasonable, and the work began promptly and was finished in the timeline promised. Thomas came by daily to review the work, as well as touch base with us in person to keep us informed of the process and what the next day's work would be. They had a good size crew to ensure the work was finished on time . When the first coping color we selected didn't turn out as we expected, they redid the coping in a different two-tone color and texture that we preferred, and at no additional charge. Thomas even sent out his color expert to help with this final color application. Both the steps and pool coping turned out beautifully. Thomas and his team were a pleasure to work with and we would readily consider Splash Pool & Design again for future pool and spa work. At the end of the day, it was clear that our satisfaction with their work really mattered.

I called ClaroPool on Tuesday afternoon and after a very helpful telephone conversation with Chris Little (Maintenance Director) who offered to schedule a site visit the next day. Chris arrived exactly on time the next day and was able to quickly resolve our issue with the iAquaLink app. He also managed to change app settings to solve a challenge that previous pool technicians told us was not possible. In a time when "customer service" does not seem as good as in past years, I was greatly impressed with Chris and the ClaroPool company.
