DO NOT RENT FROM HERE- BIG MISTAKE! wish they could have 0 Stars Here's the play by play: Dropped off my mobility scooter to be fixed and was told that it would take a few days. A week later I called and asked the status of the scooter. They stated it had not been fixed yet and it would take a few more days. They would call us when it was finished. 5 days later I called back and asked about the status. They put me on hold, and then told me they would call me back with an update when the technician came in. Never received a call back. 2 days later I called and a woman said that my scooter didn't have the part yet, it was being mailed in, and it would most likely take OVER a week to finish. The technician wasn't in so they didn't know the exact time it could be fixed. Since I had already waited a week, what's another two? 3 weeks after we dropped off I called while I was on vacation (good thing I didn't need it)! Not only did they not know what scooter I was talking about, but when they discovered which one was mine, they still did not fix it. The following week I arrived home and called to pick up the scooter. They put me on hold, then stated they didn't know what scooter I was talking about. I immediately came in the store and saw my scooter by the front with my name and number on it.... never touched. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL TELL EVERYONE TO NOT GO HERE! read more

Buyer Beware!!! Never again. Rented 4 scooters at 9am. Before noon my husband's scooter went dead, One Stop mobility came out fairly quickly and replaced it. At 3pm I started seeing fluctuations in my battery. At 6:15 I called to tell them that my battery was almost at zero. The employee on the phone then had the audacity to say "And?" As if it was no big deal. I explained I wanted a new battery replacement. He then asked when do you plan on leaving Disneyland? I was so irritated at this point and told them the park closes at midnight and did they expect me to go another 6 hours with a bad battery? The employee on the phone sighed and was like "Okaaay fine...We'll send someone out." I'm so disgusted with the quality of scooters they provide and then the customer service. I will never ever use them again and I'm going to say there are a lot of other companies that you can use for scooters that don't have half their scooters breakdown halfway through the day and have much better customer service. read more

Friendly service and great strollers! Every time we have came to Disneyland we have rented a park stroller and then had to carry my sleeping daughter back to the hotel. Never again! We kept the stroller for the whole trip and pushed her into the hotel room! My back thanks you! I recommend getting the large cup holder! we made a reservation via the web form on a Tuesday for the following weekend for a wheel chair rental in San Diego. I hadn't gotten a confirmation so I called Thursday and confirmed the reservation and gave them my CC number. chair was to be delivered to our hotel on Saturday. when we arrived no chair. I called and agent was very confused but did find the reservation. He said he had to research and would call back in 10 minutes. an hour later and no call so I called back. i had to call 6 times before someone picked up. I spent another 20 min on the phone but the result was they couldn't honor the reservation. Supposedly no supervisor to talk to either. They left us stranded! Since Disneyland & DCA have been closed, I'm so very happy to find One Stop Mobility is open during this pandemic to help me get ECV for shopping/dining in Downtown Disney. Great customer service when I call ahead 1-3 days in advance, setup schedule for rental & I either complete forms online or in person while wearing masks at all times. They are advertising false information on their website. They say a standard scooter weight is 300 lb when ordering for someone 260 lb they said they have to put them in a 400 lb heavy duty scooter for $10.00 more. When asking for a supervisor they won't transfer the call. This place is very rude & they need to train their representatives on how to treat customers. read more

The people that work there are nice and willing to help fix all the problems that happen but the problem is ALL OF THE PROBLEMS. We rented two scooters for our trip to Disneyland and one had to be changed in the first day because it did not hold a charge and I had to push it. The other one we traded in after the first day because the battery cable was loose and the scooter went from 3/4 charge to none, back to half, back to none and on and on. We limped this one back to the store and picked up a new one to replace this one in the morning and less than 4 hours into our day it had a dead battery at the very back of the park. We called and they told us we would need to push it all the way out to the security check point to exchange it. This is fine for me because I am able to push it but what if the person that rented the scooter didn't have someone in their group capable of pushing a chair over a mile to the gates to exchange it for them. If 98% of your business comes from Disney maybe you should work out some kind of deal so when you give out complete crap equipment you can change it out with out taking over an hour out of your customers vacation and forcing them to push your pile of crap out of the park. read more

We rented 2 scooters for NYE and the whole process was so convenient with daily drop off For the two days we went to Disneyland. Long battery power, too! We actually got lost riding the scooters the complete opposite direction of the shop... to drop off NYE, but it kept us rolling after A very long day. Thank goodness. read more

My mom and I have used One Stop for YEARS (at least 5x per year) and have loved their friendly service and help. They were always willing to price match with their competitors, which was fantastic because a 3 day rental with them is $55 higher than their competition. HOWEVER, this morning we tried to make a reservation today and after years of renting from them, they told us they no longer price match. I would love to continue giving them our service, but it's not worth paying extra money for it. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Not only did they give us an old scooter that stopped working halfway through our day, they were too cheap to have Disneyland passes to help their customers in case their run down scooters break down. If you call their helpline (basically the people at the desk) they'll tell you to push the scooter back to them if it breaks. Yes, they really said that! I ended up pushing it with my 7 year old daughter in the rain, up a hill, until I said no more. My back was hurting, hence the scooter, and it was made worse! They finally said they would send someone and not to move locations, once I continued to complain. I sat in the rain with my 7 year old for over an hour and they never showed. They never even bothered to call. Our trip was ruined! We had no choice but to leave it at Disneyland. We turned in the key and let the hotel desk know the location. The manager called the next day and no apologies, no offer of a refund, nothing. Instead she threatened to charge my card for the entire scooter. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

this company has horrible customer service!!! I have emailed twice and called ( long distance ) many times with no answer. I rented a wheel chair in Anaheim for Oct. 1 - 8th and did not get the wheelchair until 4:30 PM but was charged for the whole day. Also the wheelchair had no brakes and would not hold on the slightest slopes, and the foot rests were so sloped they caught on the pavement. After reporting the problem to the BBB the company finally reached out to me and offered a partial refund. I will think twice before using them again. read more

I rented an electric scooter from this company to go to Disneyland. While I was waiting in line for a ride a part of the bottom of the scooter fell off. I had not bumped into anything and I have witnesses who saw it happen. I contacted the company and they said that they would charge me for the damages even though I did not cause the damage. They gave me an already broken scooter. The next day I asked Vicky (the receptionist) to see the scooter to take pictures of the scooter for evidence. She told me that the scooter was already in the warehouse and that they could not take it out. They lied to me. I later went into the office and found the broken scooter there and took these pictures of it. Additionally, there was no clear communication between the sales representatives here. I got different information and different pricing from multiple people. They tried to rip me off with a higher price until I told them I was initially told a lower rent price from a different sales representative. We will NOT be coming back here. read more

I have rented scooters from several places over the last several years and One Stop has always been able to take care of me, no matter how short of a notice they have. I just rented two (2) scooters yesterday at 12 noon and One Stop has them delivered to the hotel by 1:30. On a Sunday at Disneyland. If I could give this company less than one star I would. I reserved 2 power wheelchairs 2 months in advance. We arrived to pick them up and not only were they not ready, they didn't even have what I reserved. The woman on duty had no clue what she had, whether they were fully charged or how they worked. She kept answering phone calls while I was sitting there asking questions and kept offering more expensive chairs. She also informed us that she was quite sick this was the reason for her lack of knowledge. My daughter looked up another company and got 2 chairs for half the price...delivered! I checked One Stops reviews ahead of time ( 5 stars) and it is obvious now that those reviews were fake. Over an hour there and I finally said forget it. We are renting somewhere else. The people here rock! They are super helpful and were able to accommodate a last minute request in renting to me a stroller for my 6 year old. That's right!! My 6 year old..you think they are too big for a stroller but when you are walking at least 12,000 steps a day (according to my handy dandy phone pedometer!) the lil ones gets tired and you will be thankful you have a stroller if you need to get anywhere faster than a snail's pace at the end of the night. Plus it is convenient to have when you have lots of stuff to carry around like jackets, rain ponchos, snacks, etc!! The stroller was top notch, light and easy to fold up, and get the drink holder with it. It is worth it, especially since Disneyland allows you to bring in your own drinks and food into the park. They are located on the parking level of Camelot Inn and Suites so they are super close to Disneyland. Unlike other stroller rental places in the area, they have a storefront so you don't have to wait for them to deliver it to you if you have a car and would prefer to pick it up at their location. Lastly- EXCELLENT prices!! They have their prices on their website so no guessing on how much it is going to cost you. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company if you need a stroller for the Anaheim amusement parks!! read more

Made a reservation for my husband to have a scooter for our upcoming trip to Disneyland. We needed the scooter for 3 days. Instead of paying for 4 days the rep on the phone told us to leave the scooter in the hotel lobby at midnight no problem and we wouldn't be charged for the 4th day. I got a call 5 days before our trip saying there is an issue with our reservation. That we need to pay an extra day because they don't do pickups after midnight. And we also need to pay an extra delivery fee. So they basically wanted me to pay almost $100 for the reps mistake that did their job wrong. The rep I talked to this morning says it's an "easy fix just pay the fees and extra day and there's no problem". Yes sir there is a problem because I was told one thing when I made the reservation and now you are calling me back asking me to pay you more money for your companies mistake?! Absolutely not. He also suggested if we don't want to pay an extra day to return the scooter to a hotel that's all the way on the other side from where we are staying. And then what? Walk back over a mile?! Take an Uber and spend MORE money?! So. Needless to say I cancelled the entire reservation. Will take my hard earned money elsewhere to other companies that have been used before. This is the worst customer experience I have had and we didn't even get to use their product. Hopefully when other customers call they get the right info. read more

They literally ruined our Christmas Eve plans at Disneyland. They didn't deliver the scooter to our hotel until four hours after we called them and when they finally delivered it they brought us the wrong scooter. When we tried to get the scooter we requested they told us they were out so after spending four hours waiting my mom wasn't able to go into the parks, after we'd already paid for a hotel and park admission. Vicki is amazing and helped my family have a great scooter to use while in Disneyland. They didn't have proof of my payment, In which I had to prove by showing a card statement. I just rented a scooter last weekend for our trip to Disneyland / California Adventure. They delivered the scooter to our hotel which is a lifesaver since we didn't get in until much later than planned. Unfortunately it seemed that the headlamp was out so I contacted Kiersten who promptly met me outside of California Adventure Park to swap out the scooter. It turned out that my hotel gave me another companies scooter! Without hesitation she said "no problem!", swapped the scooter anyway and brought the other companies scooter back to our hotel for me. This is customer service at its best! I was able to go back into the park with the new scooter and enjoy the rest of my day worry free because she went above and beyond! Thank you Kiersten! Fantastic all around. I had looked at another rental place that had terrible recent reviews. I called One Stop Mobility and the rental process on the phone was simple. The only negative I'll say was the girl who originally took our order couldn't grasp the concept of how long a day was. She keep trying to say they were going to charge a full day by dropping it off at 10pm. When I called back to confirm a nice gentleman took care of it. We got a high quality scooter for I think $140 for 3 days. The battery life was AMAZING. I walked while my husband with MS rode the scooter with our toddler. My Fitbit said we did 12 miles a day. We turned it off when we were stopped for longer periods and the battery light never dropped below full the entire first day. We only charged it for about an hour when we took a break. My husband forgot to charge it that night and I figured we were done for. Nope. It lasted 7:30am till 3:30 and dropped only one bar. We charged it for almost an hour and headed back out. When we got back to the hotel at 11pm it was at half life. Amazing. Charged it all night and back to full in the morning. The best part is they dropped it off at the Fairfield Marriott for us so we didn't have to interrupt our morning to get it set up. Highly recommend, we will definitely use them every time we visit Disneyland! read more

My mother and I decided to rent a scooter outside of Disneyland because the Disneyland scooters cannot be taken to Downtown Disney. We initially found a really cheap company (Apple scooters) that took down our information [I am a little uncomfortable with that because it now seems like a scam!] and reserved a scooter for us but NEVER delivered. Luckily we found One Stop Mobility online and were able to get exactly what we needed. Ryan and Edward brought the scooter directly to our hotel and in less than 10 minutes got us checked out, updated on the simple user ins and outs with a fully charged scooter. We used the scooter for 2 days, just charged it over night and had 0 problems with it during our entire stay. We are annual pass holders at Disneyland and will certainly be using this service in the future. We were so very pleased with the quality service that One Stop Mobility provided. They delivered the scooter to our timeshare and picked it up after use. We added a day but needed a portable one to transport to Knott's Berry Farm. They only charged us an additional $25! My husband loved the ease of getting to and from Disneyland and the battery lasted the entire day! All sources indicated that they would be cheaper than the Disneyland service and there was no guarantee that Disney would have any left by the time we got there. We've used One Stop Mobility on multiple visits to Disneyland. The prices are great (much cheaper than if you rent in the park) and the beauty of their scooters, you can ride to and from your hotel and take the scooter into Downtown Disney. They deliver to your hotel and pick the scooter up when your visit is over....FOR FREE!!! And, let's face it friends....there isn't much you get for free in the Happiest Place on Earth!!! On our last visit in November the scooter's chair was a little wiggly and felt slightly out of whack. We called One Stop and they had a new scooter delivered to our hotel within 30 minutes. I had been using a wood one that was my great grandfather's because I'm frugal to a fault. There was a wide selection of adjustable canes that have self standing options to choose.
