Crooked company refuses to give refunds despite what their contract says. I had to cancel my trip to Disneyland due to a back injury. So I called One Stop 3 times to try to get my refund, and each time they say they'll send an email to the "refund department" in hopes they will see it incase they missed it before. One guy said to me, "You will get your refund, I gaurantee it. Actually I can't gaurantee it because it's the refund department." I called a 4th time and said to the lady right off the bat, "Can I speak to the refund department?" She replied, "How may I help you?" I said, "Were you able to hear me?" She said, "Yes. How may I help you?" I said that I am wanting to speak to the refund department directly in hopes of being able to get my refund. She then tells me that the refund department sent an email saying that because I didn't pay for Cancellation Protection that I would not be able to get my refund. (THIS IS FALSE (I remembered the contract)... She offered me credit so I said Ok. I hung up and read the contract again right away to double check, and I called her back. I read her the contract, "If you DECLINED the Cancellation Protection and you need to cancel, and the equipment has not been delivered, OSM will retain a $45 cancellation fee and refund the remaining balance." After I read that to her, she replies, "Ok I will let the refund department know that you don't want the credit anymore." I said, "Well wait a minute, what do you have to say about the line in the contract that I read to you." She replied, "I cannot comment because I don't know about this since I'm not the refund department." She said again that she would let the refund department know that I don't want credit and to have them call me. Of course they never called me back. I want to mention that I was polite all the times that I called them because if I wasn't then I knew I'd be more likely to not get my money back. One Stop Mobility take advantage of people who have to cancel. Who knows if there is really even a "refund department." I think it's total bull when she said she doesn't know about what was written in the contract. read more

I had a very hard time contacting them. I waited on hold and was then promptly disconnected multiple times. They require a 2 hour window for delivery or pickup. I'm on vacation and spent a lot of money for my Disney tickets. That makes it quite inconvenient and costly. The people I eventually spoke to were nice enough. read more

I was told the owner was on vacation and not accepting emails so I had to wait until that person returned. Then I was told the refund request was submitted and would take a few days. Last update was with Kevin, who was suppose to talk with the owner and then call me back. HE NEVER DID!! Their customer service is atrocious and I will not recommend this business to anyone!!! I DO NOT recommend this company! I waited for over 3 hours (ALMOST 4) for a delivery. I had talked to the delivery driver twice. The first time he said 45 mins. I waited over an hour called him back.... he assured me he'd be here in 20 mins. An hour later I again called the company and they replied with we'll call the delivery company... they assured me they'd call me in 5 mins or less. Nope didn't happen. My words of advice.... Rented from this place 6 times or so. One time the battery died before leaving the parking lot but it's fine it happens. Just called to reserve our usual transportable scooter that's rated for 300lbs. We've rented for riders that were 200lbs and now 180lbs. The reservation person on the phone (Felix) told me that I couldn't rent the scooter because the weight limit on this scooter is 170lbs. I told him this was not true I've rented this scooter several times and it says it right on the website 300lbs. I asked if they switched their models and he said no and that I gave them a lighter weight before. It says right on my drivers license my weight wtf? After calling him out on the website he said that the website was under maintenance. Had the tone of someone who doesn't enjoy his job very much. If you rent from this place just go to the office. Don't bother calling and booking with Felix. If you do call you might be met with some miserable guy on the phone trying to mess with you. If you need to rent a scooter for Disneyland, this is the spot to go to. I was able to call the day before I was going to Disneyland and secure a rental. It is cheaper than Disneyland (they charge $70 at Disneyland and it is first come first serve) and this place charged $63 for a standard EV scooter. You can add the insurance for an additional $10 but I declined it and luckily nothing bad happened to the scooter. They gave me a fully charged scooter (I got it at like 10a) and it only took 3 bars with plenty of charge left when I returned it at 9:15p. The only complaint I had was that the basket was too small for my full size backpack and I wish that there was a drink holder for my water bottle but all in all super easy and staff was helpful. read more

My friend and I rented two sccoters on 2/5/23. We charged the scooters over night like you're supposed to. The 2nd my friends scooter had already died and I had to push them half a mile. This happened twice. At least once during our rentals, we have had a scooter die on us. Once the green lights start to go, that battery will die. During a trip in December, I was alone and my scooter died at the furthest end of Dianeyland. Was recommended by a friend. So convenient! I ordered a double stroller rental since Disneyland has specific guidelines for allowable strollers in the park. We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and wanted to be able to take the stroller in and out of the park without renting one from the parks and risk not being able to get one and would probably be more expensive. Best decision we made! It was affordable for the 6 days we rented the stroller for. The company dropped off the stroller to our hotel and picked it up on our departure day. Love the delivery and pickup feature! Made the walks to, inside, and back from the parks so much easier with our two smaller children. Made a reservation online. Showed up and she said that they were understaffed and couldn't help me. When I asked about my reservation she said they were sold out(very clearly not sold out) and couldn't help me. I explained that I made a reservation about a week before that and if they could not honor it why they didn't call. She was on the phone the whole time. And just said that they were understaffed. If I could give a 0 I would. First I reserved a transportable scooter for my daughter for the weekend as she broke her knee. They delivered a regular one that was not transportable. So she could not take it to any activities outside the hotel (there were several everyday). Then I was told they were picking it up Monday morning. Instead they picked it up while she was at the wedding (remember she couldn't bring it in the car). So when she gets back to the hotel it won't be there. Don't use them. UNRELIABLE!!!! Beware, when you make your reservation that's the call center not the office and the right hand does not know what's going on with the left hand. I prepaid for a three day rental. My scooter was not delivered and when I called they told me there was a mix up and I could go in and pick one up. I told them I'm disable and will have to walk there several hotels away. They assured me it was there and ready. Well, it was not. The office said one wasn't delivered bkuz one wasn't ready. I ended up leaving, painfully walking. One Stop Mobility has had my $161 for almost two months now and after talking to four people over the months, they say soothing words and apologize but then do not return the money. The reason I initially canceled is that they cannot drop off and pick up the scooter unless you hang out in the hotel lobby during their limited window! They forgot to mention that. I found Scooter Bug was $118 and dropped off before you arrive and pick up after you leave so I was able to step from my car directly into the scooter! So comforting. I guess the next step is to protest this through my credit card co. What a pain. Very unprofessional bordering on fraud, in my mind. How can they stay in business? This is a total bait and switch! I called for a 3 day rental to be delivered to Gran California. They said it would be a $40 delivery fee (their a clearly says 'free' delivery). The 3rd day we could only have it till 5pm (not remotely useful if you are in the Park for the whole day). Then they wanted to know if we could drop it off!!!! Less than a Zero recommendation. I had a horrible experience with a scooter the other day they gave me a broken down scooter and it kept breaking down on me through out Disneyland. The 3 times that I've rented a scooter from them I've never had a problem until now. I've NEVER needed a charger for the scooters. Also I had to push the scooter back to the store front. conveniently located across DisneyLand Resort main gate at the same complex with hotel Camelot. staff is friendly and provide prompt service. they have scooters and wheelchair for rent and will deliver for nearby hotel if needed. we need wheelchair for mom due she hurts her feet and can't walk far. Disneyland has wheelchair rental with in-outs privilege within the park but mom still need to walk to gate to pick up the wheelchair which won't work for us definitely will use them in the future if need arise. read more

In general I would definitely recommend renting scooters from companies other than Disney. I will not be going with this company again though. My wife and I traveled down to SoCal for Merriest of Nites at Disneyland. We got to our hotel at 1pm and per the agreement the scooter was supposed to be dropped off at our hotel between 2pm-3pm. The event at Disney starts at 5pm and the scooter was not delivered until after that time. We did not want to miss out on the event so unfortunately we had to go to the park and were not able to use the scooter. I called multiple times leading up to 5pm asking for an update on the scooter and told them we needed to be at the park by 5pm. They kept telling me it is close by, but obviously they weren't truly aware of the status of the scooter. I also told them that we are not going to be using the scooter for the first night if it doesn't arrive on time and this did not trigger the person on the phone try to make things right. I would recommend Select Mobility Scooter instead. It was a much better experience overall. read more

The scooter I received looked like it had been in an accident. It was dented, scratched and missing trim. In addition, the tires had no tread which made the ride bumpy. It did not operate well either. There was a jerky movement when starting and it did not stop quickly. I almost ran into people a couple of times because it took a day to figure out how to operate it because of the jerky starting and slow stopping issues. There was also a squeaky whining noise the entire time while operating the scooter. It apparently needs a complete overhaul or the junk pile. I was seriously disappointed and will not use this company in the future. The lady answering the phone to return the scooter was rude. Double Stroller Rental VERY Friendly service, affordable, convenient location (across from Disneyland at the Camelot Hotel). It was a very easy transaction, easy pick up and return. My only negative was that the double stroller I rented was breaking (seats were ripping) and it didn't come with a bottom basket (assumed that would be included). It served its purpose though and helped us tremendously with both kiddos. Also, for pick ups, they don't provide you an email confirmation or any confirmation so I was a little worried closer to my reservation date. I did call and they said for deliveries, you will receive a confirmation but if you're picking up the stroller they don't. I didn't have any issues. read more

Went online to request two ECV's for a trip. Filled everything in and submitted the request. I never heard from them and thought everything was setup. Arrived and was told they couldn't accommodate me. When I asked about the online reservation I was told it was a request only. It was suggested I probably hadn't answered a phone call sometime in the 5 weeks between making the request online and my arrival. Since I had never received a voicemail from them I'm going to call that some gaslighting. I was treated incredibly poorly on the phone. Easy and great! We had never needed a wheelchair or scooter for our trips so I was a little nervous about the whole experience. I called a few days ahead of our trip, and was able to have all my questions answered, and my reservation set up and paid for within about 20 minutes! One of my concerns was making sure the scooter was ready to use before we head out, and the delivery was perfect! It was ready to go inside our hotel lobby, and all I had to do was ask the front desk for the keys. Since having going through chemo with stage, four cancer, five years ago, I had to use a scooter after my third chemo infusion, and for a couple of years afterwards.
