I had foot surgery and was planning my families' trip for the 24 hour day at Disneyland. I wanted to make sure I had a scooter for that day and days after. They were very helpful over the phone and delivered the scooter to my hotel the night before. After a 6 hour drive I arrived at my hotel to see this LARGE REALLY USED SCOOTER that should have been retired years ago. (Seat was slanted to one side and arm rest pointed towards the ground). Not ever using one before I didn't care as long as it got me around! But when my husband took it apart to put in our SUV it was not the..." Transportable Scooter Feather-Touch Disassembly" that we expected. Rolling around Disneyland was a hassle because neither the horn nor lights worked. When I backed up it didn't beep to warn people, this caused unwarranted problems. OMG Taking this old, heavy, beat up scooter in and out of our SUV was a nightmare! I was very heavy and took 2-3 people after taking it apart. The power gage never went down (always showed fully charged) so we didn't bother charging it during the 24 hour day. So you guessed it, we had to push it out and charge it in our room. We went to CA Adventure the next day and stayed till closing. On our way out, it stops working, once again the gage still showed fully charged. We pushed it in a store and plugged it in for 30 minutes which only gave us enough charge to make it outside the gate and it stopped working again. My daughter had to push it to the tram, up the ramp, on and off the tram, despite the fact that it locked up every two feet. We charged it all night. Next morning took it to ONE STOP and spoke to Vicky to exchange it. All Vicky said was "oh well it was the only one we had left". My husband showed her that key had broken and she FLIPPED OUT! She started yelling at him like he was her child! She yelled if you had paid for the $5 per day insurance..... He couldn't even get a word in. Vicky said it would be $10 for a replacement key but had to see if we damaged the ignition. (The key was broken the second morning when taking it out of our car and it worked all day like that.) So there was no damage to the ignition! Vicky gave us a new scooter for the third day and it was great! Didn't know how BAD the first one was until I drove the new one! Getting to use the bathroom with this one was 100 times easier! Before we left town we stopped to check on the old scooter key repair price so we could square it away before leaving town. Vicky kept ignoring and walking away from my husband, just said she would call with a price, so we felt very uncomfortable as though we were being forced to leave a blank signed check. She refused to give us the managers' name or number. I asked to speak with her and she said she would be back in 10 minutes and left. We waited 25 minutes and she never returned, so we left. I work with the public and my husband is in management. We deal with rude people, however Vicky is the rudest yet and EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL!!! read more
