Awful company. I ordered a book on 9/28/19 on Amazon. A tracking number was provided. I called the USPS. They said that they have not received the package from the shipping partner (One Stop Mailing). The tracking number says book is still in Auroa, IL as of 9/30/19. No further updates. As of 10/18/19, I still do not have my book. I called OSM to see what's going on, but no one answers the phone nor do they return you calls after leaving a message. Worst shipping company ever. Not sure how they are still in business. They will not last long. read more

Same experience as others have been mentioning. After traveling across the country, a package I ordered has been sitting at an OSM facility very close me for about 11 days. There is no good excuse for this... read more

Ordered an item for Father's Day. Given a USPS tracking number. Thought, Great!, should be here on time. Then started the odd saga of going from one location to another but not with the United States Post Office. Place called One Stop Mailing. Not until weeks later does it go to USPS. Contacted company and cancelled when it became apparent they were not on the up and up with shipping. They sent anyway. Contacted credit card company to dispute charge. CC immediately gave credit as MIADOVE apparently has a bad reputation. Shipment received weeks later, refused it and was recorded refused USPS. Next entry into the USPS system stated insufficient address. It was not insufficient address as I personally saw the item in the mail carrier's hand told the mail carrier to refuse it. Somehow One Stop Mailing/MiaDove is able to manipulate the USPS system with their bogus shipping data. Stay as far away from this company as you can! Something very dishonest about this company! read more

It's been a week and a half since my book was 'sent' to me via one stop mailing. Four days ago it "left" "shipping partner destination" on its way to the post office. This is the worst and slowest shipping I've ever seen; regular media mail is a jet plane compared to this slow goose. I haven't received an update since that one four days ago. Package may be lost. I will never knowingly buy another book from a vendor who uses OSM. I thought the combination of DHL and UPS media mail was bad--it is, but this is much worse. I wonder if I'll ever get the book I bought. read more

This is my second experience with OSM. The good is that eventually I can track my package. The bad is they seem to have no idea how to get it to destination. Coming to us in SC from FL, it goes to GA, two stops in PA, back to GA, now to SC. Ten days in transit with way more than one stop. read more

I ordered a book for a college course on 8/12. I paid double for expedited shipping, being told it would take 5-8 business days and arrive between 8/17-8/20, in time for my course on 8/24. I am now being told my book was shipped 5 days late and will not arrive until 9/3, 14 business days after shipping and 17 business days after ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DECEPTIVE COMPANY!!! 2 and a half weeks late is unacceptable and not worth it for an 8 week course. Save your money. I am now having to buy from another company. read more

I concur with all of the other bad reviews of OSM. These people should buy a map! If you are an online retailer, please don't use them. Their reputation is already shot. Don't ruin yours by using them. read more

This is by far the absolute worst delivery service. I have no idea who they are but I keep getting informed delivery notices through USPS THAT my package-no clue here- is in its way. Truly dreadful non-customer service. read more

9 days to get from JFK to GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL. NINE DAYS? Unacceptable! The Pony Express was faster. We contacted the clothing retailer we purchased the item from and informed them of our displeasure with OSM. Hopefully they will no longer use this archaic shipping "service". read more

After my experience, I will double and triple check how an item is shipped when bought on-line. This was the first and last experience with OSM. It left Missouri on a Tuesday and arrived the very next day in a shipping facility in Illinois. This looked like good news, since I'm only a 2 hour drive from the Illinois location. Then on Saturday, it ended up back in Missouri, and sat there for 5 days, before being forwarded to a distribution center in Michigan. Once that happened, USPS jumped in and delivered it the next day. Total of almost 2 weeks for delivery. I understand that a lot of people (including myself) order more on-line now, that does not excuse the actions here. Never use OSM. read more

This company is worse than bad. A CD ordered on Amazon was given to One Stop Mailing to be delivered to the USPS for shipping on 8/16/20. It's now 8/26/20 and the post office still has not received the shipment. Amazon says "talk to the seller", the seller says "it's been shipped, here's the tracking number", the post office says "it's still at One Stop Shipping, we haven't gotten it yet", One Stop Mailing says...well, they don't say anything, they won't answer their phone. I guess I can consider that money wasted! read more

I dread seeing this company's name when I see an order I've made is being shipped by these people. They sit on packages for many days before handing them off to the post office. Not a couple days -like a week or week and a half. One of my orders sat in one of their facilities a half hr drive from my house for a week. I could have WALKED to their facility and got my item quicker. No customer service to speak of to address these problems. If you are a seller-don't use them. It's not good for your business. read more

Unbelievably and frustratingly very very slow! This company sucks! I ordered a book on Dec. 6 in eBay from a seller that uses One Stop Mailing. It's 2 days before Xmas eve, and they're still holding the item and haven't passed it on to usps! The thing is, the item is being delivered from the same state! And from the same county! The origin of the book is Waukegan, that's Lake County. I live in the Lake County burbs. What's Up Wit Dat!?!? I can't believe this company is in business! read more

I have an order sitting in York PA for over a week and I live in VA. Normally things from PA to VA by any other methods of shipments or mail in here within a day. I can drive to York, PA from my house in about 2 hours. Of course this contains Christmas items. Before getting to York, it sat in Las Vegas for more than a week. Origninal order started journey to my house started the week before Thanksgiving. read more

I cannot believe anyone using this company to ship anything. I ordered something on Ebay and it was shipped from Secaucus, NJ on May 26. I live in Brooklyn, NY which is about a 45 min drive from Secaucus. It went to Illinois, then Pennsylvania, then BACK to New Jersey (Lincoln Park this time) and has been sitting there with no updates since June 5. The delivery dates for this were June 1 - June 12. Today is the 12th so it's obviously not getting here within the delivery window, and I'm starting to wonder if it will ever get here at all. Why does this company constantly send things hundreds of miles out of the way in the completely opposite direction of where they're going?? It's mind boggling. read more

This company flat out sucks. I've had to deal with them three times now because I've bought books from the same company three times...but never again. I thought the first time was maybe a fluke. The second time made me a tad bit angry but now, this third time, has me convinced that I will NEVER order from the same seller on eBay that uses this company. I'd rather pay $5 for shipping (or even $5 more for the item itself) instead of dealing with this "service". All three times it's taken weeks to receive my packages...well, the third one hasn't quite arrived yet. It somehow sat in the same spot in New Jersey for 9 DAYS before it moved to Pennsylvania...let me reiterate, it took 9 days for my package to move 3 1/2 hours. That's absolutely ridiculous! I will be making sure from now on, before buying a book on eBay, that the seller does NOT use this shipping company. read more

I ordered a textbook on 6/29 for a 2 week class beginning on 7/6 and it was supposed to arrive by 7/8. I had prepared for 2 days without the book but now my exams are coming up and I need it. After it did not arrive on 7/8, I looked up the tracking number and found that it was shipped 6/30 to Illinois, sat for 4 days, went to Pennsylvania, got shipped back to Illinois, and is now sitting there waiting to go to a USPS facility. I live in Florida, so who knows when it will get here. I will never use this service or purchase from the seller again. This is absolutely absurd especially in a time where shipping and home delivery is so big due to Covid-19. Do yourself a favor and do not use this service or purchase from anyone who does. Very disappointing. read more

Why are you holding my package for WEEKS before turning it over to USPS? (That hasn't even happened just yet....the "turning it over part"). You guys suck and no matter where you go online to research this business, nobody has anything good to say! How in the world are you guys still putting your hands on packages? read more

God when all your reviews are exactly the same, not sure how you just ignore the problem. How does this company stay open? No helpful information, no time-frame, been waiting forever for my book, I need it for a presentation and running out of time. No idea when its going to show up but boy do I regret ordering from ANYONE using this crap service and I certainly will never make that mistake again. Took weeks for it to go from WAUKEGAN, IL to GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL. THEY ARE BARELY AN HOUR AWAY FORM EACH OTHER, how do you even achieve this level of incompetence? Its staggering, do not work with these folks, ineptitude at levels never before discovered. read more

So far I'm waiting for a package to arrive that was shipped 8 days ago and it still hasn't reached me. It's still taking a scenic tour of the mid west heading towards the west. Took 5 days to go from WI to IL and then another 1.5 days to move to the next stop. Seems to me someone forgot to load the truck or empty the truck. I have highly suggested the company that used them to try another service as this has been the worst domestic shipping experience to date. read more

This company has many negative reviews however my order was picked up in Dallas Texas and in Bethesda Maryland 6 business days later. And the shipping cost was dirt cheap. Sure UPS and FedEx are more reliable but much more expensive. read more

I live about an hour and a half North of Atlanta. I sometimes order books that originate in GA. They ship with this company. I have come to the conclusion this company does not own/cannot read a map as they first send the package to Illinois for a few days (past my house right up!) then to Pennsylvania for a couple more days and then sent to Greenville,SC (pass the house again) before being delivered. This has to be one of those common core math things! Like if 2 trains leave at different times my house is painted yellow problems! This company has no clue how to deliver a package. It's like the other guy said, they make the USPS look efficient. read more

TERRIBLE! I ordered my book on 29 July from Amazon. The book was not picked up until the 4th of Aug. Now, nearly a week later, it still HAS NOT MOVED. It still has not been delivered to USPS. I called Amazon numerous times and they refuse to help. I finally got one of their representatives to tell me who the shipping partner was. Have not heard from them. I tried to use their tracking feature but it keeps saying technical difficulty. How is this company even in existence? read more

I placed an order from a seller on Amazon and my package sat in a "one Stop Mailing" partner facility for 10 days and then only after I sent an email to the one stop mailing mail email complaining did my package begin to move. The package originated in Illinois and was to be delivered to the state of Washington. It has been 14 days and this is completely ridiculous beyond belief. Beware..... do not use this company!!! read more

I thought my package was going through the USPS, but it is actually going One Stop Mailing (OSM) and then being handed off to the Post Office. It's been with OSM for 5 days and it still hasn't reached the Post Office yet. It has taken 5 days just to go from Huntington Beach, CA to Denver, CO and my final destination is Ohio. I'm guessing it will take 10+ days to finally be delivered! I will NEVER buy anything again from a seller that uses OSM! read more

I am curious so far... My book was shipped from Phoenix AZ on 8/22 and got to North Las Vegas 8/25, awaiting pick up by USPS. That may not seem so disconcerting, however, I live in Glendale AZ, which borders Phoenix so i'm not sure why it would go to Las Vegas first, if at all... we'll see read more

Still waiting for a package to arrive that shipped over 2 weeks ago! They must use horse and buggy instead of vehicles, would definitely recommend using another company!! read more

This company is trash. I ordered 14 Books from thriftbooks on Sept 15th and most were delivered yesterday. However One stop mailing has several they picked up on the 16th that are still sitting around waiting to be delivered to USPS 6 days after they got them. I called Customer Service to inquire why my books hadn't shipped yet and was promptly hung up on by the rep. I immediately called back to get a voice message saying they were closed. Unprofessional at best, substandard inept service at worst. Pi$$ poor results either way. I would give them Zero stars if possible. read more

Purchased a book from Amazon ( SuperBookDeals ), which shows there "headquarters" are located 12 miles from my house, in Columbia, MD. That was March 11th. USPS shows the tracking number and arrival date to ONE STOP MAILING as March 16th. So 9 days after I order from a "local" vendor, my book may or may not be sitting in Waukegan, IL. read more

Package sat in New Jersey for 6 days before moving to Ilinois where it continues to sit. A previous order sat in California for 12 days before moving and finally after another 5 days. Never had another shipper that moves like the walking dead. read more

Wow- just like so many others- I had a package that One Stop picked up at 11:06 pm on August 10, 2020 in SMYRNA, TN 37167. No updates since. It has been 2 full weeks. I live in PA, any ground shipping should literally take only 2-3 days from TN to PA. I contacted the company- and what a shock - they told me to contact the shipper. Once a package as been picked up by your company it is YOUR responsibility. Oh and don't worry I will contact the shipper so they pull their contract with you ASAP. read more

A book I purchased on Amazon was shipped on 3/6/19. It has been sitting in Coppell, TX since 3/13. It is now 3/19. I don't think I will EVER get it. TERRIBLE SERVICE! read more

You better hope whoever you buy items from doesn't use this service. My package has been in their possession for over 10 days and hasn't moved in 5. This isn't a rare occurrence. No clue when it'll be delivered as there's no estimate. read more

Well, add me to the long list of 1-star-only-because-I-can't-give-zero reviews. I ordered a DVD from a third-party seller through Amazon and it's been 6 days for it to move from Illinois to Las Vegas where, according to other reviews, it is likely to remain a while longer for no particular reason. A normal USPS shipment from Illinois would have been delivered 2 days ago. I'll never be buying from that seller again, and I'll be checking all future orders with unspecified shipping methods to ensure that OSM won't be involved. read more

i dont even want to give one star for this terrible company "one stop shipping" books, some ebay things, other companies, use them, and your package will sit at a slue of different locations, or they are riding trucks, trains, untrackable vehicle movements. You have to talk to your merchant or email them about your problem with this mailing situation. The company simply does not care when or where you merchandise goes either, many of my orders end up in mass., me., conn., bypassing NY where im located, even when coming from the western half on the states, its ridiculous and they simply dont have the USPS, or UPS integrity . These merchant that make a contract with this company does so at the peril of thier existence as a business. be WARNED read more

Nightmare company. Ordered books online and the books shipped from less than an hour from where I live. It's been 7 days and my books aren't in the state anymore. No clue when I'll get them. read more

I ordered a book from Your Online Bookseller in Houston that uses One Stop Mailing to ship to Waxahachie, TX. Ten days later, it was in Illinois. I told the bookseller that the book could have hitchhiked from Houston to Waxahachie quicker than One Stop Mailing. read more

I order a lot of used book online, and I wish companies would specify upfront that they use this package-storage company as a "shipping partner" -- it's "One Stop" alright, one stop right in their warehouse. I've had nothing but problems, delays, trying to receive books "shipped" via this company. I will no longer do business with any booksellers that use OSM. read more

I'd love to give less than one star. Deciem started using them and it's been hell ever since. I thought the first time was awful earlier this year when an item took 2 weeks ship time. This time around I ordered 2 orders the same day 03/06. Both shipped 03/07, I received one on 03/16 and still haven't received the other, no update, just sitting in Las Vegas. How could one get here and the other not? Unreal. Have to order anything from them at the very least a month out. I get packages from China so much quicker! read more
