My book company decided to use One Stop Mailing. Instead of taking 2-3 days via USPS, if it comes at the anticipated date, it will have taken 10 days. First, my book had to sit for SIX days before it was picked up. After it was picked up, it literally travelled across Pennsylvania 20 miles at a time to three different cities before it even made it to upstate NY (Rochester area). I even reached out to the company via email (according to OSM's website, they had a high volume of calls--I wonder why). They didn't respond. Not a thrilled customer. I really hope my book company doesn't use them again. I might discontinue my book service if they do. read more

Never will buy from any seller that uses this shipping company. My book has been sitting at their Aston, PA facility for 2.5 days and counting. It took 1.5 days just to go from York, PA to Aston, PA. The package is stuck in "WHOKNOWESWHERE" for 4 days now. No update. I will make sure to not purchase from a store that uses this service. This is not the first time I have had this issue with this company. I had to leave one star to review but it doesn't deserve that one star! read more

Once again. Package just sits for days without any movement. It is hard to believe that any business uses this company as a shipping partner. They have zero integrity. read more

Yes as others stated the ABSOLUTE WORST, SLOWEST, MOST STUPID SHIPPING METHOD IN THE WORLD. But on the positive side they did answer their phone and said they'd look into why the package has been sitting in Los Angeles for 3 days (50 miles away from destination). They do not have a Los Angeles location so I guess the package is at USPS or a partner's location or lost. On 11/29, I purchased a book on Ebay from: your_online_bookstore (444318) https://www.ebay.com/usr/your_online_bookstore?_trksid=p2047675.l2559 Shipping Method when you track via USPS says: Postal Product: Bound Printed Matter Features: USPS Tracking® I'm not sure if One Stop is an intermediary of the USPS or the Ebay seller. But as you can see from tracking USPS claims to not have taken position of the package even after 10 days. Today is 12/13 and still won't be receiving it today and who knows how much longer it will take...or if it's just lost. Auction description estimated delivery by December 11 which is the usually super worst-case scenario date and now we're +2 days past that + the USPS still doesn't have the item so I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting. I could have walked from CA to TX faster than this. Notice they ship two states east and one state north of California (Illinois). Notice how after 8 fricken' days the USPS still doesn't have the package. Notice how it's been in Los Angeles (50 miles away from me) for 3 damn days and counting. And notice how no tracking update at all in 2 days. Also notice the 12/10 and 12/11 updates are both at 6:08AM -- could it be one or both updates are fake!? What in the WORLD is the company doing? I ordered something and One Stop mailing takes it 3 states away to Illinois (in the wrong direction). My package got as far as York, PA and just sat there for a week. I emailed OSM, and they said delivery had been interrupted and to call the retailer to find out more. It will either be delayed or lost. read more

I will chime in with all of the other reviews on here. I have a book that was ordered at the beginning of May. Says it was picked up on May 6th. It is now May 29th and USPS has still not received it. Everytime I've ordered something from Amazon and the tracking says One Stop Mailing and the USPS is waiting on it, it takes days longer than it should. As I type this, I have a book that I ordered 9 days ago and the tracking still says it's waiting on One Stop Mailing to get its act together before giving it to the USPS. This is absolutely ridiculous! It's been sitting in New Jersey all this time. There's no reason why it couldn't have been at my house in GA days ago. Everything else I ordered the same day arrived several days ago already. read more

I don't know anything about One Stop Mailing, OTHER THAN THEY ARE A VERY SLOW SHIPPER!! I had a package where One Stop Mailing was used as the shipper, before transferring to USPS for final delivery. After 5 days, the package as still 2 days away. I ordered a book. A small book from an online book store. I didn't know that they ship via this company. I thought once I got a USPS tracking number that I would see my book shortly. Reading everyone's reviews on this place is making me nervous. I ordered a pendant via Etsy that's coming from Belgium, and I reside in Western/Central New York. As with all of the other negative reviews of this company, they've been holding my package less than an hour away from me for days. Why!? It took three days to get from Glendale Heights, IL to Lombard, IL. These two cities are literally 15 minutes from each other, and it took three days to do that. I could walk the package from point A to point B quicker than that. A blind, 13-year-old dog could walk it quicker than that. This is the slowest company I've ever seen being used for shipping. I've ordered from company's that have estimated shipping times from 10-14 days, and it got here quicker than from a company with a 3-8 day shipping policy. This reflects really poorly on the company I ordered from, and makes me nervous to order directly from the company again. I just-- How is this company in business at all? lol dang read more

So, I ordered a calendar for 2020 from a seller in the Marketplace on Barnes & Noble's website. The company I bought it from is in Maryland, which is two states away from me. I have been checking the tracking daily and I'm getting two stories. USPS' tracking says that it's in Illinois (which is in the complete opposite direction from where I live; why it was sent there at all is beyond me) and hasn't been handed off to USPS yet. One Stop Mailing's tracking says that it's in York, Pennsylvania. So...which is it? Bottom line, a snail on crutches would move faster than this company. You can be sure that I will be asking for my money back if the package doesn't show up within the next week. read more

This is a great shipping company if you live in Glendale Heights, IL or if you don't enjoy getting items in a timely manner. When you pay a company for shipping, you expect items there in the indicated time (5-7 business days). That's not the case with One Stop Mailing. My item has made several stops, spending a couple of days at each location. A ridiculous name and terrible business practices. Avoid at all costs if possible. Edit: it's making me choose a star, but one star is way too high of a rating. read more

For info to those who aren't in the shipping business, Amazon is selling its deliveries to a "hitch-hiking" freight forwarder. Yes wherever the originating seller is (who has used Amazon to offer its products on-line), OSM contracts with the lowest price Offeror (to them) who is seeking loads to fill-out, or top-off, the load of truck, rail boxcar, or intercity bus cargo space; that is headed to one or more intermediate transfer points, for the lowest price possible. If the tracked routing seems unusual or roundabout; go to Greyhound Bus Lines and play with their scheduling for a proposed routing between mid sized cities. It's the same routing software at work. I strongly suspect that the Glendale location is where the USPS has agreed to accept this kind of trash shipment. They are publically the "Last Mile" on the shipment, and they carefully track and record that they aren't the originating forwarder and they record and make visible to the customer when the USPS, takes control of the package. Through to its end-point delivery. read more

This company does not even deserve 1 star! My item I purchased on Amazon was supposedly processed through this companies facility in York, PA 5_days ago with absolutely 0 updates on my package and its whereabouts! I live in NYC and I can say with certainty that unless the package is being delivered by foot should not take 5 days to get here! So I guess it is safe to assume my package will not be here tomorrow as promised by the seller on Amazon. Why any supposed respectable seller or company would use this awful company As a delivery service is beyond me especially after seieinf the hundreds of 1 star negative reviews on this site and other review sites on the internet. read more

Package left 4 days ago for a 5 hour trip still in transit One stop is the worst they need to change the name to turtle express

I really don't see a reason that a package that originates in MD needs to be shipped to Waukegan, IL; then to York, PA; then to Glendale Heights, IL (50 miles or so north of Waukegan, mind you), then to my location...FLORIDA...lmfao. Had the shipper just dropped the thing in the mailbox, USPS would've had it here in two days. How does this company turn a profit? Crisscrossing the country for every shipment must cost a fortune in fuel. Angering customers isn't a great way to stay in business, either. What have I learned?: * If you can find out in advance that a seller with whom you will do business uses OSM, don't buy from them. * If you've already ordered from somebody who uses OSM, cancel the order and leave negative feedback. * Don't confuse this company (One Stop Mailing) with the much better and reputable One Stop SHIPPING. I've seen reviews where the reviewer mistakes One Stop Shipping for these idiots. read more

Then back to jacksonville fl. on 3/25. the package left florida and went to Iowa again in 3/28!! It's 3/31, my package left Iowa (again) to be 'enroute to destination '. It's been 19 days. This my first time hearing about this company, so I did A LOT of research and noticed a lot of people said the same thing I said " Why can't you track your shipment" it's weird that this suppose to be a place of business that's handling something that WE paid for and we're not allowed to track our packages? It doesn't make sense to me. I also read that A LOT of people stated their packages either never came or came weeks later, I hope I don't end up on that list. Now that I think about it, I have no idea what this package is since it doesn't provide the company name besides OSM. So I'm confused. Hope this the LAST time I see this company read more
