Zachary was right on time and kept us in the loop as to when he would arrive. We had ordered a 91" Weber Grill unit which was shipped in two huge boxes and was delivered via fork lift. There was no way one person could assemble this! We checked Yelp and saw Zachary's ratings. They were excellent and we also concur, his attention to details on the assembly was spot on. Every nut, screw and bolt was used and nothing was left over. The grill was assembled in the garage out of the sunlight because of the heat absorption on the metal unit. Something like this can always make a little bit of a mess. He was thorough in his clean up as well. I reached out to Spark Grill Cleaning for a quote also. They are more expensive and communicate poorly, forgetting what I had already told them was wrong. I had some damage to the regulator that needed replacing and they were not upfront about the pricing for the replacement. One Stop Grill Service is also cheaper than Sparkle, so really a win-win situation. I would have One Stop Grill back for more regular maintenance cleaning in the future. read more

He stayed longer than expected and went the extra mile. If you take grilling seriously, Zach and One Stop are the bomb! I've been searching for several years to find someone who can make my Fire Magic grill like new once a year, and I've finally found him. Zach spends 3-4 hours wire-brushing, scraping, and steaming everything to perfection, then reassembles and presents a grill you barely recognize. Zach arrived on time to clean my Charbroil stand-alone gas grill. After working for an hour, he told me he felt the grill was too thin and rusted to be used safely. With the grill parts removed, Zach showed me the areas deep inside the grill that were brittle. He could have easily made the grill look clean, and I would have paid him and never known.
