John and Jacob were fabulous to work with. I had a dryer issue--gas dryer running but not staying hot, only blowing cold air for hours and would not stop automatically. It finally started smelling like something was burning so I decided to look on yelp to get professional help. The very next day John was first to reply to my request for an estimate and due to the great reviews they received from other customers I decided to give them a shot. Jacob came out later that day, listened to the issue I was having and assessed that it could either be the belt or the timer. I opted to replace the belt first since it was only 20 bucks and didnt require a special order. He got it installed, tested it and was done in less then 30 min. He said if there continues to be problems to call them. That night the dryer still was not getting hot, so I contacted John and he said that Jacob said the timer will be the next thing that will have to be replaced. The cost was $185 (no additional labor fee), so I asked what happens if I get it replaced and it still doesnt work? John said, if after that doesnt fix it, I would be refunded the price for all the parts I paid for (minus labor of course), so I placed the order for the timer. Jacob came today and installed the timer, replaced some wires and tested it multiple times to make sure it was running. I finished a full dryer cycle today and it works as though it were new!! I would 10000% use John and Jacob again as they are very honest in a world full of people trying to take advantage of others! A very satisfied customer!
