I don't recommend this business. Before calling them, I did extensive diagnostics on my dishwasher and even replaced the control board myself, but the issue persisted. I live in Oakland. He told me he couldn't help me over the phone because he "doesn't come out here". Even though his yelp shows his service area completely extends over Oakland. But this time he just refuses to help me for some reason. Why did he suddenly decide to treat me this way? He did everything to dodge helping me this time.
