Alex came to fix our squeaky dryer. He actually showed up in the time slot he said he would (which I feel is rare these days) and was very efficient. He showed us the parts that needed repair, and throughly explained what needed to be done. He didn't leave a mess behind, which is really nice since I have three little children. He wore shoe covers so he wouldn't track dirt all over the floor, and cleaned up nicely behind when he was finished. Our dryer actually works for the first time since we moved in. It's wonderful! Although his initial estimate was lower than what we ended up paying, he was honest in his assessment, and gave us multiple alternatives.
