Later, I had another problem as the fridge started making an odd noise. Initially, Vadym suspected it was the compressor fan, but the issue persisted. This issue had actually been lingering for a long time, I had at least four or five other companies came to diagnose the noise issue, each offering different quick opinions--some barely inspected it and suggested immediate part replacements, others insisted the fridge needed to be pulled out (which is a big job for a built-in unit) and fix from the back of the fridge. But none felt confident, they all rushed to conclusions without a proper diagnosis. Vadym stood out by taking the time. He thoroughly examined the fridge and, when the issue persisted, he consulted his network instead of guessing. Eventually, he figured out the noise was caused by the condenser pipe and water pipe being too close, which caused vibration when the compressor kicked in. In the end, he fixed it. What I truly appreciated was his commitment, he didn't rush to a quick guess; he invested time, asked for input, and returned until it was resolved. I would highly recommend Vadym and Metro Appliance to others.

As apartment managers, we have depended on AAA Appliance Repair now for over 10 years. Our…read morepreference is usually to repair versus replace and AAA understands that. They spend the extra time to diagnose the real issue and to suggest repairs that are reasonable. There's no gouging and no "it's 3 years old, just replace it, it's only $400" like some vendors. Replacing appliances comes with the extra cost in measuring, ordering, waiting, shipping, disposal of the old appliance, and the install of the new appliance. In my experience, the newer the appliance is, the less life span it will have so if they can repair my 4 year old GE dishwasher, I'd prefer that vs just dumping it in a landfill and starting over. They have helped us with refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ice makers and more. They are reliable, on time, and great communicators. You wont' be disappointed. And don't worry, if your appliance truly is on it's last leg and repairs don't make financial sense, they won't just try to sell you parts and labor. They know that good, honest service = return customers. Thanks Oleg....Thanks Eugene....Thanks Alex.

After years of grease buildup the buttons didn't work consistently and it would randomly beep repeatedly. He texted with a 25 minute ETA and arrived at the beginning part of the service window. I will call them again if our appliances have any issues and recommend you do as well.

The part took longer to come in than anticipated, and Mike kept me informed, which I appreciated. Spoke with Staff Erica who explained process & arranged to have Technician come for service call. Technician named Max to check my Washer. Unfortunately not too much could be done as Washer is as quite older model and parts are not available. Point I wish to make ... Technician Max was very attentive and immediate checked and then explained situation to me. He made adjustments where possible, throughly check machine and his phone to check to see if parts available. Washer can still be used but needs to be replaced. Was charged service caste $85.00, but was quite satisfied and felt reassured by Max explanations & his suggestions -recommendations. Will use All State Appliance and recommend them and Technician Max for satisfactory professional work. Benh - San Francisco

Washer Dryer combo, and one day, the washer would not start up anymore. We gave the folks at Parkside a call, and they came out the next day on time to evaluate the issue. It turned out that the circuit board was no good anymore. Even though the circuit board for our machine was no longer in production and no longer in stock at the manufacturer they were able to find me a direct replacement board to complete the repair. Way to go! Its been a few years now since this repair, but our washer/dryer has been happy again ever since! Update: We just called them up for a repair for a gas stove, and since they don't repair gas stoves (only electric ones and most all kinds of washer/dryers), they referred me to another trusted company for that. Verdict: Great folks all. It is so refreshing to have such nice folks out there like Parkside Appliance to help us solve our once-in-a-blue-moon appliance repairs! Highly Recommended!

Rick helped me order the correct one direct from the manufacturer's (Sears/LG) website, and two days after the part arrived, Rick was back to attach it. Rick did not recharge me for the service fee on this second visit, which was extremely generous. Before calling Parkside, I had read the raving reviews and I wanted to add mine too. What a great experience! And what a relief to have the dryer back working the way it should!
