He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and treated our home with care and respect. Not only did the service resolve our ant issue, but Dan also gave us helpful tips to prevent future problems. It's rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and makes you feel like your home matters. Truly Nolen is lucky to have him on their team! Traps set and 'supposed' to be checked weekly, and then a smoking/fogging of cleaning chemicals to clean where the mice were in the attic. Manager now maintains the traps and such, and installed a webcam to "watch" where the mice are coming from. Granted at this point the issue has resolved itself, but $1100 is steep. Also going into week 2 of no call or text once again. I understand you're a manager and such, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. If I wanted to babysit this project on the service aspect I'd refund half the cost due to the customer neglect. Truly Nolan do better or the competition is gonna win.
