We told him what we wanted done, and William gave us the best bid for our project, so we decided to go with William and his crew. On Monday morning, he was at our house and started the actual project on Tuesday. On Thursday evening, the job was done. We are very happy with the results. Our concrete project was small compared to the bigger jobs I'm sure he probably had. William took great care of us and treated us as if our project was worth tens of thousands of dollars. One of the two steps was defective: shorter in height than the other, anti-slip grooves that were placed to match original steps were not parallel and evenly spaced. This is a common traditional design/functional feature of the tread. The bottom step lacks a full riser height and will result in a gap between that step and the patio. We knew the step was odd looking but when our landscape designer saw it, he advised us it was poorly done and needed to be redone before the landscape work could be completed. We contacted Dave explaining the problem, asking him to redo the step or refund the cost of that portion of the project. He said he would be by to demolish and redo the step. On the day of the scheduled redo, he was a no show with no message from him. My husband text messaged and called him with no response, he attempted to reach Dave several times. This man does not keep his word. This no-show ghosting is nothing new, as another reviewer indicated he had the same experience, missed appointments TNT Concrete makes with its customers. There is a history on their part as being no shows on days they have committed to work. We now are paying another contractor to have the step replaced, an extra expense we should not have if Dave had taken responsibility and replaced the step or refunded the cost. This is no way to treat customers. I do not recommend this business.

MBCS gave me an excellent estimate, prompt schedulinhg, and quick, beautiful replacement by an incredibly skilled team creating a sidewalk far superior to the old sidewak, created to maintain visual match with the old sidewalk, yet defended against tree-roots by rebar below. The price was low-to-mid range for this kind of work, and their work was definitely top level quality.

I also found that he was the only one who wasn't "sales"-y in his approach. 2) Financing was an option with 0% interest if paying off in 18 months. 3) Was the most affordable out of all the bids. Don't get me wrong, the pricing was comparable, but this company won by a small margin in costs. 4) They provided the removal of items and trashing it into the costs. A particular company was going to charge an insane additional amount to do this. 5) The workers who came to do the work were all friendly, professional, clean and quick. They did the job of about 1500 sq. ft. of crawlspace in one day. 6) When we inspected the finished product the next day, we were happy and their work exceeded our expectations! No more crazy smell coming from the vents and everything down there has been sealed and re-insulated, so no vermin should be coming in. 7) Plus, they have a 1 year "Rodent protection plan" for someone to come every 3 months to monitor the rodent traps to ensure us that the rats are not coming in. So by these reasons, I highly recommend this company! I will update in a few months or a year to make sure we are completely "rodent-free" down there. Excellent job!

His crew was the most considerate and hardworking I've ever had at my house--they picked up every scrap of wood and trash at the end of each day. Angel was patient and walked us through the design process. He also built three custom gates, including one that gives us easy access to the street for trash cans. The design is so seamless that you can barely tell there's even a gate (take a look at the last photo). The fence turned out better than we imagined. Almost everyone on our block has stopped to say how good it looks, and even other contractors have commented on the craftsmanship. We've honestly become the envy of the neighborhood.
