Everything in between was bad. Having a live person to speak with, and someone who returns calls & someone who answers the website is MUCH needed here. A family member who is a long term client here recently underwent chemo resulting in some hair loss and hair thinning. She remains vulnerable to infection so an ordinary trip to the salon was out of the question. Her stylist first swung by her home and dropped off a catalog with wig options and then arranged to assess and cut her hair in a private room at the salon. Let's talk about that...hair loss for females is particularly trying and emotional. Her stylist was compassionate and comforting and worked meticulously to preserve her remaining hair while crafting a style that would be consistent with her taste and would require no hair drying while covering thinnest. She allowed family members into her small work space to provide emotional support while providing a steady stream of hair advice and encouragement. The style was cute and made the most of what she had. This kind hearted soul assured her that if she had more loss and needed it shorter, she could come back the next day or whenever.
