They offer top-tier services and have well-trained hairdressers. I usually just ask for a trim and an eyebrow wax and they always do a fantastic job. I've also gotten my hair colored before by Nicole and she did an amazing job, I just think looking back on it that the color wasn't for me. But she's great for blondes. Everyone there is always super friendly and seem genuinely interested in getting to know me. I usually have a different person each time and they all have been super kind. The inside is also super nice and and very clean which is always important. I highly recommend this salon if you care a lot about quality when it comes to your hair.

I didn't get the style I wanted and ended up with botched blunt layers and badly bleached sections of my hair that didn't blend at all. The colors they had were very limited and lasted about 2 showers before my hair had no color and looked super crappy. Also the stylist left me sitting there while she did two other clients hair right in front of me. I wanted to complain there but I was tired and hungry and felt like I was about to cry so I just payed and left. Now I dye my weird blond parts at home and I curl my hair every morning because it looks terrible straight. Safe to say I will never be returning to this salon. Note: I brought a picture of what I wanted in color and style and printed it out to make it clear, and the stylist said with full confidence she could easily do it, so my hair was not the problem.

As far as Studio 9 is concerned, (granted, I only spend a half hour a month there) I have NEVER heard a complaint while there. I haven't even heard a cross word. Each client seems to be enjoying being with their hair stylist, as it appears they've been with them for quite some time, based on how comfortable everyone is and the constant "see you again next time, (Name of Client)!" Whoever is working the front desk at the time is always personable, friendly, and helpful. They keep their area clean and they all seem to keep the whole place tidy. Coffee and treats are at the ready for those that want them as well. Just an overall wonderful place to go to relax for 30 minutes a month. She took her time educating me, asking me lots and lots of questions to figure out what I was hoping to do and my long term hair goals. She made sure she addressed all my questions/hair issues. I typically need a few days for my hair to settle after a cut to see how it is, not with this cut. I walked out of the salon absolutely loving what she did.
