The food was excellent. Fast, hot, and tasty, with plenty of options for hungry travelers. Highly recommend the patty melt and the Reuben, for those so inclined. Probably the best part was the service. We had the same server on both visits, who remembered us and asked after our travels. Tommilynn was super friendly and efficient, and made our visit a joy.

I cannot tell you how proud I am we made it in; backstory is, I had a crew of weary travelers (to…read moretheir credit, less picky and more fun than most adults) and we were three hours into our six-hour road trip. I had to add that extra hour from Stowe, taking a little detour on our own covered bridge tour through Vermont. Needless to say, they were starving. This place went way beyond roadside pit-stop expectations, and when you're trying to pinpoint something on your journey back while keeping the directions up and a car full of kids happy using their 'creative' navigation skills, things can get hairy. I maintain to this day that these were the best chicken bites I've ever had, accompanied by the best garlic parm sauce I've ever had on chicken bites. That wasn't even my order, but I have a group of foodies so I trust their judgment on menu items, too. They're easy to please with a pizza for three, to start; my daughter really enjoyed her Caesar salad and the turkey apple melt was pretty solid, I just couldn't finish it after picking around the table. Oh, and those onion rings were as good as they look, GBD (golden brown and delicious).

Quick summary: Amazing burgers - and this claim from someone who is not a huge burger fan…read more I ate here for the first time last week - while on vacation. My wife is a big burger fan (FYI: she raved about her burger, too), so I decided to try the place out, since we were in the area. Bit hard to locate, but parking was fine. Since the weather was good, we ate outside. There is both open air & tent-covered seating options. Speaking of seating - you must memorize your table # BEFORE going inside to order as meals are delivered to your table. I ordered the "Big Daddy M": 6oz beef, medium-cooked, with Bayley Hazen blue cheese, caramelized onions, bacon bits, garlic aioli, bibb lettuce and red onions. What a heavenly, savory combination. Each bite was full of flavor. And the French Fries? Well, super tasty as well - I ate every potato fried crumb. At other places, fries are usually bland, but not here. The order service inside was pleasant and quick; be sure to note the chalk board with a list of food options (e.g. my Wife ordered a custom burger, just the way she wanted). After ordering we went back outside to our #'d table - wait for the food was relatively quick. When done eating, just leave your baskets, etc. on the table (there is a sign stating this practice). Note: while I did not have kids here, there were plenty of families with young kids & toddlers. I definitely want to try this place a 2nd time.

Never once did we get any closer to the order counter. With all the confusion, people kept walking in before us and skipping the line. And then you had to hope there was an available table once you got your food. NO room to move around and order a drink at the bar while you wait. It smelled delicious but how the h*ll while we ever find out if it tasted any good?! Terrible experience!

Place was buzzing with people but we were able to grab to seats at the bar. I bit crowded at the bar but we were greeted by two friendly bartenders. They quickly took our drink order and we settled in. There was live music and the noise level was perfect. We could enjoy the music and still have a conversation. We grabbed a few apps (bbq wings and the southwest eggs rolls) Both were cooked perfect and full of flavor. Great ski town vibe, friendly staff, good location and tasty beers and food. We will be back. Kid friendly, small parking lot.

Appetizers: Cornbread, brisket nachos, Caesar salad, gochujang rub chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. Everything was solid and the portions were pretty large, so we were decently full by the time our entrees came. Entrees: pork belly tacos, brisket tacos, salmon tacos and the prime rib wrap. I loved the prime rib wrap - it was well stuffed with meat and the outside was crispy from the grill. Dessert: the brookie (brownie + cookie) skillet was delicious! We left with lots of leftovers despite being extremely full! Service was friendly and quick also.

Our group ordered a bunch of burgers and took heed of some reviewers' warnings-- the burgers are kinda small so you'll want a double or a whole other burger if you're hungry! For me, they were just the right size to satisfy! I got the sLAMBer burger which was SO GOOD, such an amazing mix of flavors that I couldn't stop gushing about how good it was! I heard similar sounds of approval from friends enjoying their burgers (the jam one was really popular in our group). Fries weren't spectacular but when you want fries, a GOOD fry is all you need. Now the honey pie! 3 of us ordered a slice and I think everyone enjoyed it! It's a sweet baked good unlike anything I've really had before and the salt flakes on top help to cut the sweetness. It was a bit too sweet for me to eat on my own in one sitting but I still liked it! I wish they delivered but we didnt mind picking up the order since it was only 6 min away by car! I originally thought the prices were sorta expensive for burgers but honestly not that bad because what you get is so delicious. I'm super interested in trying their 16 oz matcha milkshake... next time!
