Second, when we zoomed in on the photo she showed us, it wasn't rice -- it was clearly bow-tie pasta. There was no apology. Just accusations and yelling. On top of that, she offered "prosperity dumplings" for $23.88 -- an extremely overpriced plate of a few dumplings dressed up with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. It felt more like a gimmick than authentic food. The entire interaction left us feeling stereotyped, targeted, and deeply disrespected.
