One Call Services helped us with our Septic and we had an outstanding experience! The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Guy was VERY helpful and patient while I attempted to explain what was going on with my septic and problems we've had with past companies. He got his guys out within 24 hours of my call and stayed in contact with us to keep us updated on their arrival. The first time we contacted One Call Aaron was sent over to give us a quote and he knew EXACTLY what he was talking about. Not only was he an expert but he was very kind, he took the time to explain what was going on and help us fully understand how the system worked. I also really appreciated Aaron because you could tell he was trying to fix the problem with out charging us an arm and a leg. The next person sent out was Tyler to clear out our tank. He also did an amazing job. Tyler was kind and extremely careful about our landscaping. He knew we had children so he went out of his way to make sure everything was clean and secure for the kids. You'd be surprised how many companies did not think of the safety of our kids in the past. One Call is a GREAT company. Not only do they do a great job and are kind but they genuinely care about their customers. They charge fairly, but most importantly are honest about what needs to be done and don't try to sell you on anything. I'm so grateful for all employees we interacted with I will be using One Call Service for any future plumbing needs. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. - The Johnstun Family read more

Colton did a great job in changing out the old water heater, that was ready to burst after 10 yrs. He put in a new Rudd water heater. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need like another plumber tried. If ever I need plumbing services, I'm keeping your number. Thank you... read more

We were so lucky to have been pointed in One Call Plumbing's direction! After our last renters left our rental home, they left it with some serious damages, especially plumbing ones! Arthur came in and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when explaining what he was doing and why. Also, his pricing was super fair and reasonable. He worked quickly and made sure we were satisfied before leaving! We definitely will keep One Call Plumbing's number handy for all our plumbing issues!! read more

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them. read more

Loved that they showed up in a masks and arrived within 1.5 hrs of my call. They was totally polite and clear with his explanations. Very professional and prompt. It was a broken water heater which was 12 years old and leaking into the house, so we needed immediate service. It was a solar unit which few plumbers work on or carry. I will definitely use One Call in the future. I was very favorably impressed with the staff and timely service. Thank you One Call!!! read more

Called One Call Plumbing in Mesa, AZ to replace a leaking water heater. Was quoted $1250 parts and labor to install a Bradford-White 50gal gas heater(one of the lowest rated brands available) and was promised service the next day. Price was exceedingly high and the quality not what I really wanted but agreed to it due the fast installation time. Service guy showed up when scheduled and immediately said he was going to charge an extra $240 to move the water softener(an effort that required the removal of 2 plastic spring clips and a move of 6 inches.) This discussion led to his being asked to leave the premises. In the end though I am thankful for this bait and switch tactic, because the next reputable plumbing company I called supplied and installed a better quality water heater for $839 and charged no extra for the 5 minute job of moving the water softener. read more

Unfortunately due to an older home with older pipes and a remodel, we have had to use their services a lot. With that being said, we could not have had a better experience or service. They have been honest, accurate with quotes vs. Actual costs and most importantly fast!! Proud to call them our plumber read more

We we will definitely be using them again. We had an emergency burst pipe situation and they had a technician out within an hour on a Saturday evening. We received great customer service from the dispatcher who updated us when the technician was on his way. Stephano, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable. Stephano, even came back to check on the work the next day. The quoted price was the price we paid. read more

These guys totally rock. I had some problems with my plumbing that prevented installation of a new ice maker. I called at 6pm yesterday and very courteously got an appointment for 6am today. The technician Kris was right on time, very friendly, and had me to work on time by 8am. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing issues (knock on wood...). read more

One Call Plumbing Services was great.....I called in the morning and within the hour a plumber was at our house fixed our plugged kitchen sink. He did a thorough job & they even told me about a special they were having in which it waived the service call fee. I also told him about the Yelp $155 for $200 deal they were promoting which he also honored. Overall, their BBB of AZ A+ rating & positive Yelp reviews speak the truth....One Call is the one & only call you should make for your plumbing needs! read more

I have been a customer of One Call Plumbing for almost 10 yrs. Yesterday, Mac came out to see why I was having an issue with my hot water heater. What a nice, thorough young man Mac is. Of course he found the problem and fixed it. Also, I want to compliment the lovely young lady, Janaya (sp) who answers the calls and sets up appointments. She is a breath of fresh air and makes the whole experience pleasant. She's a keeper and deserves a raise. read more

About a year ago we had One Call Plumbing replace the flange on our upstairs toilet, because it was leaking into the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom. Well I noticed the leak came back and we called a different plumber this time. This plumber reported that it was the same issue and that One Call put in a cheap flange on when they replaced it. This time we also have mold in our floor/ceiling and have to have a restoration company replace that as well and clean up the mold. The plumbing alone this time around will be around $1500 and hopefully the insurance covers the restoration. We wouldn't be having this headache if One Call would have fixed it properly in the first place and didn't use cheap parts. We had One Call replace our kitchen faucet as well a while back and that is now not in full working capacity as well (it doesn't turn to cold water). One Call is not very personable from my experience or up front about everything. The plumber we called this time stops at every additional charge and explains what is wrong, what he needs to do, and what the charge will be. The price he gives us is exactly what he told us it would be and there are no hidden fees. One Call didn't do that. I would never use One Call again. read more

I 1000% percent recommend this team they did a fantastic job clearing my drains in my older home. They hung in there when other guys told me it would cost 4 to 6 thousand to tear up the pipes. They had someone out same day and took care of it. Thanks again guys. read more

My husband hit the gas line to the pool filter with a pick.(if there was a place to review husbands on here, I'd be giving him one star right about now).... we needed a plumber who could fix this. After reading reviews, and calling several plumbers, One Call was the only one who could help us. I'm not going to lie, I was very distrusting. I put plumbers in the same category as attorneys... pricey and not so trustworthy (my apologies to any attorney reading this). Man, was I wrong. The man who came out to fix the gas line, Gary, was great ...professional, friendly. He explained the repair to us, price-wise, and walked us through every charge on the bill when the job was done. I can't say enough positive things about him. The guy was great. read more

Recently our air conditioner stopped working, and we called this company. They sent out a technician who spent about an hour and a half on the roof. When he finally came down, he informed me that the compressor was not working and that we would have to get a new one. They quoted us a price of around $3,000. We called another company to get a second quote and they told us that the unit wasn't working because it was unplugged up on the roof. Granted, our a/c unit is old, and we will most likely need a new compressor (or entire unit) soon, but we will not be buying it from this dishonest company. read more

Called with a plumbing leak that I found after I got home from work - very professional on the phone. Came right out and fixed the job - they were dressed professional - did not have to worry about them dragging dirt thru my house - which was nice. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need and I know that I would use One Call Plumbing again!!! read more

We were pleased with the service they provided us. The technician got here when he told us he would, he gave us an estimate, honored the estimate, fixed our water leak, and patched up our yard where he worked. The technician was very helpful. read more

We really respect One Call Services. Had a major leak in our water heater pressure relief valve and called this company. The support/sales staff were incredibly helpful and were able to get a technician out that day. Matt, the tech, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, credible, and helpful. He offered several options and provided us with stellar service. In addition, he was available the next day to answer extra questions we hadn't thought of when he was there. Highly respect and recommend this company for their amazing staff! read more

I am disgusted with the service provided. I placed a late night call xmas eve for a broken water line that runs to my toilet. I called the company and the service man explained that it was going to be a $129 call and cost of whatever parts he had to use. He got to the site and found that there wasn't enough pipe left above floor to connect more pvc so he asked if I had a way to get under the house. I have a mobile home so I showed him where. We both crawled about 45ft to the pipe and we came back out and he got the 2ft piece of pipe and the fitting needed to repair it and was back out within 15 minutes. He had me turn on the water (without the shut off valve connected....which was the issue he was there to fix) and flooded my bathroom and hallways brand new flooring, soaked the walls, cabinets my brand new carpet in the bedrooms and left me spending 25 minutes with my clean towels to clean it up myself. When he finished about an hour and a half later he added $489 to the bill and explained it was for having to crawl under the house (which i crawled with him). I never got informed of that charge until he was done and writing the invoice. The crawl access door was left open all night for my little dogs to jump in and the supply line to the toilet is still seeping. Most of the parts looked used and not correct for the job. It all looked rigged. Do not use this company unless you want to get charged hidden fees that are not explained or agreed upon until finished. What a joke. One call service will definitely only get one call from me. Thanks a lot. On the positive side. I just got a call from the plumbing manager stating that he would remove the unexpected charge for crawling under the house and charge for the $129 service call and retail price on the few parts only. Now that is a good manager and did exactly what he should have. Thank You Jonathan. read more
