When I was stopped by another customer about my items, the lady was very nice about helping me understand how old they were and possible value of them, the female employee then came over to us and told me she was calling the owner so she could talk to me about talking to other customers in the store. This place is not inviting or welcoming. The prices are way too high. The employees are rude and obviously don't care about providing good customer service. Definitely do not recommend and will not be returning. If I could give them rating under zero, it would definitely be a -10. I put in a call to the owner Lacey Alfrey on Saturday September 26, 2026 and have not heard back from her, which says to me that she is not interested in how customers are being treated in her Centerville store.

I'm visiting from California! My bestie and I decided to venture to various thrift stores in the…read moreCincinnati area. Our first stop was St. Vincent De Paul. We spent almost 90 minutes shopping for the many treasures we found! The store is well organized, friendly employees, and big! That day we visited the store had 50% off all sleeveless shirts and capris! I uncovered some great sleeveless tops, with one still having the Nordstrom tag attached. I paid $2.50 for several classy tops! I purchased a larger suitcase, too! This store is definitely worth visiting! One must take time to see everything in order to truly uncover treasures like we did!

I died and went to thrift heaven! This place is large and so diggable. It's a great place for…read morefurniture, especially big pieces like couches and cabinets. They have tons of board games, kitchenware, toys, housewares, and random little trinkets. Prices are usually pretty affordable, although there is the occasional crazy price. My biggest issue is the location. It's not in an area where I feel particularly safe. I've actually had a guy follow me out to my car here before, so I'm always on high alert when I'm leaving. Definitely not somewhere I'd recommend wandering around without being aware of your surroundings yet there was a security guard here last visit. One weird experience at checkout: the employee accused me of wiping off the price on a wax burner and writing a lower one. She was accusatory and made me uncomfortable. She eventually let me have it for the marked price because she was "too busy," but said she would've charged me more otherwise. It made me feel so weird, like she thought I was stealing!

The company is based in West Virginia and have populated their near-by states with these stores. The clothing is really hit or miss. I've found some really great items here for 10 dollars or less, but you really have to sift through a lot of crap to find it. They have a great selection of sleep wear and lingerie as well as bras and underwear. The sizes however tend to be limited. Often I find something I really like it it ends up being a XXXL and I get sad and give up. I love coming here for their housewares section. I've populated my kitchen with glassware, hand towels, soap, cutting boards, and accessories that I found here for super cheap. It's the best place to go to look for something for your kitchen. If they don't have it, check back because their stock is always changing. Beware of this location's credit card system however. I was there today and the system was down. A lot of customers left not getting to buy what they had selected. Luckily I had cash. They really should have made an announcement to the people shopping to let them know before they spend an hour picking out stuff for no reason. Apparently this also was not the first time it went down.
