Being the Godly person that I am, I told him no. He said that many of his customers break their own toilets and other things. He and his company is now flagged. Very bad company and person. UPDATE: First, I am a legal professional and work in the highest ethical offices in this state. I do not lie. Your employee, JP, for lack of revealing the name, Did in fact say out loud to myself and other witnesses to pour water on my stairs and that he would step outside. That again, is a blatant suggestion for me to commit insurance fraud. My insurance company was investigating the Over-inflated charges from his estimate and since the investigation was taking too long, JP told them he would put a lien on my home. My insurance adjuster and investigator told me to pay him because they didn't want any added stress to this situation. Your stating the number of high reviews does NOT negate the facts of what I experienced. And now you insinuate that as a victim, that I am lying? How extremely unprofessional and shame on your company. I will let everyone know on every social media platform what a dishonest company this is including the AG's office and the BBB. Instead of apologizing, you deflect and defend that dishonest person. I can assure you, Your employee DID say those things and I have witnesses. I am more than willing to testify to these facts in a court of law. Are you?
