I apologize for trying to give you money and help make payroll, didn't know it would be such a burden. Still leaving three stars because I don't want to negatively impact your score but the model of waitress vs bar staff and who has the ticket, to who gets the tip or whatever your practice is reflects on the service. We checked a couple of other places out around the area. My opinion none of them can match this company. Again I must say their pricing and customer service cannot be beat or even compared to. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and one of the owners by the name of Christian answered the phone. I let him know that we were interested in one of their used pool tables because the price was definitely right. I had asked him if they were open or available on Sunday so we could view it. I let him know that we were highly interested if it was still available. Thankfully it was still available. Then Christian gave me a time frame of 2:30pm - 4:00pm that day today to meet up. We set the time frame to meet at 2:30pm. I called to check to see if he was there and sure enough he was already there waiting for our arrival. Their warehouse/business is pretty nice and clean. They have multiple pool tables to choose from on their show room floor. They even had the one I really wanted but again I was set on this used pool table because my father was going to buy it for me as a birthday gift. So I wasn't really worried about the new pool table. When we met Christian in person, he was polite, courteous, professional, and helpful in deciding what to choose. He explained in detail about the felt being brand new on this used pool table. He other ones that were available but the style of the one my father saw was nice and had the diamonds I liked instead of the usual circles on the banks. We even discussed about mine and my father's time in the military. That's when we learned about Christian and his brother serving in the military as well. As we were discussing about purchasing it, he let me know about the warranty, the delivery and installation being free. It also came with two cue sticks, an eight ball rack, and some Ambassador balls. After purchasing he let us know about delivery being available the next day. I was like perfect because I had already taken off from work to recover from the weekend. When the delivery arrived I met Christian's father; however, I didn't know it at the time it was his dad. His dad and brother installed the pool table, they were very professional, courteous, polite, and outgoing. They made it look simple setting up the pool table. His brother definitely bench pressed the slate pool table. I was like "man I bet you don't have to go to the gym after setting these up." He was like "yeah no gym for me after setting these up." They also explained to my father when he asked if they used beeswax or not. My father has owned like four pool tables in his life time. Christian's brother kindly explained to my father in detail on why they use beeswax and what other products can be used but definitely explained the benefits to using bees wax. After they finished Christian's father polished up my pool table and his brother gave me all the details on how to take care of the table. Those both explain everything to me. I knew some of the things they explained to me but I also learned some new care tactics from these guys. Overall, I am really satisfied with Trooper Billiard Services. I am really glad my father found them. My family and I love supporting our fellow veterans and family owned businesses. They will definitely continue to get my business.
