Specialties
On-Sight Optics builds prescription safety glasses for people who need real eye protection at work. Every pair is rated to ANSI Z87.1, with the Z87+ high impact marking where the frame and lens combination is rated for it. We make everyday prescription glasses too, fitted the same way by the same ABO-certified opticians.
We also fix glasses. Refits, nose pads, screws, and new lenses in a frame you already own, on any pair, wherever you bought it. Walk in during showroom hours. There's parking on site.
For employers, we set up and run on-site safety eyewear programs across California, Nevada, and Arizona. We help you settle the allowance, the frame lineup, and the program rules, then fit your employees at your workplace.
Safety managers, employees, and anyone buying their own pair are all welcome.
History
Established in 2017.
On-Sight was built after seeing a consistent gap between safety eyewear programs on paper and what actually happens on job sites. Before focusing on safety, the work began as a mobile optical service providing prescription eyewear directly to people on site. That experience revealed how delays, limited options, and poor follow through affected whether people actually wore their glasses.
When safety programs entered the picture, the issue became clear. Compliance often existed, but adoption did not. Employees faced friction, and safety managers were left managing the process instead of protection.
On-Sight was created to change that. By focusing exclusively on prescription safety eyewear and delivering service on site with dedicated opticians, the goal is simple: reduce friction, improve wearability, and ensure safety eyewear is actually used in the real world.
