It's just so nice to have a business actually answer the phone, not to mention take their time to answer all questions and concerns. They make you feel like you really matter. Went in as soon as I realized and was charged late fee and full amount. Went to close my account and they require me to pay the full month of October as well. be sure to save all paperwork and have clear communication on due dates. Their policy says 30 day move out notice, but they do not prorate move outs. When signing up make sure they have text /call set up otherwise communication goes straight to junk mail And they will not call even if number is on file.

These are things I can not replace. 20 years of memories that I was going to pass down to my daughters children all gone ! All ruined.
