When they came out, they told me the company has changed hands a few times and that the work should still be under warranty -- but then claimed it couldn't have been their installation because it was a "shoddy job" and they don't use that style of gates around solar panels. I provided invoices, receipts, and even credit card statements clearly showing they did the original work. After that, they said they would put together a quote to clean up the area and address the bird problem. Since then, my calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. I thought they were great when they originally did the install, but the follow-through and customer service now seem completely gone.

During that visit, he mentioned they also offer bird prevention services, so I asked for an estimate and scheduled another appointment. Tyler did an excellent job installing bird spikes and mesh to prevent unwanted nests. He did mention that birds might relocate to another area, and he was right. When that happened, he returned for a third visit to address the new issue. Tyler is a true professional. He knows what he's doing, works carefully and thoroughly, and always cleans up after the job. At this point, this is my go-to company for any bee, bird, or pest-related issues.

I called several companies before choosing Poor Boy termite control. They gave me an accurate quote over the phone. I scheduled the appointment. They arrived on time, they explained everything they were going to do and even showed me with their infrared camera where I had termites activity. It is so great that they can pinpoint where the problem is rather than guessing. They did the treatment without damaging my walls or concrete (the drill holes were so small and well placed that no hole repair needed) We have had no termites since they did the treatment. They will even come back out and re-inspect. We also wanted a warranty since we now knew this house had subterranean termites. They offer a great warranty that includes yearly inspections and not just the typical call us if you have a problem.

Rich was one of the very best - polite, professional, quick, affordable, flexible - you name it, he had it all! Now that I have moved back to the valley, I need exterminator services again so on a whim, I "googled" him (kids will NEVER appreciate how good they have it today thanks to google, et al!) - but have been unable to determine if the business is still operating...I recall his son-in-law was planning to take it over but that was years ago. For several years after moving here I tried everything (all the DIY techniques to no avail) but we still had to put on ceadercide repellent, etc. everyday to avoid getting bit. That is a pain in the butt and always on mind if need to put on more after a few hours for prime time in early evening, etc. Ever since Skyler started treating our home I nor anyone in my family no longer get bit and before we were getting bit constantly. It's like these biters no long exist in and around our entire property, front and back. We never ever have to put any type of repellent on and do not have to bother with all the gimmicks. I wish I found Bills Pest Termite Control and Skyler several years ago when first moved here. One thing about that is though, I now have proof to compare just how effective their treatment is. Total game changer, and there has been no harm to all the wildlife that visit our yard everyday. I have used other pest control for mosquitoes, etc. in another state lived in before and helped a little but would still have to put on repellent. I did not expect the treatment to work as well as it has due to past experiences, just hoping to at least lower the numbers of bites, etc. But Skyler at Bills Pest Termite Control has completely obliterated these biters, they no longer even seem to exist on our property, even after all the rain recently.
