Loud Shout-Out to Simply Green Pest Control!…read more Most pests don't bother me. I can handle scorpions, rats, mice, snakes... but, for whatever reason, I am not equipped to handle arachnids. I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so incredibly grateful.

I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. We have two small kids and some bees got into the house. They took care of the swarm to keep us safe, and we didn't have to wait days or weeks. We also have Sonoran come out to do perimeter sprays to keep crickets, roaches, whatever else, out of our houses and their solution is very effective, and lasts. They are very affordable and well priced. We had a termite issue and they referred us to another company who did great work. Every pest issues we've had, Sonoran has taken care of very quickly and is always available when we need them!

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

We had our A/C installed about three years ago by another company. Recently, our house was reaching 89 degrees inside even though the A/C had been set to 76 all day. We initially called the company that installed it, and after checking the system for about 30 minutes, they told us everything was fine and that we just needed to change the air filter--which I had already changed only a couple of weeks earlier. In my gut, I knew something just wasn't right. I found Larson on Yelp and decided to give them a call. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician was friendly, thorough, and spent a significant amount of time running tests and inspecting the vents and ductwork in the attic. He eventually found the issue and fixed it! For the first time this entire summer, our house is actually 76 degrees inside! The difference is incredible, and I'm so grateful that he took the time to actually investigate the problem instead of assuming everything was fine. Larson has absolutely earned our trust, and they will be my first call for all of our future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
