It had no market value but significant sentimental value, and this was my first time needing a crate or using overland trucking for anything. He explained the costs, gave me a few prices to have it sent to different cities, assured me the vendor they use for overland is superb, and even helped me get it out of my vehicle when I brought it in. The bookcase was well packed and received just fine by the recipient. I will definitely use Airpark again.

No empathy, no "I'm sorry this happened ", just a quick blame shift and done. Terrible customer service!

Every company gave me a minimum estimate of $100 just to go 11 miles with a small frame.!!! I checked yelp and found these guys. 99cent per mile only!!!!!!! And yep that was my total minus what I chose to tip ( my choice because it was a hot day) I called estimate was given and service was set same day! I received my item and the deliverer was super nice and professional. He brought item to my door and I paid! Thanks SafeVroom you're awesome!

FINALLY a courier service that: * Answers the phone!…read more* Returns phone calls! * Doesn't charge an arm! * Doesn't charge a leg! * IS FAAASSSTTT! I called four other couriers ON YELP that had 3-4-5 star ratings, and though I was able to get in touch with most people, I was promised callbacks from sales reps to create an account. FOUR DAYS LATER (yea, I wound up delivering my goods myself), I STILL hadn't had a call from the couriers. Well, shuttling an hour and a half, back and forth between my two retail computer repair locations every freaking day just to get and drop off computers is not my cup of tea, so I decided to try another courier. That's when I found Safe Vroom. Cutesy name (sounds like "Safe Room", to me) SERIOUS service. John answered the phone and had me set up with an account within 5 minutes. I didn't need a courier that day (Friday) but I knew it wouldn't be long. VROOOM now we're here today (2019 July 22nd - Monday). I get a computer dropped off at my north store, 35 minutes away from my main store. I call Safe Vroom, John answers again (seriously the same guy that I spoke with Friday!) He got my payment over the phone (I'm going to need courier service A LOT so I paid for many many trips in advance, but you can just pay for the one!). He got it dispatched, and I had my computer (a desktop) delivered within an HOUR and it was AMAZINGLY AFFORDABLE AND there wasn't a single scratch on it!!! PERFECT CONDITION!! John is an outstanding guy, with his family-owned and family-operated "Safe Vroom" courier business. They also offer safe places for people to make Craigslist / Let Go / Offer Up / Facebook Marketplace transactions as businesses can register as meeting locations. Free advertising? SIGNED ME THE FUDGE UP! Many thanks to John and the Safe Vroom family. Looking forward to our many many many many many many many many many many many many future transactions together. Almost as many "thanks" - Mark w/ RAD

They proceeded to start wrapping & packing it. I stopped them to remind them that I just wanted to know the cost first. The dude worked as hard as he could to do anything to NOT give me the price.
