I suppose I should have kept after them each year but I haven't got the time nor desire to go through the grief so, I'll just post this review and be done with it. Then we had them replace all of the windows and have had the sliding door replaced twice due to our pit bull jumping on it, scratching it and weakening it. Last Fall we wanted to add some faux brick to it, we called Doug again to complete the job. This week, Doug was out to replace siding on half of our house due to hail damage. In the middle of the job we talked about placing metal on all the eves of the house so we wouldnt have to paint anymore. Doug adapted his schedule to accommodate and now we are truly maintenance free. We wouldnt want anyone else working on our house. Whenever we have a problem or want to replace something, we call Doug and he comes right out to give us an estimate. On top of doing great work, all the staff are friendly. Our house looks amazing! I also noticed that the lintel molding above several windows was never replaced. I noticed the holes in the molding from the hail when I got on a ladder to re-attach the gutter downspout that was falling away from the house. I called Doug, the owner and he NEVER showed up to look at his terrible work. Since then he doesn't even return my phone calls. I would never ever recommend Doug at Front Range Siding. Poor work and even worse business ethics.

After I am half way done he finally shows up and later I discover at home he loaded some of the crappy posts that I had already picked around. Posts that were horribly split and warped no less. Then I also discovered they had mixed 4 inch posts with the 3 inch posts so I brought home a few of the wrong ones also. Pretty disappointing way to run a business in my opinion. ABC Concrete (Wil Stevens) gave me a timely bid for a walkway and driveway. It went downhill from…read morethere. The crew showed up late. The work was not professional. Cleanup was a word they hadn't learned the meaning of. We had high forms set and the driveway was given different textures. Saw cuts were part of the bid and they just grooved the joints and some joints were not continuous and crooked. They destroyed my existing steps (which I asked to leave in place) with brick facings during demo and did not allow new concrete forms to have enough room to replace the bricks. The steps they installed are uneven They chipped off a piece of my new siding and got slop on the white garage doors. Their equipment leaked oil all over the street. They left mud and concrete footprints on the sidewalk and street and never came back to clean up. There was no portable toilet on the job site so workmen leaned against their pickup truck to relieve themselves and left urine in the gutter. Wil Stevens never came out to check on any part of the job. After the job was done, the workmen left without a word. I called Wil Stevens to voice my dissatisfaction with the job. He agreed to come out and take a look at the work. He never showed up and there was no more contact from ABC Concrete, period. If you contemplate using ABC, my best advice is RUN! Do not even give them a consideration.

Wow!! Miracle Method did an AMAZING job!! Our old grout and calking in our shower was getting…read morepretty gross so we were planning on doing one of those one day shower remodels - and as I was looking around/getting quotes, I stumbled upon Miracle Method. My first initial call was with Lynne, who explained the entire process to me. She was super informative and friendly. At first I was a little skeptical but when Lynne told me it was cheaper than the one day remodel I was planning to do and they refinish laminate countertops (which is what we have in our bathroom) I figured it wouldn't hurt to get the free estimate. I mean, I wasn't gonna get a new countertop with the one day remodel. Tom came for the estimate and showed us the colors. At the time, we were definitely doing the shower and maybe thinking to do the countertop but once we saw the colors - we decided to do both for sure! Getting BOTH of those things done is HALF the cost of doing one of those one day shower remodels. And because we had money left over, we decided to add paint and a new shower door into the mix for a "no demo" bathroom reno! From there, the process was easy. I called the office to follow up with questions a few times and Sarah was so helpful and friendly - and then when Tad came out to do the job he was so professional, friendly, respectful of our house. Most of all his craftsmanship was excellent! He was clean an efficient, like he didn't leave a mess AT ALL. He left our upstairs exatly the way he found it. Thank you, Tad! I'm so happy with how it all turned out. Bottom line is, ff you want basically a new bathroom for half the cost of what it would take to do a full on remodel, you gotta call Miracle Method of Boulder. It started right after reaching out to Miracle Method, and I haven't contacted anyone else in the home service sector. Given that my number is out of area, I suspect it was sold/given out. My personal interactions were positive (okay, three stars) but the unwanted follow up by many other people has been very frustrating.
