We have used Foothills Painting three times over the last 7 years and they continue to meet or…read moreexceed our expectations. They painted the interior of our last home in 2018, stained a deck for us in 2020, and painted the interior of the new construction home we've lived in for just over a year. Each time they have responded to our inquiry promptly, communicated clearly regarding job pricing, timing, and expectations, and completed the work on (or ahead of) schedule. I was expected to remove pictures and anything else attached to the walls, and the crew handled outlet plates, blinds, and everything else. They were efficient, polite, and we are extremely pleased with the results. For all three jobs, we've found the pricing to be competitive and everyone from the estimators to the project managers to the crews have gone out of their way to make sure we're happy with the work. We won't hesitate to use Foothills again when the time comes.

We contacted Paint Pals of Fort Collins to paint our house as soon as we heard back from our HOA…read morethat we were approved for painting. They sent a very professional estimator out to our house quickly to meet us and talk about the services they provide. They broke the price down based on the different paint products available and even offered quotes to replace some damage on our house. We found their prices to be comparable to other painters we got estimates from and were able to choose the kind of paint that gave us the best cost vs effectiveness balance which was nice because some painters are limited to one line of products available. Much to our surprise they called and said that they had availability much sooner than they originally thought and were able to come out the next day to begin painting. After a full day of very thorough prep work they had a crew large enough to paint all of the body in one day and trimmed out the next. The final paint job looks AMAZING! I was so impressed that they came back at a time that was convenient for me to walk the house and discuss any issues that I noticed. There were very few, but they dealt with them immediately and professionally. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and the value we got for repainting our house!

In every way, Horner Painting met our highest expectations. They did a thorough prep job; painted the main color, trim, and exterior doors with two coats and a total of three colors. The exterior was washed on a Saturday and the painters arrived later in the week and completed the exterior in a single day (working hard!). We also had them paint the interiors of our new exterior doors, and both sides of a new garage-entry door. This part of the job took extra care because they had to site-build spray booths around the doors, which took a bit of time. But the results were highly professional, and I'm glad we opted to have them paint the interiors. Horner charged a reasonable price, with no deposit and invoiced only after 100% satisfaction was achieved. They also were patient with the color selections, allowing us several samples to ensure we had the right colors. We highly recommend Horner Painting!

After seeing the excellent paint job done on my neighbor's house, I contacted Mike this past…read morespring. He spent about an hour with my wife and I while we toured the outside of our house, offered suggestions on paint schemes, and ultimately gave us an idea of the quantity of supplies, primer, and paint would be needed, along with a "low to high" cost estimate. He doesn't produce a nice glossy report with a warranty like other companies. However he obviously "knows his stuff", and we decided to proceed with him even though the low end of his estimate was more than a couple of other competitors including a Denver business that regularly canvasses Loveland. His crew was excellent. They prepped the house for 4 or 5 days to wash, sand, and spot prime bare spots (PLUS the undersides of all siding boards...not just the bottom 4 feet or so). Then the crew completely primed the exterior (the primer was tinted, not white), applied a thick coat of paint, followed by trim and exterior doors. Mike regularly visited the job site for suggestions for the crew for touch ups. They were steady, polite, hard workers, and cleaned up every night. Ultimately after 6 straight days of work with one weather interruption, the job was done, billed out at the low estimate he had previously given us. I highly recommend him and his crews for anyone looking to have a quality paint job done.
