Robert was incredibly helpful..having just moved due to getting a job in denver, we were in a bind trying to sublease our old apartment. There was a yellow acrylic stain on the floor in one of our rooms preventing us from subleasing, and Robert went out of his way to charge us less for a "one spot cleaning".
