Robert was 20 minutes early, arrived in a clean, branded vehicle, and he was in company sportswear (also very clean). He was friendly and professional and he did an outstanding job here. Robert was incredibly helpful..having just moved due to getting a job in denver, we were in a bind trying to sublease our old apartment. There was a yellow acrylic stain on the floor in one of our rooms preventing us from subleasing, and Robert went out of his way to charge us less for a "one spot cleaning".
