And, of course, they didn't bother to do any cleaning upon moving out. So we called Marc who did a thorough inspection of our home and came up with a gameplan to clean out carpets and tile so that we could enjoy our new home. He spent almost 5 hours cleaning about 2500 sq ft of carpet (thankfully we had put new wood floors on the main floor or there would have been more) and left everything absolutely beautiful and fresh!! Will definitely call him again.

If you expect good customer service then I advise you don't use Home Pro. They obviously don't need business or wouldn't treat customers this way.

He did - and he offered to come by on his way to another appointment and save me a lot of money if I could wait just three days. Which I gladly agreed to. He showed up approximately 30 seconds early for our appointment, and assured me that he would get the duct unclogged. Two hours later, he admitted that it was the worst clog he'd ever seen in all his years of business (since 1974), but he refused to admit defeat. (Honestly, I've never seen a guy cut the $#!T out of his hand so badly without swearing, even once.) Without going into detail, he did whatever it took to get the clog removed, and when he did, we had about 10 pounds of soggy lint on the ground. My new dryer is now working perfectly, and I can't thank Starshine enough!

The owner came to our home, we walked through and specified important items we wanted done. She stated her team of 3 would be here on afternoon and she over estimated a little to make sure they would have time to complete. Wednesday morning she called and wanted to reschedule for Saturday morning - we preferred week day but agreed. Long story short - showed up and started work with team of 5 people. After 5 hours in the kitchen, small bathroom, laundry/mudroom we owed $470. We were in total shock - didn't have so she "accepted the quoted amount and left. We went into the bathroom and the shower was an absolute mess - trying to add picture - only toilet and sink were done. No floors, no walls. Only 2 windows and countertops were done in laundry room - mudroom not touched. What was done in kitchen was good but incomplete - only 2 of the 5 specific items requested were done. Not one other room was even entered. We paid the whole quoted price for 1/8th the work and only half of that was done correctly. We cannot and will not recommend this company to family, friends, or even our worst enemies. Please learn from our mistake!
