It is an extraction unit (I think that is what they are called) and he started cleaning the rooms and areas that were in the bid. He did the stairs and when there was a stain he didn't gloss over it but aggressively went after it to get the carpet as clean as possible. This is a hard working man who puts his all into the job to make sure I was happy. He kept asking me to look at the areas that needed the most work as well as each room. When the guys showed up, they were friendly and personable. We offered to help them move some of the furniture but they said they were alright. Of course they did ask Chris (my uncle) about what his preferences were for the heavier furniture and OK'd everything before they began. My girlfriend and I, Chris, his wife, and three daughters went out to get a bite to eat and spend some time in town while we waited for the job to be done. When we got back, the carpet looked great! Both sets of stairs were done. The rooms smelled and looked clean, and the worst stains in the basement were gone! The carpet also dried quickly, too, so they must've used some of that more advanced technology with less water. I'm impressed! And since I'm being more active with my Yelp account now, I figured I'd give these guys a good review. Definitely give these guys a whirl! As I understand it, they also have a guarantee, so... you can only win. Plus, their friendliness and professionalism showed me that they really mean business.

Our initial plan was to have the carpets cleaned, but after speaking with Randie, the owner of Carpet Master, and explaining the extent of the damage, we realized that full carpet replacement was the only solution. Even though we had to cancel the cleaning, Randie spent a generous amount of time walking us through the entire process of removing pet odors, explaining different carpet materials and brands, and even helping us figure out the best places to purchase new carpet. Randie and his wife--the owners--are truly top-notch humans. In the middle of a stressful and overwhelming experience, they were the bright spot. They genuinely care about people, not just profit, and it shows in every conversation. We ended up hiring them to clean the carpets in our rental property and can't imagine using anyone else. It feels good to spend our hard-earned money not only with experts in the field, but with people who truly care. We honestly cannot recommend them enough.
