So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this. From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation. Now that it's been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn't anything major, but things that should have been working properly. Dylan and Makayla provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly. The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great. We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support.

My home had suffered damage after the recent high winds in the Broomfield/Thornton/Westminster…read morearea. On one night during those high winds the door on my 60' mobile home would not latch. When I went outside to go to work the next morning the skirting at one end of the house was completely gone, just lying on the ground. I posted an ad on yelp as I have in the past. Dirk responded and I asked for an estimate of the work to level the home and repair the skirting. Dirk showed up the next day prepared to work. He introduced himself and described his years of experience with mobile home leveling specifically but also home construction in general. I scheduled a total of 3 estimates. I'm sure that if you're reading this you know that it is not easy to find a professional for mobile home re-leveling. I selected him based on the conversation that we had and it seemed clear that he understood what was needed. He returned 2 days later at the scheduled time and started working. The first day I could not tell if the house was leveling or not. The house sits on a fairly steep incline and for the last year that I've been in this unit there was a line from the south end of the house that ran nearly the entire length of the house basically bisecting the bedroom and kitchen as well as part of the living room while the front half of the house (including the kitchen) sagged a bit. On the second day when I got home from work I immediately noticed that the bedroom and kitchen were no longer sagging. When I went to bed my bed felt perfectly level. I felt so much relief as I had gotten so used to the house being slanted slightly. I walked into the kitchen and saw the difference immediately. It was evening at that point so I text and let him know that I could feel the difference. He said that he'd come back to make some fine adjustments and he wanted to check again from inside to make sure he got it right. Not only that. A previous contractor that was hired prior to me moving in had removed some of the insulation around the pipes and did not replace it. Dirk was kind enough to point this out, explain why it was necessary and provide insulation and replace it. Apparently the owner was aware of this as well. He rebuilt and re-enforced the skirting by framing it with plywood and then somehow securing it to the concrete. He came back a final time to make adjustments to the leveling and skirting and I left for work that day while he worked. When I returned home I immediately saw that the door the was having trouble opened and closed perfectly. He had not even come inside that day. This man is a wizard with this type of work. He seems to genuinely be a great person and for the price that he quoted, both I and the landlord believe that it was worth every penny. My landlord has already rehired him for another job. He does what he says he's going to do and he clearly knows exactly what he is doing and that is what matters. If you need leveling, skirting or framing I can attest that I think you'd be wise to hire this guy.

We are a one hour drive from Boulder so, all the above makes a difference. They installed the custom glass door within two weeks of our accepting the bid. The estimator recognized a slope to the bottom section of tile and recommended a little piece to prevent water from flowing on to the main bath floor. This detail won the business. The door looks and works really well. We have a guest room shower that we expect to call them back to install in the future!

The initial process with this company was good. They were quick to give me an estimate and…read moreschedule. They arrived on schedule and looked ready to go. HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.
