Forever my contractor. I'll never use anyone else!…read more Charles is honest, communicative, super reliable, and works hard to give his customers the best prices. I've had crappy experiences in the past. From getting gouged due to being female to horrible workmanship. He always takes care of his clients and I can say this with confidence as I've had him on several projects over the last year. You'll be hard-pressed to find someone that gives you what I'd call a white glove service. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed and you'll keep going back.

Shame on me for paying ahead of time! If you want a horrible job, bad craftsmanship, and no regard for your property then use these guys. If not, don't even bother looking any further. If you are foolish enough to go with them watch the "hourly" rate and get a contract and estimate in writing. They are anything but reliable or professional. As for a reference - Hell No ! Now on to find someone else to finish the job and someone to haul away all of the debris left behind. They run MI Builder LLC and IM Home and Delgado Landscape - beware ! Per Ian's comment below - Mark Vargas is his partner - the "M" of both businesses. Last year Ian and Mark installed hardwood floors in my home and due to lack of professionalism there was no contract. Ian immediately ran to the back to cash the checks before the ink had dried! As I have said, beware! The guys on the crew are the ones that will work for you as well.

Thousands of dollars. We engaged an attorney to help us get it back, and they have not responded. They WILL be seeing us in court. Aside from that, they (Carelis and Ian) are the worst communicators you will ever encounter even when things are going well. They also do not properly plan or budget for things not going perfect. As you have seen in other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. We did everything we could to try to work with them and give them the benefit of the doubt. Clearly not a reputable company and absolutely no integrity. DO NOT USE.

Their entire group is timely, resourceful, communicative and detail oriented. BV BUILDERS STAYED ON BUDGET AND FINISHED ON TIME. The level of craftsmanship is superb (and we are really picky!). I don't ever want to move to a new home again (kids, lots of stuff, moving is rough). But if I do, I will only make one phone call - BV Builders. Take a look at their commercial work, too, at Community in Lafayette, for a taste of their creativity and craftsmanship.

BV's years of experience greatly shows in their craftsmanship, beautiful work. They do things right and soundly; a quality that's difficult to find these days. Also, when we asked their opinion on grout color and a few other finishes they gave us their thoughts, and we are so happy they did, and that we listened. BV has built and remodeled many homes. I believe their experience seeing a variety of finishes has given them great awareness on what's trending verses what's timeless. I found this insight invaluable. Overall, extremely pleased.

I am extremely happy to have found Lookout Renovation! Everyone who I have talked to has been…read morefriendly, professional, and extremely good at their job. I had a full remodel done and Brian led the renovation. When something comes up, he actually thinks what would be best for me and will contact me to make sure things are good. For example, I went with scrap granite for the countertops (small condo) but the two small pieces on one side of the kitchen did not look like it matched the sink-side countertop (even though it was from the same slab, you know - it's granite). He worked with Front Range Stone to get those two replaced. He makes sure I am making right decisions like the direction of the tiles and hardwood floors. Like he just really cares! And so do the others - the crew who installed the bamboo hardwood floors did a fantastic job and Carlos installed all the tiles and bathroom vanity. Even when I panic because the dishwasher is leaking after install he came out to check it out (turns out it's just old and the rubber isn't rubbery anymore so time to replace). He just cares. And that is fantastic when working with contractors.

Estimated completion date: July 2018 Actual "completion"…read moredate: February 2019 Pathetic. No compensation for the clear inconvenience and 6 extra months of rearranging schedules and fully cleaning up after dirty contract workers 10-15 more times than we should have. This was supposed to be done before we moved in. Brian is a sorry excuse for an owner and has terrible communication skills. He sends 500 word emails without a single punctuation mark and terrible word structure to the point where it becomes hard to look at him in the face when you see him. The quality of the work is subpar. It takes you actually looking at the quality and pointing out issues for them to argue with you why it is any issue only to eventually fix it anyways. Some items that were known issues for months never got fixed. Overall, if I could rate this no stars I would. I have a lot more work I am planning for the summer, Lookout will not get a chance to quote it

We contracted CNTC based on some very positive feedback from friends to remodel the downstairs…read morebathroom and add a walk-in closet (not pictured) to our 1970s-construction home. This was more than a total gut job, with scope including: new supply plumbing, breakers, wiring, floors, shower, window, and ceilings. Needless to say, we needed a GC who could bring a breadth of experience. I'm not going to add the before pictures, but the old bathroom was in complete disrepair, poorly laid out, and badly dated--the results, we feel, are beautiful and functional. Sean and I selected the tiles and fixtures--Carlos was very flexible with building our vision for the space. CNTC was creative working around constraints such as proximity to the foundation, immobile ducting, and drain lines for the upstairs bathroom. He rolled with the punches when new issues were discovered to make sure the work got done right. The crew was polite, professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. 10/10, will use again.

They jumped on the job within a couple of hours of my phone call describing what needed to be done and how they intended to do it. The work required carpentry, plumbing and painting and it was done promptly and efficiently. EQUALLY IMPORTANT is this; I hired them without getting a bid due to the emergency but was treated very fairly on the price. Even though I was vulnerable they didn't over price. Before receiving their bill I "guesstimated" their labor cost, driving time, cost of materials, knowledge and what I believed to be a fair profit. Their bill was within $40 of my expected price. For those reasons I highly recommend Lyn Cook, his brother Ryan and the team at Elements of Restoration, Thornton, CO.
