He and his office manager/wife were meticulous in scheduling a date for the work (8-1-16) and called several days in advance to confirm. On the day of the trim Kevin arrived exactly when promised: 7:15am! He worked tirelessly and methodically on our gigantic cottonwood, cutting, and then chipping logs until 2:30pm. When he was finished, he even showed me the chipped wood and asked if I wanted any of it to use as mulch around our yard. My husband and I said we did want the mulched cottonwood as our yard has several spots where it will be useful. Kevin was so friendly and professional. Our tree (which we know we will loose in about 2 more years) is no longer an eye-sore and will continue to shade our home for another 2 years.
