I come here for massages and LOVE it. The salon is so much more spacious than it looks at first glance from the outside. It's beautifully decorated and the massage room is always quiet and the perfect temperature. And the massages...Katie is a wonderful masseuse. She is firm without being too hard on my body. She listens to where I have the most discomfort and works accordingly. Every time I leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I'm hooked. I keep coming back for more. As a side note I think Katie takes insurance for massage therapy. I don't know first hand as her pricing is so reasonable I decided to pay out of pocket and not fuss with the paperwork. read more

Received an AMAZING blow out by Gloria (hair_by_gloria). She offers a great blow out deal (4 for 100) on a punch card. She was so kind, gentle and efficient in time! The salon is so warm, inviting and quite large. I will be back soon read more

Always hesitant to change salons, hair is a big deal! but fully trust Athena and her skills and will follow her to any salon. I know she fully researches her products and the overall effect they will have on all clients. I fully trust her decision to change to Kevin Murphy products and am excited to see how the new line works. She was able to do a modern take on curtain bangs for me that is low maintenance and exactly what I was looking for (anyone who has gone back and forth with bangs knows how scary it can be!). read more

I started coming to Rebecca in May or June for lash lift & tint. Scarlett helped me contact Rebecca and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. I had never had a lash service before, so Rebecca walked me through what would happen before she did anything. It was a little uncomfortable at first (because Hello! Someone is working around your eyes!) but she was very gentle and worked quickly. I was so pleased with my first visit that I continued follow-up appointments every three weeks. Rebecca also recommended a lash serum to increase the length and thickness of my lashes, which I began to use and have had amazing results over the last three months. I don't need such frequent appointments anymore, but I'll be going to Rebecca probably forever. read more

I have followed my stylist Athena to this salon, after following her for many years. She has always been at an Aveda salon. However, now she is using Kevin Murphy, and to my surprise I like it so much more. My hair is softer, and the dye doesn't burn my scalp at all. I have very stubborn silvers that were getting hard to cover with the Aveda dye. But the Kevin Murphy is giving my hair perfect coverage. I'm so glad I followed my trusty stylist. read more

I'm always hesitant with my fine bleached hair to try someone new out for a haircut. I seen Shelby and she did any amazing job with my hair. I highly recommend Shelby for haircuts! read more

I have worked with Athena for years. I've been a hairdresser for over 2 decades & suffice to say I am picky & I know way to much to relax while getting a service. All that being said, Athena let's me be me (even if that means being a bit of a backseat driver, lol) and manages to make me chill & enjoy my service. I've followed her through her professional journey & will continue to follow her wherever her journey takes her. The girl has mad skills & is a creative genius. That women is a boss. I highly recommend her if you want a qualified professional that knows her stuff. Whether you want classy, fun, professional, or funky do, she's your girl. I have no doubt you'll love her work as much as I do read more

One of my favorite spas in spokane! Professional staff and beautiful environment :) they even took my insurance for my massage. I would highly recommend for everyone to try. read more

I came in to do some waxing there and the girl was very nice and friendly but she put me on the dirty towel that had other people's plucked hair on it. It was very gross and also over the phone when I was making an appointment they said $20-$25 for bikini Max when she was all done she charged me $35. So not going there again:/ read more

I will not be going back to this salon. So I started by sending the stylist I was set up with a photo for style of hair cut and then a photo reference for hair color. I was looking for either a deep dark purple or a dark at the top and then ombré down to the bottom to a lavender. Well the stylist, decided to do whatever she wanted. After my first visit I ended up with most of brown hair still showing and some purple showing. And she proceeded to call it cute. That was after she rushed through bleaching(and doing a sloppy application of it) and then "putting a lavender on that" then the rest of my hair was supposed to have a darker purple. But that purple was BRIGHT. Now she gives me a simple haircut, okay but I had wanted layers.... This leads us to our second appointment a week later, nothing changes afterwards. Instead of doing any bleaching. She decides to just put the light lavender color all over my hair and gets surprised when nothing happens. Now she wants me to come in for a third time. I'm done. If she would've taken her time the first time I would be happy (and I was there for 4 hours somehow???) Now I have to go to a new salon to pay someone else to fix this when I've already paid $175 for basically a haircut. read more

Purchased a gift cert. for my husband for a massage for Christmas. Owner stated she was great works 7 days a week very flexible. Which I needed. It was extremely hard to make an appointment with Katie. Only communicates by text. Finally end of April was able to get my husband and appointment which he took work off for. When he arrived he was told she had put him on the "wrong day". This was all after trying to confirm with Katie the day prior. And she told me she would check at 830am the day of massage. NO reply. Called office spoke to gabrielle who said her calendar spot at 10 was open but his name wasn't on it. So unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you like your time wasted and throw money away!! read more

DO NOT buy their groupon deal!!!!! They expect you to book 2-3weeks in advance. My boyfriend bought it as a birthday gift, I told them that I already get my nails done and that I work retail so I do not know my schedule that far in advance and Angie just says " Sorry!!! It states it on the coupon". read more

Do not purchase a groupon here! I purchased a mani-pedi for Angie Lembke. This was not a positive experience.

I went here to get my hair done and it was completely awful. I got a full highlight but my roots look the exact same as before with dark roots all the way down my part and dark framing around my face. The worst part about this is that I asked for lighter than I already had, not darker. I was 10 minutes late, which I understand, but she did not block out nearly enough time for my hair and was rushing through it all. Come the end, she also almost didn't style my hair, and the style I got was awful as is, which was annoying since I was going to dinner right after that. My haircut was fine but for sure not worth the bad highlights that I received and the fact that I was feeling anxious she would send me out of there with wet hair in the middle of winter. This was through a Groupon and I agreed to not buy the Groupon and pay her directly since it would cut out the middle man, which already lost me $15 since I had a coupon to Groupon, but I had high hopes that were fully let down. I left crying and went to another salon an hour later. Worst part is that I have to live with this for another few weeks before I can pay more to cover up the "highlights". 0/10 would completely not recommend. read more

ALERT ALERT!!. do not buy their mani-pedi deal on Groupon, you will have bad experience just like me. Angie Lembcke, a nail technician told me to return what I already purchased on Groupon. I told her I can't return it then she told me that she can not see me on a day that I was scheduled. Then she made me wait for almost a month for a nail appointment. She said that the web took a huge portion of the price. I guess that's the reason she did not want to see her clients who come to the salon with groupon purchase. She should have done her homework, had some idea about how much they took from her before agreeing put her deals up there. Way to lose customer and business. I gave this place and Angie 1 start because Yelp doesn't let me rate 0 start or negative start. read more

I came to see Nikki for eyelash extensions. As it was my first time, I didn't know what to expect and was pretty nervous. Nikki was wonderful! She put me at ease, all the while giving me what I can only describe as glorious lashes! I went on vacation to Cancun, and my lashes looked fabulous! They looked natural, yet longer and more exotic than my own lashes could ever be. Can't wait to get in to see her again! read more

Wish I took the time to read these reviews before buying the groupon! I rarely ever write reviews but this experience was so bad that I had to. I don't think I have had a worse experience, a bad manicure and done by someone that should not be in the beauty industry . I feel that I was just taken! read more
