She was scattered, dropping bowls of product, running an hour behind.... I wanted a full haircut....she cut my bangs then started blow drying... I reminded her I wanted a haircut... she then proceeded to randomly pick pieces of my hair up and cut and laughed saying with layers it really doesn't matter if hair is cut evenly.
