From our very first consultation call, my wife and I knew this team would be the ones to get the job done and would go above and beyond to represent us in a highly competitive real estate market. There was never any pressure from them. We could move as fast or as slowly as we wanted, and they respected our pace every step of the way. They were always available and accommodating when it came to showings and open houses. What we appreciated most was their honest and insightful opinions about the properties we toured -- details that only experienced realtors would notice, and things you might never even consider as a first-time home buyer. They are always available to hop on a call and quickly respond to texts for any question (trust me we had a lot). When we finally found a home we loved, they walked us through the offer process and helped us craft a competitive offer that allowed us to stand out. Escrow was completely stress-free, as they arranged inspections and coordinated everything so seamlessly. There was a small hiccup the day before our closing -- through no fault of this team whatsoever -- but they were immediately on top of it, working swiftly with our lender, escrow agency, and insurance agent to ensure we closed right on schedule. We are extremely grateful for the care, dedication, and guidance the team at Hirano Homes provided throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with them, and I am so glad we did -- because we ended up with the perfect home for us!

This was extremely helpful as I was not as familiar with the area compared to my husband or them. Mia was our main point of contact and helped us schedule tours and answer any questions we had about properties or the home buying process in general. Mia was amazing and called the listing agents within a day of us sending her the listings and was able to schedule tours within the next day or two. She goes above and beyond and would visit the property prior so she can point things out to us when we walk through. If that wasn't possible, she would extensively research it and ask the listing agent about it to make sure she was well-informed and able to answer all our questions. We were first-time homebuyers and everyone at Hirano Homes - Mia, Derek, Rojo - made the process so seamless. It moved very quickly, but they made it easy and manageable for us. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them to others!!

Working with the Wire Team has been an absolute joy from start to finish!…read moreFrom the moment Dale and Ryan sat down with us to talk about selling our home, we were blown away by their professional and caring nature. Dale and Ryan understood our need to sell our home within a relatively short timeframe and they did everything in their power to ensure that happened. They were both available day and night to take and return phone calls, follow up on email and generally walk us through the whole process (this was our first time selling a home in the US). Nothing was too much trouble for them and no question was too big or too small. We felt confident from the start that they would see us through this process and make it as effortless as possible, and that is exactly what they did. Dale and Ryan are awesome at what they do - we had complete trust in them - but they both have a rare quality, a care for people that matches their professionalism and you just can't put a price on that! They are also skilful negotiators, and while we held our breath a couple of times in the negotiating stage, we trusted them to do their thing and we were very glad that we did - they were right every time. If we were to buy or sell again in the area, we would absolutely use the Wire Team again, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Dale and Ryan, you are both amazing agents and amazing people!

Great Castle Properties does it again!…read more When we decided it was time for us to sell our condo and move into a single family home, we did not hesitate to call Great Castle Properties. This was our second time working with Will. He is not only a knowledgeable agent, but an honest friend. He is professional and easy to communicate with. He will get to know you deeply, and he cares more about his client's needs/future goals rather than simply the numbers. While bedroom and bathroom count are important, Will ensures that the homes you target are the right fit. This helped us lessen our focus on the emotional process of visualizing our life in a particular home and see that there were more opportunities and possibilities in the neighborhoods we targeted. We were also quite satisfied with Will's negotiating skills. He made sure to keep us updated every step of the way and allowed us to guide strategies that he would execute seamlessly. The escrow process felt streamlined. Will kept us on a strict timeline in order to close on time. His assistant, Andy, prepared most of the paperwork digitally and got us in contact with vendors such as insurers and repairmen. In the end, we were able to successfully purchase our first home that we plan to live in for years to come. On the selling side, Will has a fantastic marketing team that includes photography, social media, and staging. Honestly, the condo looked so much cooler in the listing than I remember actually living in it--and we loved living there! He held multiple open houses and private showings while we were out of town. Andy provided weekly marketing updates on how our home was performing online. The whole process was very smooth and pretty hands off from a seller's standpoint. We were able to secure multiple offers and ultimately accepted one in our target price range. In summary, we have no regrets hiring Great Castle Properties. Will and Andy were a pleasure to work with over the several months-long process of buying/selling our homes. We wholeheartedly recommend them and would easily work with them again in the future.

One incident that deserves particular mention is the fact he and his firm helped me navigate through the eviction process when I had to evict one of my tenants; the process took us several months to complete and Tye was patient and professional throughout the entirety of the ordeal. In the end, thankfully, my property suffered minimal damage and I was able to get it back on the rental market with minor renovations. One of the things I like most about Sevyn is their usage of technology. The online payment option allows tenants to pay their rents conveniently while for the Landlords it means they have a high probability of receiving the monthly rents on time vs the conventional method in which the property manager would collect and deposit the rents manually. In addition, along with the rent(s), Landlords will receive a comprehensive report through Sevyn's Owner's Portal detailing the total disbursement, commissions and expenses per property that's managed by Sevyn every month. In terms of service, Tye is prompt with his responses via E-mail, texts and phone calls; the communication between him and I is always candid, cooperative and transparent. In reading the contracts and addendum(s), one can see Tye puts a good deal of thought as he's writing them and that he has his clients' best interest in mind.
