Mark at Coastline answered his phone before the company's stated business hours. Now, when does that happen anymore; right? He gets a star for that. And despite the fact that he was feeling under the weather, he still took the time to help me out. I really appreciate that. He could have easily said, no, we don't carry that part and I'm unable to get it to you when you need it, but he helped me find the part I needed so that I could get it today. Wow!! That's customer service. I could tell that Mark was knowledgeable about computers and peripherals, after I explained what I needed, he actually understood what I needed. He didn't even charge me. Then on Saturday, Feb. 11, everytime I put my password in to log on, I got the whirligig. After waiting 5 attempts at about 15 minutes each with no progress, I realized this was a bigger problem than restart could fix. I brought my laptop into iSolution and the guy watched the whirligig and said, "This is an OS problem." Luckily I had my WD back up drive and it was current, so I told him if he had to wipe the laptop, so be it. Well, after a few hours he called and said the OS was corrupted and that he'd been able to fix it without wiping my laptop. No need to reinstall everything.
