Unfortunately, when I came back, I was told the calibration didn't fix the problem and that it was actually the motherboard. Then said I would have to leave the phone for another 7 days, but even then he couldn't guarantee it would be repaired. I understand that electronics can be difficult to diagnose, but I don't think it's fair to charge customers upfront when there's no clear diagnosis or confidence that the repair can be completed. I ended up paying $50 without my daughter's phone being fixed and without a definite solution. I wish the expectations had been clearer from the beginning so I could have decided whether it was worth moving forward. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't return.

They claimed the screen was cracked even though I only removed the protector to help them see the freezing issue. As an Uber driver, I couldn't be without a phone, so I had to settle for a broken, taped-up LCD for another $10. That also failed within two weeks. I eventually had to go to another branch listed on their card, where a low-quality, non-original LCD was installed. The phone still freezes constantly. I have wasted time, money, and gas. I expect a full refund for the faulty parts and the terrible experience I've had to endure. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

I'll have issues later on about water and dust getting inside the base (check other reviews because this happened to another customer) So now I'm sitting and waiting to talk to this man's boss, who had me call 4 DIFFERENT numbers, he's calling 4 DIFFERENT numbers, including the number you find on Google, trying to get ahold of his boss, and NOTHING. When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. IPhone 17 Pro Max - Screen and back repair…read more Accidentally dropped a weight on my phone and had to get it repaired. Screen was cracked, back glass was cracked and frame was a but dented. Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.
